1Select Go to Wizard setup and click
Apply to display the wizard main
screen.

1Click INTERNET SETUP. Wait while
your P-793H v3 tries to detect your DSL
connection.

Troubleshooting
European Union - Disposal and Recycling Information

None of the LEDs turn on
- Make sure that you have the correct power cord connected to the P-793H v3 and
plugged into an appropriate power source.
PWR Red
- The P-793H v3 has a malfunction. Restart the P-793H v3 using the included power
cable connected to an appropriate power source.
DSL1 and DSL2 Off
- Make sure that the Y-connector is properly connected to the DSL port and telephone wall
jacks.
DSL1 and DSL2 Green Blinking
- The P-793H v3 is initializing the DSL line. Wait until it turns green.
- If the DSL1 and DSL2 LEDs are continuously blinking, make sure that the Y-connector is
properly connected to the DSL port and telephone wall jacks.
INTERNET Off
- If the Internet connection is down, make sure that the Y-connector is properly connected
to the DSL port and telephone wall jacks.
INTERNET Red
- The P-793H v3 cannot get an IP address. Make sure you entered your Internet connection
settings correctly in the wizard.
Cannot see the Login screen
- Make sure your Internet browser does not block pop-up windows and has JavaScript
and Java enabled.
