WARNING
USE LIMITATIONS:
STAGE ONE
Discontinue stage one use when child can sit up unassisted OR
when either of the following are met.
Maximum weight: 25 lbs / 11.3 kg
Maximum age: 6 months
STAGE TWO
Only begin using stage two when child is capable of sitting
up unassisted. Discontinue stage two use when either of the
following are met.
Maximum weight: 40 lbs / 18 kg
Maximum age: 36 months
STAGE THREE
Only begin using stage three when child has reached the age
of 36 months and is able to sit unrestrained safely on their own in
the 4moms®Connect High Chair™. Discontinue stage three use
when either of the following are met.
Maximum weight: 60 lbs / 27 kg
Maximum age: 60 months

STAGE ONE: NEWBORN - 6 MONTHS
WARNING
FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered severe head injuries
including skull fractures when falling from high chairs. Falls can
happen suddenly if child is not restrained properly.
• Always use the restraint system. Adjust restraint to t snugly.
Falling Hazard: Prevent your child from climbing on
the product.
Strangulation Hazard: Do not place high chair in any
location where there are cords, such as windows blind cords,
drapes, etc.
Asphyxiation Hazard: Do not use high chair in the upright
position for infant who is not capable of sitting upright
unassisted. Young infants have limited head and neck control.
If seat is too upright, infant’s head can drop forward, compress
the airway, and result in DEATH.
WARNING
• Do not allow your child to sleep in the high chair. According
to the guidance of the American Academy of Pediatrics
(AAP), if your child falls asleep in the high chair, move your
child to a rm, at sleep surface.
• Be aware of the risk of tilting when your child can push its feet
against a table or any other structure.
• Do not use the high chair unless all components are correctly
tted and adjusted. Do not use the high chair if it is damaged
or broken. Keep small parts away from children. In the
event of damage or problems, discontinue use and visit
global.4moms.com.
• Be aware of the risk of open re and other sources of strong
heat, such as electric bar res, gas res in the vicinity of the
high chair.
• Stay near and watch child during use.

tted and adjusted. Do not use the high chair if it is damaged
or broken. Keep small parts away from children. In the

• The stage three chair shall only be used in the upright
position at lowest height setting.
• Be aware of the risk of open re and other sources of strong
heat, such as electric bar res, gas res in the vicinity of the
high chair.

Care
For your child’s continued safety, periodically inspect the product to make sure
that all connections are securely fastened, that they do not show signs of wear
or abuse, and that they are not damaged or broken. Visit www.4moms.com for
replacement parts or contact 4moms®if instruction is needed.
Never substitute parts.
Cleaning
• All parts of the high chair can be wiped clean with warm water and mild dish
soap.
• The foam insert and shoulder harness straps are completely removable for
convenient cleaning.
• The tray liner is top-rack dishwasher safe.
• The tray should not be placed in the dishwasher.

Warranty
4moms®warrants to the original purchaser of every new 4moms® Connect High
Chair™that the unit will be free from defects in material and workmanship when
used properly in accordance with the instructions contained in the product
manual supplied with each 4moms® Connect High Chair™unit. 4moms®’
obligation under this warranty is limited to a period of twelve (12) months from
the date of purchase and applies only in the country of original purchase.
The warranty is only valid for a product purchased from a 4moms®authorized
retailer or distributor. Warranty is invalid for products purchased used. If the unit
is determined by 4moms®to be defective within twelve (12) months of purchase,
the warranty will cover the repair or replacement of the unit, parts, or assemblies.
4moms®assumes no liability for parts or labor coverage for component failure
or other damage to the unit resulting from improper usage or failure to clean
and/or maintain product as set forth in the product manual provided with the
unit. This warranty does not cover claims resulting from: misuse, abuse, alteration,
inicted damage, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, involvement
in an accident, and/or failure to comply with the instructions on assembly,
maintenance and use. 4moms®does not assume any responsibility for personal
injury or property damage incurred as a result of improper use or unauthorized

TROISIÈME POSITION
Ne commencez à utiliser la troisième étape que lorsque l’enfant a
atteint l’âge de 36 mois ET qu’il est capable de s’asseoir seul, sans
être attaché, dans la chaise haute connectée 4moms. Cesser
l’utilisation de la chaise haute réglée à la troisième position si l’un
des critères suivants est rempli.

PREMIÈRE POSITION : NOUVEAU-NÉS - 6 MOIS
AVERTISSEMENT
DANGER DE CHUTE : Des enfants ont subi de graves blessures
à la tête, y compris des fractures du crâne en tombant de
chaises hautes. L’enfant est susceptible de chuter s’il n’est pas
correctement maintenu.
• Toujours utiliser le harnais. Régler le harnais à votre
convenance.
Risque de chute : Empêcher l’enfant de grimper sur le produit.
