Read all the instructions before using the product.
To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children.
Do not put fingers or hands into the product.
Do not use this product if the flexible power cord or output cable is frayed, has broken insulation,
or any other signs of damage.

When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

When riding a bike, always wear a properly fitted helmet that covers the forehead. Many locations require specific
safety devices. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the local laws, rules, and regulations where you
ride and to comply with all applicable laws, including equipping yourself and your bike as thelaw requires.
OBSERVE ALL LOCAL BICYCLE TRAC LAWSAND REGULATIONS.
Before you ride your bike, always check to make sure everything is working properly and correctly aligned.
Be familiar with the controls of your bicycle, such as brakes,pedals and shifting, etc..
Keep all body parts or any obtrusive objects away from the sharp chainrings when pedaling.Failure to wear
proper attire could lead to injuries.
While riding, remember you are sharing the road or pathwith others. i.e. motorists, pedestrians, and the cyclists.
Always be a defensive rider. Always assume that others do not see you.
Always be aware of your surroundings. Be alert and responsive to:
1.Motor vehicles of all types and in all directions.
2.Unexpected movement of obstacles.
3.Nearby pedestrians.
4.Children or animals in the area.
5.Imperfections of bike paths or paved roads including potholes, uneven surfaces, loose gravel construction,
and debris.
6.Warning, hazard, and yield signs.
Observe regulations about bicycle lighting, licensing riding on pavements/sidewalks, bike path and trail use, helmet
laws, child laws relating to cycling, and special bicycletrac laws, it is your responsibility

Riding in Wet Conditions
Use caution when riding in wet conditions as it will take longer to brake and to stop. Your tires may slipwhen turning.
Risk of a crash is dramatically increased in wet conditions.
Your electric bicycle can withstand light rain and small splashes, but it is not designed to be subjected to inclem ent
weather, extremely heavy showers, or submersion in water.
Ride in designated bike lanes when available and always ride in the direction of trac.
Acknowledge and stop at ALL stop signs and trac lights.
When coming to a complete stop, look both ways at street intersections before continuing onward.
Use ocial hand signals for turning and stopping.
Do not ride with headphones.
Never hold onto another vehicle.
Do not weave through trac or make unexpected moves or turns.
Rules that govern the right-of-way for motorists apply to cyclists. A bicyclist should always be prepared to yield.
Do not ride while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Avoid riding in bad weather when visibility is obscured, for example, dawn, dusk, or in the dark such

GETTING STARTED

Unfold The Pedals
• Pull each pedal out until you hear an audible click as they lock into position.
Unfold The E-Bike
Unfold The Stem
• Begin with handlebars in the folded position.
• Pull the handlebar stem to its upright position.
• Push the latch in firmly until it locks in position.
• Pull on the latch to confirm it is locked and the
handlebars cannot fold.
Unfold The Fram
• Stand near the frame where the battery is exposed.
• Grab the stem and rear end of the bike. Lift the bike
slightly off the ground and swing to the closed position.
• Push down the latch firmly until it locks into position.
• Pull on the latch to confirm that the latch has locked
and that the frame cannot fold.

Fold The E-Bike
Fold The Stem
• Pull up on the silver button to unlock the latch.
• Pull the latch away from the stem while still holding the button.
• Fold the stem by lowering it to the side
Fold The Frame
• Start by sliding the switch to the right.
• Pull the latch while still holding the switch to the “open” position. You may now fold the bike.
Fold The Pedals
• Grasp pedal and push lightly toward bike.
• Continue pushing while raising pedal into its folded position.
• The pedal will click into the folded position.

