lAvoidshort-circuitofabatterycausedbymetalobjects.Ifpossible,cutoffthepower
supplyofthebatterybeforeperformingotheroperations.
lDuringitsworking,batterieswillreleaseinammablegas,sotheyshouldbeplacedin
theenvironmentwhichiswellventilatedwithproperrepreventionmeasurestaken.
lWhenabatteryisover60℃intemperature,checkitforanyspillofacidliquid.Handle
timelyifthereisanyspillofacidliquid.
lWhenmovingorhandlingabatterywithleakage,becarefultoprotectyourselffrom
anypossibleharmbytheacidliquid.UseNaHCO3,Na2CO3orNa2CO310H2Oto
neutralizeorabsorbthemifanyspillofacidliquidisfound.
lWashwithcleanwaterifanyonetouchesanyspillofthebattery.Ifthesituationis
quiteserious,takehimtothehospitalafterwashingwithcleanwater.

Theeyesarenothurtifyougazeatthebaredopticalbertipsordamagedopticalberin
adistanceof150mm.Buttheeyesmaybehurtifyouobservethebaredopticalbertip
withamicroscope,amagnieroraloupe.

lEnsurethattheprimarypowerisstableandreliable;checkthesystemgrounding
andlightninggroundperiodically.Inparticular,checkthelightningprotectionsystem
beforeandafterthestormyseasonfortheprotectionofthefacilities.
lEstablishacompletesetofmaintenanceregulationsfortheequipmentroomto
standardizetheroutinemaintenancework.Detailedmaintenanceattendancelog
shouldbemaintainedaboutsystemoperation,softwareversion,conguration
change,upgradingandtroubleshootingrecordsforfaultanalysisandsolutionsinthe
future.
lItisprohibitedtoplaygames,accessInternetoncomputerterminalsandsetup,run,
copyanysoftwarethatisirrelevanttothesystemorapplythecomputerterminalfor
otherintention.
lConguredifferentNMpasswordsfordifferentaccessrightsandputthemunder
