und sehr viel Wissen um die Bedürfnisse
von brustoperierten Frauen entwickelt und
gefertigt.
Die Gebrauchsanleitung betrifft:
ABC Massage Form Attach, Art.Nr. 10475
ABC Massage Form Shaper Attach, Art. 11485
Lieferumfang:
• Etui für Aufbewahrung und Reise
• 2 Stoffabdeckungen für die Haftäche
( je einmal Textil und Kunststoff)
• Gebrauchsanweisung
1. Zweckbestimung/Indikation
• ABC Attach- Prothesen und Teilproth-
esen sind bestimmt zum äußerlichen
anatomischen und gewichtsmäßigen
Ausgleich des entfernten Brustgewebes
nach Mastektomie und/oder Brusterhalten-
der Operation (BET) oder als Ausgleich bei
Fehl- und Rückbildungen und Asymmetrie
der weiblichen Brust.
• ABC Attach Prothesen und Ausgleichs-
prothesen werden direkt auf der Haut
getragen. Der gut sitzende Spezial BH gibt
der Trägerin zusätzliche Sicherheit.
• Die Brustprothese und der passende
Spezial-BH werden in einer profes-
sionellen Anpassung durch geschultes

Fachpersonal im Sanitätsfachhandel in
Formgebung, Gewicht und Größe entspre-
chend den anatomischen Gegebenheiten
und Bedürfnissen der Trägerin ausgewählt
und angepasst.
• Die Brustprothese ist für den täglichen
Gebrauch und zum Tragen über längere
Zeiträume bestimmt.
2. Kontraindikationen
• Bei sachgemäßer Anwendung der Brust-
prothese sind keine Anwendungsrisiken
oder Kontraindikationen zu erwarten und
bekannt.
• Wir empfehlen Brustprothesen und Aus-
gleichsprothesen erst zu tragen, nachdem
die Wundheilung der Operationsnarbe
und ggf. eine Strahlentherapie vollständig
abgeschlossen sind, das Tragen der Attach-
Prothesen frühestens 6 Monate nach der
Operation.
• Sollten Hautrötungen oder Hautausschläge
auftreten, benutzen Sie das Produkt bitte
nicht weiter und kontaktieren Sie bitte
Ihren Arzt.
3. Material
• Alle Ausführungen der Massage Form®
Attach sind hergestellt aus Polyurethan-
Folie, Silikon-Gel auf Basis von
Polydimethylsiloxan und Farb-Pigmenten.

• Artikel 10475 enthält zudem zur Gewichts-
reduzierung extrem leichte Mikro-Hohl-
kugeln aus Kunststoff.
• Alle ABC Brustprothesen werden sorgfältig
kontrolliert. Eine eventuelle Verfärbung der
Brustprothese hat keine Auswirkung auf
die Qualität oder den Tragekomfort.
4. Anwendungshinweise
• Vermeiden Sie den direkten Kontakt Ihrer
Brustprothese mit Parfüm, heißen Ober-
ächen oder heißem Wasser.
• Bitte beachten Sie stets, sowohl die
Prothese als auch die Haftäche nicht
mit spitzen Fingernägeln, Schmuck oder
scharfkantigen Gegenständen zu berühren.
Broschen, Nadeln, Fingernägel, Scheren,
Krallen von Haustieren usw. können
dauerhafte Schäden verursachen.
• Vermeiden Sie grundsätzlich Dehnung,
Verdrehen, Reibung oder übermäßige
Gewaltanwendung bei der Handhabung
Ihrer Brustprothese.
• ABC Brustprothesen sind schweiß-,
feuchtigkeits-, wasser-, meerwasser- und
chlorwasserbeständig.
Die richtige Vorbereitung und Pege der
Haut ist wesentlich für eine langanhaltende
Haftung
• Die Haut sollte frei von Seifenrückständen,
Feuchtigkeitslotionen, Cremes, Puder und
Parfüm sein. Ölhaltige Pegeprodukte
beeinträchtigen die Haftkraft sehr.
• Um das bestmögliche Haftergebnis zu
erzielen, reinigen und trocknen Sie bitte
Ihre Haut im Haftbereich gründlich, bevor
Sie die Haftprothese anlegen.
Anlegen der Haftprothese:
1. Stellen Sie sich vor einen Spiegel und
ziehen Sie Ihren BH an (Beispiel Seite 2).
2. Legen Sie Ihre Haftprothese, noch mit
der Schutzfolie auf der Haftäche, in
das BH-Körbchen (nicht in die Tasche!).
Positionieren Sie Ihre Haftprothese richtig
im BH-Körbchen.
3. Ziehen Sie dann, die Schutzfolie ab,
möglichst ohne die Haftäche zu berüh-
ren.
4. Drücken Sie das BH-Körbchen mit der
innenliegenden Haftprothese gegen Ihre
Brust (Beispiel auf Seite 2), so dass die
Brustprothese haften bleibt.
5. Halten Sie jetzt die Haftprothese auf
der Außenseite mit einer Hand fest und
drücken mit der anderen Hand auch die
Seiten behutsam an.