ADJUST THE SEAT
NOTICE:
• ALWAYS tighten fasteners to the correct torque to prevent serious injury or death. Bolts that are too tight
can stretch and deform. Bolts that are too loose can move and fatigue. Either condition can lead
to a sudden failure of the bolt and result in a crash. See Tightening Torque.
• ALWAYS insert seat post past the minimum insertion point marked on the seat post. A seat post that is
positioned too high can damage the bike and can cause you to lose control and crash.
Sit on the seat;
Place one heel on a pedal;
Rotate the crank until the pedal with your heel on it is in the down position and the crank arm is parallel to
the seat tube.
FIND THE CORRECT HIGHT

Loosen the seatpost clamp.
Raise or lower the seat post in the seat tube;
Check that the seat is straight before and after;
Re-tighten the seat post clamp to the right torque.
ADJUST THE HEIGHT
ADJUST THE SUSPENSION FORK
Turn the black knob clockwise towards the “lock” direction indicated and increase stiffness.
Turn the black knob counterclockwise towards the “open” direction and reduce stiffness.
Turn the black knob clockwise towards the “lock” direction indicated until it cannot be
turned further and fully lock suspension.

• Before each ride, inspect your eBike for damage. If damage is found, do not ride.
• Verify that the front and rear axles are secure.
• Check that the front and rear tire pressure is within the recommended pressure range( printed on the tire sidewall).
• Pull the brake levers to ensure the brakes are working properly and adjust if necessary.
• Visually inspect the bike for damage or anything out of the ordinary.
• Turn on the lights, especially if riding at night.
• Make sure all hardware is tightened to the recommended torque specifications.
• Verify that the frame folding latch is securely closed and locked.
• Verify that the stem folding latch is securely closed and locked.
• Check that the handlebar stem collar and clamp are closed and tightened to 6 Nm or till it leaves an impression on
your hand.
PRE-RIDE SAFETY CHECKLIST
Zora Bike recommends going through each item on the pre-ride safety checklist before and after each ride. Spen-
ding time to make sure all of the bike’s components are in good working order before a ride is a crucial step along
the way to a safe and fun ride.
This checklist is not intended to function as a detailed service manual. Be sure to read your entire owner’s manual
before riding or repairing your bike. If you do not have the expertise required to perform any of anic is experienced
and reputable.

• Check that the seatpost is inserted past the minimum insertion point. The minimum insertion point is labeled
on the seatpost.
• Check that the seatpost collar and clamp are closed and tightened to 18 Nm or till it leaves an impression on
your hand
• Check that the seat cannot be twisted out of position, and set the height to a safe position that makes it easy
to mount and dismount the bike.
• Make sure the pedals are locked in a flat position.
• Check the condition of the chain to see if it needs cleaning or lubrication.
• Wear a helmet and high visibility clothing.
• Only carry the cargo you need. More weight will drain the battery faster and affect how the bike handles.
• Ensure all components are properly secured.
• Make sure your battery is fully charged.

Power ON/OFF
Before using the throttle, press the brake to activate it, when the power is off, Long press M ( Power) during
3 seconds ,screen will display all contents and start to normal working mode, and controller will be turned on
When the power is on, Long press M( Power)during 3 seconds, screen will be powered off, and controller
will be turned off . If no any operation both on bike and display during 10 minutes (time could be set), the display will
turn off automatically , in this case, no power consumption or both display and controller.

Long press + and M o switch different speed information, Real time speed(SPEED).
START-UP PROCEDURE

ODO/TRIP/ Driving Time/Error Code
Short press M to switch ODO/TRIP/ Driving Time/Error Code ODO(Accumulated distance)→Trip(Single trip
distance)→TM(Driving Time)→ERR(Error Code).
Assist level
Short press + or - to change assist level, default value is level 1
6km mode
When the bike is stopped, long press - , will enter 6km/h mode, the speed will be 4.5~7.5km/h according to different
road conditions, “” will show up on screen, long press -again or short press -,will quit 6km/h mode. Long press
or short press could be customized by clients.

PARAMETER SETTING

When the display is powered on, long press +and-,will enter parameter setting mode( Figure 14),in this
mode, can change parameter values, long press again +and- will quit parameter setting mode or no operation
during 10s will also quit this mode. In parameter setting mode, short press +/ -will change parameter value,
short press M will save current value and switch to next parameter.
P01-back light lightness
short press +/ - will switch from 1 to 3,Level 3 is lightest. Level 2 is default value.
P02-kmh/MPH
Short press +/ - to Switch kmh/MPH.
P03-Working voltage
short press +/ - to switch 24V,36V,48V, Default value is 36V.
P04-Auto shutdown time
short press +/ - to switch from 0 to 60, it is the time(in minutes) to
