Overview
The SHD2110/3110 is a plug-in Power On/Off Switch and the SHD3110
supports power metering. It is a Z-WaveTM enabled transceiver which is
fully compatible with any Z-Wave enabled network.
The SHD2110/3110 can be connected to a maximum resistive electricity
load of 3000 watts.
The SHD2110 has fuse protection when overload happens while the
SHD3110 is able to detect overload. The SHD3110 will be disabled and
its On/Off button will be locked. The LED will flash quickly for 30
seconds. Unplug and re-connect the SHD3110 to reset it.
Placing the SHD2110/3110
1. Do not place the SHD2110/3110 facing direct sunlight, or in a humid,
or dusty area.
2. The suitable temperature for the SHD2110/3110 is 0°C~40°C.
3. Do not place the SHD2110/3110 near flammable substances or any
source of heat (e.g. fires, radiators, boiler... etc).
4. It is normal that the SHD2110/3110 becomes a bit warm during use.

Installation
1. Plug the SHD2110/3110 into a wall outlet near the appliance to be
controlled.
2. Plug the appliance into the SHD2110/3110. Ensure the power load
does not exceed 3000 watts.
3. Turn the appliance on.
4. The ON/OFF button on the SHD2110/3110 can now control the power
of your appliance. Press it to manually turn the appliance on/off.
Adding to Z-Wave Network
When power is initially applied, the LED on the front of the SHD2110/
3110 flashes on and off repeatedly at a 2-second interval. This implies
that it has not been allocated a node ID and cannot work with Z-Wave
enabled devices.
You can use the On/Off button in front of the SHD2110/3110 to include,
exclude, associate with a Z-Wave Network, or reset.

Exclusion 1. Have the Z-Wave Controller
enter exclusion mode. The LED is on if you press On.
It is off if you press Off.

excluded. On and off repeatedly at a 2- second interval
Reset 1. Press the On/Off button 3
times within 1.5 seconds. The LED is on if you press On.
It is off if you press Off.

the On/Off button for 5
seconds until the LED is off.
3. Node ID has been
excluded, restores to
factory default.

Association 1. Have the Z-Wave Controller
enter association mode. The LED is on if you press On. It is off if you press Off.
2. Or press On/Off button 3
times within 1.5 seconds to
enter association mode.

Guide)
• The Z-Wave Controller will display whether the inclusion/exclusion of the
node ID has succeeded or failed.

Socket Type
Refer to the following for the socket type suited for your country:

Make sure that the current used by the plug of the appliance is
under 14.5A and has the same head as the enclosed plug before
inserting into the socket.

Toubleshooting

2. There is frequency
interference. Wait for a while and try again.
(SHD3110 only)
The LED kept
flashing for 30

Check the electricity load of

exceed 3000W.