Ablösen der Haftprothese:
Falls Sie die Position korrigieren müssen, lösen
Sie die Prothese vorsichtig von unten nach
oben und legen Sie sie erneut an. (Beispiel auf
Seite 2). Berühren Sie während des Ablösens,
und auch sonst, die Haftäche Ihrer ABC
Attach so wenig wie möglich.
5. Pegehinweise:
• Für die dauerhaft gute und gleichbleibende
Haftkraft Ihrer Attach Prothese ist die Reini-
gung der Haftäche täglich/nach jedem
Tragen notwendig.
• Fragen Sie Ihren Fachhändler nach einer
Reingigungspaste (Cleanser) für die ein-
fache und gründliche Reinigung. Alternativ
können Sie eine milde, nicht rückfettende
Flüssigseife verwenden.
• Anleitungstipp für Verwendung des
Cleanser: Reiben Sie die Paste vorsichtig
mit Ihren Fingern kreisförmig 2-3 Minuten
über die gesamte Haftäche.
• Waschen Sie danach das Reinigungsmittel
gründlich mit lauwarmem Wasser ab.
• Legen Sie anschließend Ihre Haftprothese
- mit der Haftäche nach oben- in das
zugehörige Etui, um sie lufttrocknen zu
lassen (Beispiel auf Seite3).
• Bitte trocknen Sie die Prothese nicht mit
einem Handtuch ab, um eine Ansamm-
lung von Fusseln auf der Haftäche zu
vermeiden.
• Sollte die Haftkraft Ihrer ABC Attach
Haftprothese durch Schweißrückstände
und Hautschüppchen auf der Haftäche
nachlassen, empfehlen wir, wöchentlich
1x (nicht häuger!) neben dem Reinigungs-
mittel eine weiche Bürste zu verwenden.
• Die beiliegenden textilen Abdeckungen
dienen zum Tragen der Prothese in der BH-
Tasche. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass Sie die
Plastikseite auf die Haftäche legen.
• Zur Reinigung der Textilabdeckungen emp-
ehlt sich ebenfalls Handwäsche mit einer
milden Seife. Anschließend in lauwarmem
Wasser ausspülen und an der Luft trocknen
lassen.
6. Gewährleistung:
• Unter normalen Bedingungen und bei
Einhaltung der Gebrauchsanweisung
gewährleisten wir eine Nutzungsdauer von
2 Jahren (gesetzliche Gewährleistung).
• Sollte Ihre Brustprothese defekt werden,
wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren medizinischen
Fachhändler. ABC ersetzt Ihnen die Brust-
prothese für einen Zeitraum von zwei (2)
Jahren ab Kaufdatum im Falle eines Produk-
tions- oder Materialfehlers.
• Wir weisen darauf hin, dass die Gewähr-
leistung nicht die Haftkraft der Haftäche
einschließt.

