Easy extension of home network
The ES-105E/ES-108E offers a simple solution to fulfill your online gaming, multimedia
transferring and streaming needs.With just plug and play, users can easily connect network
devices such as PCs, network storages and print servers to the home network without manual
configuration.
With the Nway auto-negotiation function, the ES-105E/ES-108E connects to its network
counterparts with the highest possible speed and activates full-duplex mode automatically,
while the store-and-forward service brings low latency and error-free packet delivery.
Power saving via link status and cable length detection
The ES-105E/ES-108E features green solutions that provide power-saving benefits without
compromising performance. By detecting any shutdown network devices or inactive links, the
ES-105E/ES-108E can automatically adjust power usage per number of active network devices.
The ES-105E/ES-108E can also detect the length of connected Ethernet cables and adjust power
usage accordingly: the shorter the Ethernet cable length is, the less power it consumes.
