- Read carefully the document RH0100003 before
proceeding
- Make sure that the circuit-breaker is in open position with
the springs discharged
- Leggere attentamente il documento RH0100003 prima di

4 -Rimuovere il coperchio della morsettiera - Remove the cover of the terminal block
• Unscrew the 2 xing screw then remove the terminal
block cover.
• Svitare le due viti di ssaggio e rimuovere il coperchio
della morsettiera.
• Drag up the transparent protection.• Slare la protezione trasparente verso l’alto.

5 -Rimuovere la calotta dell’interruttore - Remove the escutcheon plate of the circuit-breaker
• Unscrew the 3 xing screw then remove the
escutcheon plate of the circuit-breaker.
• Svitare le tre viti di ssaggio e rimuovere la calotta
dell’interruttore. 2

6 -Smontaggio Trip coil - Trip Coil removal
• Extract the X1 connector from its seat.
• Slare il connettore X1 dalla rispettiva sede.
• Disconnect the X1 connector.
• Disconnettere il connettore X1.

7 -Rimozione micro S51 - S51 Microswitch removal ONLY WITH S51
• By the means of a screwdriver open the retaining clip on
the back of the Trip Coil then remove it from its seat.
• Con l’aiuto di un cacciavite aprire il gancio di ritenuta sul
retro della Trip Coil e quindi slarlo dalla sua sede.
• Remove the Trip Coil from its seat.
• Rimuovere la Trip Coil.
• Unscrew the 2 Trip Coil’s xing screw.
• Svitare le due viti di ssaggio della Trip Coil.
8 -Sostituzione Trip Coil - Trip Coil replacement
• Before replacing the Trip Coil Abe careful to the lever
A1 position: for a correct mounting this lever should
be in horizontal position.
• Prima del rimontaggio della nuova Trip Coil Aprestare
attenzione alla posizione della leva A1: per un corretto
montaggio questa leva deve rimanere in posizione
orizzontale.

9 -Montaggio micro S51 - Microswitch S51 mounting ONLY WITH S51
• Insert microswitch S51 in its seat.• Inserire il micro S51 nella propria sede.

10 -Rimontaggio Trip coil - Trip Coil mounting
• Insert the new Trip Coil Ain its seat.
• Inserire la nuova Trip Coil Anella propria sede. A
• Fasten the 2 xing screws Bon the Trip Coil.
• Avvitare le due viti di ssaggio Bdella Trip Coil. B
• Connect connector X1.
• Connettere il connettore X1.

• Insert connector X1 in its seat.
• Posizionare il connettore X1 nella rispettiva sede.

11 -Rimontaggio calotta dell’interruttore - Circuit-breaker escutcheon plate assembly
• Position the escutcheon plaste and fasten the 3 xing
screws.
• Posizionare la calotta dell’interruttore e avvitare le tre
viti di ssaggio.

12 -Rimontaggio coperchio della morsettiera - Terminal block cover assembly
• Mount the terminal block cover and fasten the 2 frontal
xing screws.
• Fissare il coperchio morsettiera e avvitare le 2 viti di
ssaggio frontali.

14 -Operazioni nali - Final tests
• ATTENZIONE!
Le parti di ricambio in eccesso a corredo del kit si intendono in sostituzione di quelle esistenti nel caso di usura o
consumo delle medesime. In tal caso accertarsi che i componenti sostituiti siano stati rimossi dall’impianto.
Rimuovere tutte le attrezzature utilizzate durante i lavori ed asportare i residui delle lavorazioni e dei materiali utilizzati.
Prima della messa in servizio dell’interruttore vericare il funzionamento delle meccaniche di inserzione ed estrazione
dell’interruttore dalla parte ssa eseguendo il movimento mediante la leva di manovra fornita a corredo e controllando
che gli otturatori per la segregazione delle parti in tensione siano chiusi ad estrazione avvenuta.
ATTENZIONE! Le parti di ricambio in eccesso a corredo del kit si intendono in sostituzione di quelle esistenti nel caso di
usura o consumo delle medesime. In tal caso accertarsi che i componenti sostituiti siano stati rimossi dall’impianto.
• WARNING!
The exceeding spare parts supplied with the kit must be considered as a replacement of the existing ones in case of
their usury or consumption. Then be sure that the replaced components have been removed from the apparatus.
Remove all the tools used for the work and eliminate any waste and scraps of the materials used.
Before putting the circuit-breaker into service, make sure that the mechanical components that rack the circuit-breaker
in and out of the xed part function correctly. Do this by using the supplied operating lever and check to make sure that
the shutters that segregate the live parts are closed once the circuit-braker has been withdrawn.
• Mount the transparent protection cover making it slide
downwards.
• Rimontare la protezione trasparente facendola scorrere
verso il basso.

15 -Operazione di TRIP TEST - TRIP TEST Operation
Prima della messa in servizio è possibile effettuare un TRIP TEST direttamente su sganciatore o da Ekip Connect
Per eseguire il test da sganciatore:
FASE OPERAZIONE
1Assicurarsi che l’interruttore sia chiuso e non siano presenti correnti primarie.
2Collegare un modulo Ekip TT o Ekip T&P al connettore di test frontale.
3Premere il pulsante iTest per almeno 9 secondi.
4Verificare l’apertura dell’interruttore e la fuoriuscita del pulsante TU Reset.
Per eseguire il test da Ekip Connect:
FASE OPERAZIONE
1Assicurarsi che l’interruttore sia chiuso e non siano presenti correnti primarie.
2Collegare un modulo Ekip T&P o Ekip Bluetooth al connettore di test frontale.
3Avviare la comunicazione con Ekip Connect ed effettuare TRIP TEST.
4Verificare l’apertura dell’interruttore e la fuoriuscita del pulsante TU Reset.

Before commissioning it’s possible to perform a TRIP TEST directly on the release or from Ekip Connect
To perform the test from release:
PHASE OPERATION
1 Make sure that the circuit-breaker is closed and that there are no primary currents.
2 Connect an Ekip TT or Ekip T&P module to the front test connector of frontal test.
3 Press the iTest push-button for at least 9 seconds.
4 Check that the circuit-breaker opens and that the TU Reset button comes out.
To perform the test from Ekip Connect:
PHASE OPERATION
1 Make sure that the circuit-breaker is closed and that there are no primary currents.
2 Connect Ekip T&P or Ekip Bluetooth to the front test connector.
3 Start the communication with Ekip Connect and select Trip Test command.
4 Check that the circuit-breaker opens and that the TU Reset button comes out.