• Wie lange die Nutzbarkeit der Haft-
äche, deren Haftkraft bestehen bleibt,
gestaltet sich von Trägerin zu Trägerin
unterschiedlich, je nach deren Hautbe-
schaffenheit, Körperhygiene und Pege der
Prothese.
• Durch Auegen der beiliegenden Textil-
abdeckung auf die Haftäche, ist die
Attach-Prothese jederzeit als nichthaftende
Prothese im BH zu tragen.
7. Hinweise zur Meldepicht
Lediglich schwerwiegende im Zusammenhang
mit dem Produkt aufgetretene Vorfälle, die zu
einer ernsthaften Verschlechterung des Ge-
sundheitszustandes oder zum Tod führen kön-
nen, sind dem Hersteller oder der zuständigen
Behörde des EU-Mitgliedsstaates zu melden.
Schwerwiegende Vorkommnisse sind im
Artikel 2Nr.65 der Verordnung (EU) 2017/745
(MDR) beschrieben.

ABC products are developed and manufac-
tured with great care and knowledge of the
needs of women who have undergone breast
surgery.
This instruction manual applies to:
• ABC Massage Form Attach, Style Nr.
10475
• ABC Massage Form Shaper Attach,
Style Nr. 11485
Please note that not all ABC products are
available in all countries.

1. Indication for Use
ABC Attach breast prostheses and partial
breast prostheses are intended for external
use only.
• ABC Attach breast prostheses and partial
breast prostheses provide an anatomical
and weight-based replacement of removed
or missing breast tissue. This can be as a
result of breast surgeries (such as mastec-
tomy and/or breast conserving surgery),
breast malformation, breast regression or
natural breast asymmetry.
• ABC Attach breast prostheses and partial
breast prostheses are worn directly on the
skin and are intended to be worn with a
bra. Wearing a bra provides additional
security by holding the Attach breast
prosthesis in place and ensures a safe and
comfortable t.
• The correct breast prosthesis and appropri-
ate specialty bra are selected and tted by
trained professionals. Type, shape, size,
weight and color of the breast prosthesis
are chosen according to the anatomical
conditions and needs of the wearer.
• ABC Attach breast prostheses and partial
breast prostheses are intended for daily
use and for wearing over longer periods
of time.
2. Risks & Contraindications
• There are no known risks or contrain-
dications to be expected when wearing
ABC Breast prostheses and partial breast
prostheses under normal conditions and
in accordance with the care instructions.
No safety issues or performance impair-
ments are expected during normal use. No
restrictions on use are expected.
• We recommend wearing breast prostheses
and partial breast prostheses only after the
wound has fully healed and radiotherapy
is complete. Wait at least 6 months after
the operation to begin wearing an Attach

breast prosthesis.
• If you experience redness or rashes, please
discontinue using the product and contact
your doctor or medical device retailer.
3. Material
• All versions of ABC Massage Form® Attach
are made of polyurethane lm, silicone
gel based on polydimethylsiloxane, color
pigments and microspheres (in lightweight
prostheses).
• The adhesive surface of ABC Attach breast
prostheses are made of an adhesive silicone
gel.
• All ABC breast prostheses are carefully
controlled. Any discoloration of the breast
prosthesis has no effect on the quality or
wearing comfort.
4. Care Instructions
What to avoid:
• Avoid sharp objects. Be careful with sharp,
pointed objects. Brooches, needles, nger-
nails, scissors, pet claws, and other sharp
objects can cause permanent damage to
your breast prostheses.
• Avoid stretching, twisting, friction or exces-
sive use of force when handling your breast
prosthesis.
• Avoid direct contact with perfume, hot
surfaces or hot water.
• The breast prosthesis is resistant to sweat,
moisture, water (both salt and chlorine
water).
Proper skin care and skin preparation is es-
sential for long-lasting adhesion:
• To achieve the best possible adhesion,
please clean and dry your skin thoroughly
in the adhesive area before applying the
Attach breast prosthesis.
• Your skin should be free of soap residue,
moisture, creams, powder and perfume.
Skin care products containing oils may
impair the adhesive surface of the Attach
prosthesis.
Fitting the Attach Prostheses:
1. Stand in front of a mirror and put on your
bra (as seen in the example on page 2).
2. Place your adhesive prosthesis (with the
protective lm still in place on the adhesive
surface) in the bra cup (but not in the
pocket). Position your Attach prosthesis in
the desired location in bra cup.
3. Remove the protective lm, preferably
without touching the adhesive surface.
4. Press the bra cup with the adhesive side of
the Attach prosthesis against your chest (as
seen in the example on page 2).
5. Lastly, to ensure a smooth transition from
chest to prostheses, make sure the edges of
the breast prostheses adhere cleanly to the
chest. To do this, hold the Attach prosthesis
in place with one hand and gently press
down the sides with the other hand.

