ZyXELwarrantstotheoriginalenduser(purchaser) thatthis
productisfree fromanydefectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipfora
periodofup totwo(2)yearsfromthedateofpurchase.Duringthe
warrantyperiod,anduponproofofpurchase,shouldtheproduct
haveindicationsoffailureduetofaultyworkmanshipand/or
materials,ZyXELwill,atitsdiscretion,repairorreplace the
defectiveproductsorcomponentswithoutchargeforeitherpartsor
labor,andtowhateverextentitshall deemnecessarytorestorethe
productorcomponentstoproperoperatingcondition.Any
replacementwill consistofaneworre-manufacturedfunctionally
equivalentproductofequalvalue,andwill besolelyatthediscretion
ofZyXEL.Thiswarrantyshall notapplyiftheproductismodified,
misused,tamperedwith,damagedbyanactofGod,orsubjectedto
abnormalworkingconditions.
Note:Repairorreplacement,asprovidedunderthiswarranty,isthe
exclusiveremedyofthepurchaser.Thiswarrantyisinlieuofall other
warranties,express orimplied,includinganyimpliedwarrantyof
merchantabilityorfitness foraparticularuseorpurpose.ZyXEL
shall innoeventbeheldliableforindirectorconsequentialdamages
ofanykindorcharactertothepurchaser.
Toobtaintheservicesofthiswarranty,pleasecontactZyXEL’s
Service Center,refertotheseparateWarrantyCardforyourReturn
MaterialAuthorizationnumber(RMA).Productsmustbereturned
PostagePrepaid.Itisrecommendedthattheunitbeinsuredwhen
shipped.Anyreturnedproductswithoutproofofpurchaseorthose
withanout-datedwarrantywill berepairedorreplaced(atthe
discretionofZyXEL)andthecustomerwill bebilledforpartsand
labor.All repairedorreplacedproductswill beshippedbyZyXELto
thecorrespondingreturnaddress,PostagePaid(USAandterritories
only).Ifthecustomerdesiressomeotherreturndestinationbeyond
theU.S.borders,thecustomershall bearthecostofthereturn
shipment.Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoumay
alsohaveotherrightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
