Thank you for purchasing the ANKA/ZUVO Portable Ultra-Low Volume
Sprayer
Our ultra-low volume sprayer can be widely used in disinfection, sterilization, insecticidal, Formalde-
hyde removal and other spraying work. This product has many advantages such as accurate
orientation, long range, good insecticidal effect, saving water and pesticide coverage, spraying large
fog creates drops on the back of leaves and is safe for operator. In addition, it only needs a little
pesticide in air and dust disinfection. The fog drop is small in diameter but large in quantity and it is
well distributed and floats in the air a long time, which makes disinfecting the air more effective.

Safety:
• During the spraying operation, the walking speed should be stable, and the sprinkler cannot swing
wildly right or left, up or down, This can cause overspray and unwanted results.
• The operator should always pay attention to the rotating speed of the machine and the gear plate. If
the rotating speed reduces, he should stop spraying immediately, clean the nozzle, inspect and
maintain.
• When spraying, you need to adjust according to the wind speed and direction. Stop spraying if the
wind is strong. When spraying the pesticide directly without water, protective measures should be
taken due to the high content and concentration of pesticide. Operators must wear work clothes,
masks, goggles, gloves and hats, not smoke or eat while operating. Basins, soap and towels should
be prepared for operators so that they can wash hands and faces immediately after operation. Work
clothes should be washed and changed frequently.
• While spraying, it is prohibited to spray to human and animal directly Without leakage protection
device, it is prohibited to operate the device The sprayer should be placed away from children.
• Please read guidelines of the disinfectant liquid solutions which will be used with this machine.
• Please use personal protection like masks when disinfecting any areas.
Troubleshooting:
No spray: firstly, check whether the equipment is sealed, especially the back lid, if not, seal it.
Secondly, check whether the motor is running, if not, check whether the power supply is powered, if
there is no power, please turn on the power supply, while the power supply is normal, replace the
motor. Thirdly, if the above two items are all correct, check whether the flow switch is blocked, if it is,
remove the flow switch and clean or replace it.
Operational Notes:
• Adding your solution: Open the lid of the kettle and add proper potion, then add water
according to proportion, then cover the lid and start the second step (It must be sealed, with
gasket before delivery)
• Connecting to power: Before connecting the power supply, it is necessary to check whether
there is a leak. It is strictly prohibited to work without checking for leakage protection in case of
electric shock.
• Turning on the sprayer: The signal I shows working state, the 0 shows off. Turn on the
power switch first, then adjust the flow rate
• Adjusting the flow: Before spraying, the flow switch should be set into the largest flow state
and the user can then adjust the spraying amount to desired flow.
• After operation: the leftover solution should be poured out, then cleaned for 2-3 minutes to
ensure no solution is leftover.
• Turning off the sprayer: Close the flow rate valve first, then turn off the power switch
• The operation time should be less than 20 minutes