Removing and Re-positioning the Attach
Prostheses:
• To remove the Attach prosthesis, gently
loosen the prosthesis from the bottom
upwards.
• To re-position the Attach prosthesis, re-
move it as described above and reattach it
(as seen in the example on page 2).
• Please avoid touching the adhesive
surface of the Attach prostheses. This may
impair the adhesive surface of the Attach
prosthesis.
How to use the textile covers:
• The Attach breast prosthesis can be worn
as a non-adhesive breast prosthesis in the
bra pocket, by placing the enclosed textile
cover on the adhesive surface.
• Please make sure to place the plastic side
on the adhesive surface.
5. Cleaning Instructions
• Daily cleaning of the adhesive surface is
essential to maintaining a long-lasting ad-
hesive strength of your Attach prosthesis.
• Ask your medical device retailer for ABC
Cleanser for easy and thorough cleaning.
Alternatively, you can use a mild, non-
moisturizing liquid soap.
How to clean the Attach breast prosthesis:
• Gently rub the cleanser or soap with your
ngers circularly for 2-3 minutes over the
entire adhesive surface.
• Thoroughly rinse the Attach prosthesis with
lukewarm water to completely remove soap
or cleanser residue.
• To dry: place your Attach prosthesis - with
the adhesive side upwards - in the ABC
travel case to allow the prosthesis to air dry
(as seen in the example on page 3). Please
do not dry the prosthesis with a towel. This
avoids a build-up of lint on the adhesive
surface, which may impair the adhesive
surface of the Attach prosthesis.
• Should the adhesive have an excessive
amount of residue, lint or dander covering
the surface, we recommend using a soft
brush in addition to the cleanser when
cleaning the breast prostheses.
How to clean the textile covers:
• Hand wash with mild soap, rinse in luke-
warm water and let air dry.
6. Warranty
• When worn under normal conditions and
in compliance with the instructions for
use, we guarantee a product service life of
2 years.
• Should your breast prosthesis become de-
fective, please contact your medical device
retailer. In the event of a production or
material defect, ABC will replace the breast
prosthesis should the defect happen within
two (2) years from the date of purchase.

• The warranty does not include the strength
or functionality of the adhesive area.
• The lifetime, functionality and strength of
the adhesive surface varies from wearer to
wearer. This depends on its skin condition,
body hygiene and care of the prosthesis.
7. Incident Reporting
Only serious incidents relating to the product,
which lead to a serious deterioration of the
state of health or death, must be reported to
the manufacturer or competent authority of
the EU Member State. Serious incidents are
described in Article 2(65) of Regulation (EU)
2017/745 (MDR).

Contenu de la livraison:
• Coffret de rangement et de transport

• Mode d’emploi
1. Indication/Utilisation
• Les prothèses ABC adhésives et les pro-
thèses partielles sont conçues uniquement
pour usage extérieur. Elles offrent une cor-
rection anatomique et une compensation
pondérale après une mastectomie ou une
chirurgie mammaire conservatrice. Elles
cachent discrètement une malformation ou
une asymétrie mammaire.
• Les prothèses ABC adhésives et les
prothèses de compensation de forme se
portent directement sur la peau. Le port
d’un soutien-gorge spécialement adapté à
cet effet assure confort et sécurité
• Un professionnel de formation spécialisée
assiste la cliente pour le choix d’une pro-
thèse adéquate, de son poids, de sa taille
ainsi que pour le choix du soutien-gorge
en fonction des conditions anatomiques et
des besoins de la cliente.
• La prothèse mammaire est prévue pour un
emploi quotidien de longue durée.
2. Contre-indications
• Aucun risque et aucune contre-indication
connus ou à prévoir pour une utilisation
correcte selon le mode d’emploi
• Nous conseillons le port de la prothèse
seulement après la cicatrisation complète
et après le traitement par la radiothéra-
pie. Nous recommandons le port d’une
prothèse adhésive au plus tôt 6 mois après
l’intervention chirurgicale.
• Ne pas porter la prothèse à l’apparition
de rougeurs, d’urticaire ou de démange-
aisons. Dans ce cas, prévenir immédiate-
ment votre médecin traitant.
3. Composition de la prothèse
• Tous les modèles des prothèses Mas-
sage Form adhésives sont en feuilles de
polyuréthane, gel de silicone à base de
polydiméthylsiloxane et de pigments
colorés.
• L’article 10475 contient des microsphères
creuses synthétiques extrêmement légères

pour réduire son poids
• Toutes les prothèses ABC suivent un contrôle
strict. Une décoloration éventuelle de la
prothèse ne nuit ni à sa qualité ni à son
confort.
4. Notes d’applications
• Votre prothèse est résistante à la sueur,
l’humidité, l’eau, l’eau de mer et l’eau
chlorée
• Evitez le contact direct de votre prothèse
avec du parfum, avec de l’eau bouillante ou
très chaude, avec la chaleur.
• Faites attention aux objets pointus ou
tranchants qui pourraient abîmer grave-
ment votre prothèse ou sa zone adhésive :
broches, aiguilles, ongles, ciseaux, griffes
d’animaux etc….
• Evitez de tordre, de tendre, de frotter votre
prothèse ou toute autre manipulation
violente
La préparation et le soin de votre peau sont
essentiels pour une adhésion de longue durée
• La peau doit être exempte de restes de
savon, crème, lotion, parfum, poudre. Les
produits de beauté à base d’huile comprom-
ettent l’efcacité adhésive.
• Pour assure une bonne adhésion nettoyez
et séchez soigneusement la zone où sera
placée votre prothèse
Mise en place de votre prothèse
• Placez-vous devant un miroir et enlez
votre soutien-gorge (exemple page 2)
• Placez votre prothèse (côté adhésif encore
recouvert de la lingette de protection) en
bonne position dans le bonnet de votre
soutien-gorge (non dans la poche)
• Retirez la lingette protectrice sans toucher
la surface adhésive
• Presser le bonnet du soutien-gorge con-
tenant la prothèse contre votre poitrine
(selon l’exemple de la page 2) pour y faire
adhérer la prothèse
• D’une main maintenez votre prothèse, de
l’autre appuyez doucement sur tous les
bords
Retrait de votre prothèse
• Au cas où la prothèse devrait être repo-
sitionnée, détachez-la délicatement de
bas en haut et repositionnez-la (suivre
l’exemple de la page 2)
• Evitez tout contact avec les mains sur le
côté adhésif pendant la manipulation de
votre prothèse ABC adhésive
5. Entretien
• Un entretien quotidien ou après chaque
port de votre prothèse adhésive est absolu-
ment indispensable pour lui assurer une
adhésion constante et parfaite de longue
durée.

• Demandez à votre fournisseur une pâte
nettoyante spéciale (cleanser) recom-
mandée pour assurer un entretien facile et
complet. Vous pouvez également utiliser
un savon doux non gras.
• Mode d’entretien avec le cleanser : Frottez
doucement avec le bout des doigts un peu
de nettoyant en mouvements circulaires
sur toute la surface adhésive durant 2 à 3
minutes
• Rincez soigneusement à l’eau tiède
• Placez votre prothèse encore mouillée
dans son coffret, côté adhésif en haut et
laissez sécher à l’air. (Exemple page 3)
• Ne séchez pas votre prothèse avec une
serviette de bain ou un tissu pour éviter les
peluches qui se colleraient sur l’adhésif
• Au cas ou des résidus (particules de peau,
sueur) réduiraient le pouvoir adhésif, nous
vous conseillons d’utiliser une brosse
douce pour masser doucement la pâte
nettoyante. Ce nettoyage plus profond est
limité à 1x/semaine.
• Les lingettes livrées avec votre prothèse
protègent son côté adhésif dans son coffret
de rangement. Placez le côté plastique
de la lingette sur le côté adhésif de votre
prothèse.
• Les lingettes se lavent rapidement à la
main avec un savon doux. Rincez à l’eau
tiède et laissez sécher à l’air
6. Garantie
• Garantie de 2 ans (selon la loi) pour une
utilisation normale et selon le mode
d’emploi.
• En cas de défaut ou de dommage contactez
votre fournisseur. ABC vous rembourse votre
prothèse pendant les deux ans de garantie
(date d’achat) en cas de faute de production
ou de défaut de matériel.
• Nous vous faisons remarquer que la garantie
ne couvre pas la force d’adhésion de la
zone adhésive
• La durée d’efcacité de l’adhésif est variable
d’une personne à l’autre, de la composition
de la peau, de l’hygiène, de l’entretien et du
soin donné à la prothèse.
• La zone adhésive étant recouverte avec une
lingette livrée, la prothèse peut être utilisée
comme prothèse amovible (non adhésive).
7. Déclaration obligatoire
Seuls les cas concernant la prothèse mammaire
qui conduisent à une détérioration sérieuse
de la santé voire au décès sont à rapporter au
fabricant ou aux autorités responsables de la
Communauté Européenne.
Les incidents graves se trouvent dans l’article 2
Nr. 65 de la Régulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR).

Onderhoudsinstructies & gebruiksaanwijz-
ing: Attach borstprothese
Bedankt dat u voor ABC Breast Care heeft
gekozen. ABC-producten worden met grote
zorg en kennis van de behoeften van vrou-
wen met een borstoperatie ontwikkeld en
gefabriceerd.
Deze gebruiksaanwijzing is van toepassing
op:
• ABC Massage Form Attach, artikel 10475
• ABC Massage Form Shaper Attach,
artikel 11485
Houd er rekening mee dat niet alle ABC-
producten in alle landen verkrijgbaar zijn.
Leveringsomvang:
• Reisetui voor opslag en transport
• 2 stoffen afdekkingen (beschermfolies)
voor het plakgedeelte (een van elk: stof
en plastic)
• Gebruiksaanwijzing
1. Beoogd gebruik
• ABC-borstprothesen en deelprothesen
zijn uitsluitend bedoeld voor uitwendig
gebruik.
• ABC-borstprothesen en deelprothesen
zorgen voor een anatomische en op
gewicht gebaseerde vervanging van
verwijderd of ontbrekend borstweefsel.
Dit kan het gevolg zijn van borstoperaties
(zoals mastectomie en/of borstsparende
operatie), borstafwijkingen, borstregressie
of natuurlijke borstasymmetrie.
• ABC plakprothesen en deelprothesen
worden direct op de huid gedragen en zijn
bedoeld om met een BH te worden gedra-
gen. Het dragen van een BH biedt extra
zekerheid door de Attach-borstprothese
op zijn plaats te houden en zorgt voor een
veilige en comfortabele pasvorm.
• De juiste borstprothese en de juiste
BH worden door getrainde vakmensen
geselecteerd en aangemeten. Vorm, maat,
gewicht en kleur van de borstprothese
worden gekozen op basis van de anato-
mische omstandigheden en behoeften van
de drager.
• ABC-borstprotheses en deelprothesen zijn
bedoeld voor dagelijks gebruik en voor het
dragen van langere periodes.
2. Risks & Contraindications
• Er zijn geen bekende risico’s of contra-
indicaties te verwachten bij het dragen
van ABC- borst- en/of deelprothesen onder
normale omstandigheden en in overeen-
stemming met de verzorgingsinstructies.
Er worden geen veiligheidsproblemen of
prestatieproblemen verwacht bij normaal
gebruik. Er worden geen beperkingen op
het gebruik verwacht.
• Wij adviseren het dragen van borst- en/of
deelprothesen pas nadat de wond volledig

is genezen en de bestraling is voltooid.
• Als u last heeft van roodheid of uitslag,
stop dan met het gebruik van het product
en neem contact op met uw arts of
verkoper van deze medische hulpmid-
delen.
3. Materiaal
• Alle versies van ABC Massage Form® At-
tach zijn gemaakt van polyurethaanfolie,
siliconengel op basis van polydimethylsi-
loxaan, kleurpigmenten en microbolletjes
(in lichtgewicht prothesen).
• Het kleefoppervlak van ABC Attach borst-
protheses is gemaakt van een zelfklevende
siliconengel
• Alle ABC-borstprothesen worden zorgvul-
dig gecontroleerd. Eventuele verkleuring
van de borstprothese heeft geen invloed
op de kwaliteit of het draagcomfort.
4. Onderhoudsinstructies
Wat te vermijden:
• Vermijd scherpe voorwerpen. Wees
voorzichtig met scherpe, puntige voorw-
erpen. Broches, naalden, vingernagels,
scharen, nagels van huisdieren en andere
scherpe voorwerpen kunnen blijvende
schade aan uw borstprothese veroorzaken.
• Vermijd uitrekken, verdraaien, wrijving of
overmatig gebruik van kracht tijdens het
gebruik van uw borstprothese.
• Vermijd direct contact met parfum, hete
oppervlakken of heet water.
• De borstprothese is bestand tegen zweet,
vocht, water (zowel zout als chloorwater).
Proper skin care and skin preparation is es-
sential for long-lasting adhesion:
• To achieve the best possible adhesion,
please clean and dry your skin thoroughly
in the adhesive area before applying the
Attach breast prosthesis.
• Your skin should be free of soap residue,
moisture, creams, powder and perfume.
Skin care products containing oils may
impair the adhesive surface of the Attach
prosthesis.
Aanmeten van de Attach prosthese:
1. Ga voor een spiegel staan en trek uw BH
aan (zoals in het voorbeeld op pagina 2).
2. Plaats uw plakprothese (met de bescherm-
folie nog op het kleefoppervlak) in de
BH-cup (maar niet in het hoesje). Plaats
uw Attach-prothese in de bh-cup.
3. Verwijder de beschermfolie, bij voorkeur
zonder het kleefoppervlak aan te raken.
4. Druk de prothese met de kleefzijde van de
Attach-prothese tegen uw borst (zoals in
het voorbeeld op pagina 2).
5. en slotte, om een vlotte overgang van
borst naar prothese te verzekeren, moet u
ervoor zorgen dat de randen van de borst-
protheses netjes aan de borstkas blijven
kleven. Houd hiervoor de Attach-prothese
met één hand op zijn plaats en druk met

grondige reiniging. U kunt ook een
milde, niet bevochtigende vloeibare zeep
gebruiken.
Hoe maak je de Attach-borstprothese
schoon:
• Wrijf het reinigingsmiddel of de zeep
zachtjes met uw vingers in een cirkel over
het gehele kleefoppervlak gedurende 2-3
minuten.
• Spoel de Attach-prothese grondig af met
lauw water om de zeep of resten van het
reinigingsmiddel volledig te verwijderen.
• Om te drogen: plaats uw Attach-prothese
- met de plakzijde naar boven - in de ABC-
reisetui om de prothese aan de lucht te
laten drogen (zie voorbeeld op pagina 3).
• Droog de prothese niet met een handdoek.
Dit voorkomt ophoping van pluis op het
plakoppervlak, die de kleefkracht van de
Attach-prothese kan aantasten).
• Als de lijm te veel resten, pluis of huid-
schilfers op het oppervlak heeft, raden wij
aan om bij het reinigen van de borstproth-
esen naast het reinigingsmiddel ook een
zachte borstel te gebruiken.
Hoe maak je de stoffenafdekking schoon:
• Was met de hand met een milde zeep,
spoel het af in lauw water en laat het aan
de lucht drogen.

beneden.
Verwijderen en opnieuw plaatsen van de
plakprothese:
• Om de Attach-prothese te verwijderen,
maakt u de prothese voorzichtig van onder
naar boven los.
• Om de Attach-prothese opnieuw te
positioneren, verwijdert u deze zoals
hierboven beschreven en bevestigt u
deze opnieuw (zoals in het voorbeeld op
pagina 2).
• Raak het kleefoppervlak van de Attach-
protheses niet aan. Dit kan de hechting
van de Attach-prothese aantasten.
Hoe gebruik je de stoffen afdekking:
• De Attach-borstprothese kan worden
gedragen als een niet-plakprothese in de
bh-hoesjes, door de bijgevoegde stof-
fen afdekking op het kleefoppervlak te
plaatsen.
• Zorg ervoor dat u de geplasticeerde zijde
op het kleefoppervlak plaatst.
5. Reinigingsinstructies
• Dagelijkse reiniging van het kleefopperv-
lak is essentieel voor het behoud van een
langdurige kleefkracht van uw Attach-
plakprothese.
• Vraag uw verkoper van medische hulp-
middelen om een reinigingspasta
(reiniger) voor een eenvoudige en

6. Garantie
• Bij het dragen onder normale omstan-
digheden en in overeenstemming met de
gebruiksaanwijzing garanderen wij een
levensduur van het product van twee (2)
jaar.
• Mocht uw borstprothese defect raken,
neem dan contact op met uw leverancier
van medische hulpmiddelen. In geval van
een productie- of materiaalfout zal ABC de
borstprothese vervangen indien het defect
binnen twee (2) jaar na aankoopdatum
optreedt.
• De garantie omvat niet de sterkte of de
functionaliteit van het kleefgedeelte.
• De levensduur, functionaliteit en ster-
kte van het kleefoppervlak varieert van
drager tot drager. Dit is afhankelijk van de
huidconditie, de lichaamshygiëne en de
verzorging van de prothese.
7. Rapportage van incidenten
Alleen ernstige incidenten met betrekking
tot het product, die leiden tot een ernstige
verslechtering van de gezondheidstoestand
of de dood, moeten worden gemeld aan de
fabrikant of de bevoegde autoriteit van de
EU-lidstaat. Ernstige incidenten worden be-
schreven in artikel 2, lid 65, van Verordening
(EU) nr. 2017/745 (MDR).

mammaria adesiva Attach.Grazie per aver
scelto ABC Breast Care. I prodotti ABC sono
sviluppati e realizzati con la massima cura
tenendo ben presente le esigenze delle donne
operate al seno.
Questo manuale di istruzioni si applica a:
• ABC Massage Form Attach, Art. 10475
• ABC Massage Form Shaper Attach, Art.

1. Indicazioni di utilizzo
• Le protesi mammarie e le protesi parziali
ABC Attach adesive sono solo per uso
esterno.
• Le protesi mammarie e le protesi parziali
ABC Attach adesive offrono un’adeguata
sostituzione anatomica basata sul peso del
tessuto mammario rimosso o mancante,
che può essere causato o da intervento
chirurgico al seno (come una mastectomia
o un’operazione conservativa al seno),
malformazione mammaria, regressione del
seno, o asimmetria naturale del seno.
• Le protesi mammarie e le protesi par-
ziali ABC Attach adesive possono essere
indossate direttamente sulla pelle con
un reggiseno. Il reggiseno fornisce una
sicurezza aggiuntiva tenendo la protesi in
posizione garantendo una vestibilità sicura e
confortevole.
• La corretta protesi mammaria e il relativo
reggiseno devono esser selezionati e provati
con professionisti qualicati. Forma, dimen-
sione, peso e colore della protesi vengono
scelti in base alle condizioni anatomiche di
chi dovrà indossarla.
• Le protesi mammarie e le protesi parziali
ABC Attach adesive sono destinate ad un
uso quotidiano anche per lunghi periodi di
tempo.
2. Rischi e controindicazioni
• Non sono stati riscontrati rischi e con-
troindicazioni in condizioni normali e in
conformità con le istruzioni per la cura del
prodotto. Non sono previsti problemi sulla
sicurezza o riduzioni di prestazione durante
il normale utilizzo del prodotto. Non sono
previste limitazioni d’uso.
• Si consiglia di indossare la protesi mam-
maria o la protesi provvisoria solo dopo la
completa guarigione della ferita e il comple-
tamento del ciclo di radioterapia. Attendere
almeno sei mesi dopo l’operazione prima di
