BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSER GEBRAUCH
Das Gerät dient zum Laden von NiMH und NiCd
Akkus. Es erkennt selbstständig den entsprechen-
den Akkutyp und stellt sich automatisch ein.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung vor Gebrauch
sorgfältig durch und bewahren Sie diese für den
späteren Gebrauch auf.
1. Nehmen Sie das Gerät bei Beschädigungen am Gehäuse oder
Stecker nicht in Betrieb. Wenden Sie sich an Ihren autorisier-
ten Verkäufer.
2. Öffnen oder manipulieren Sie das Gerät nicht.
3. Legen Sie nur Nickel-Metallhydrid (NiMH) oder Nickel-
Cadmium (NiCd) Akkus ein, bei anderen Batterien besteht
Explosionsgefahr.
4. Laden Sie keine nicht wiederauadbaren Batterien auf.
5. Setzen Sie die Akkus immer gemäß der korrekten Polarität
(+/-) ein.

6. Das Gerät entspricht der Schutzklasse II. Es wird
keine Schutzerdung benötigt.
7. Führen Sie Wartungs- & Reinigungsarbeiten nur bei gezoge-
nem Netzstecker durch.
8. Verwenden Sie das Gerät ausschließlich in
geschlossenen, trockenen Innenräumen und
schützen Sie es vor Feuchtigkeit, um Brandge-
fahr bzw. die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlages auszu-
schließen.
9. Bewahren Sie das Gerät für Kinder unzugänglich auf. Kinder
sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass sie
nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
10. Das Gerät ist nicht zur Verwendung von Personen (Kinder

BEDIENUNG
1. Stecken Sie das Gerät in eine geeignete Steckdose (100-240V
AC 50-60Hz).
2. Das Gerät führt einen kurzen Selbsttest durch, bei dem alle
Kontroll-LEDs für die Rundzellen 3x in Orange aufblinken.
3. Sie können bis zu 4x NiMH oder NiCd Akkus der Größen
Mignon AA oder Micro AAA oder 2x 9V-Akkus (auch gemischt)
einlegen.
4. Auf richtige Polung der Akkus (+/-), entsprechend den
Symbolen im Ladeschacht, ist zu achten
5. Der Ladevorgang startet automatisch. Der Ladezustand jedes
Akkus wird mittels der LED-Kontrollleuchten angezeigt. Die
Akkus müssen nicht zeitgleich eingelegt werden, da die
Ladeprozesse der Akkus unabhängig voneinander gesteuert
werden.
6. Beginnt die LED zu Blinken wird ein Defekt erkannt
7. Während des Ladevorgangs ist eine Erwärmung der Akkus
normal.
8. Bei vollgeladenem Akku schaltet das Gerät automatisch auf
Impulserhaltungsladung um. Diese Funktion verhindert die
Selbstentladung des Akkus ohne Überladung.

PFLEGE & WARTUNG

keine Scheuer- oder Lösungsmittel.

WELCOME
Thank you for choosing the ABSINA X4 charger. The
operating instructions will help you to get the best
from the functions of your new charger. We wish you
much pleasure with this new device.

INTENDED USE
The device is used for charging NiMH and NiCd batte-
ries. It automatically recognizes the battery type and
sets itself accordingly.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the operating instructions carefully before use
and keep them for future reference.
1. If the housing is damaged, do not operate the device. Contact
your authorized dealer.
2. Do not open or manipulate the device.
3. Insert only nickel metal hydride (NiMH) or nickel cadmium
(NiCd) batteries, other batteries may cause an explosion
hazard.
4. Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
5. Always insert the batteries according to the correct polarity
(+/-).
6. The device complies with protection class II. No
protective earthing is required.

7. Only carry out maintenance and cleaning work when the
mains plug is disconnected.
8. To reduce the risk of re or electric shock, use
the product only in closed, dry indoor spaces and
protect it from moisture.
9. Keep the device out of the reach of children. Children should
be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appli-
ance.
10. The device is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities
or lack of experience/knowledge. Such persons must be
instructed or supervised by a person responsible for their
safety.

OPERATION
1. Plug the device into a suitable power outlet (100-240V AC
50-60Hz).
2. The device carries out a short self-test in which all control
LEDs for the round cells ash 3x in orange.
3. You can insert up to 4x NiMH or NiCd batteries of the sizes
Mignon AA or Micro AAA or 2x 9V batteries (also mixed).

4. Make sure that the polarity of the batteries is correct (+/-),
according to the symbols in the charging slot
5. The charging process starts automatically. The charging
status of each battery is indicated by the LED control lamps.
It is not necessary to insert the batteries at the same time,
as the charging processes of the batteries are controlled
independently.
6. If the LED starts blinking a defect is detected
7. It is normal for the batteries to heat up during the charging
process.
8. When the battery is fully charged, the device automatical-
ly switches to pulse conservation charging. This function
prevents self-discharge of the battery without overcharging.

Always disconnect the power supply to the device
before cleaning and remove all batteries.
Use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth for cleaning. Do

Do not throw electrical appliances in the
household waste! Dispose of the device via
an approved disposal company or via your
municipal waste disposal facility. Observe
the currently applicable regulations. In
case of doubt, contact your disposal facility.

UTILISATION PRÉVUE
Le produit est destiné à recharger des accus NiMH/
NiCd. Il détecte automatiquement le type d'accu et se
règle automatiquement.
CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
Lire et conserver précieusement le manuel d‘utilisa-
tion avant l‘utilisation.
1. En cas de dommage sur le boîtier ou le connecteur, ne mettez
pas l‘appareil en service et adressezvous au magasin spécia-

UTILISATION
1. Branchez le chargeur sur une prise appropriée (100-240V AC).
2. L‘appareil indique qu‘il est prêt au fonctionnement par un
triple clignotement des 4 LED en orange.
3. Vous pouvez insérer jusqu‘à accus 4 NiMH ou NiCd de la taille
Mignon AA ou Micro AAA (ou un mélange).
4. Veillez à ce que le contact des accus dans le compartiment
de charge corresponde à la polarité, conformément aux
symboles.
5. Le processus de charge débute automatiquement. L‘état de
charge de chaque accu est indiqué au moyen des lumières
de contrôle au-dessus du compartiment. Il n‘est pas néces-
saire d‘insérer les accus simultanément car les processus de
charge sont contrôlés indépendamment l‘un de l‘autre.
6. Il est normal que les accus chauffent pendant le processus
de charge.
7. Une fois le rechargement d‘un accu réussi, le passage à la
charge pulsée d‘entretien a lieu automatiquement. Cette
fonction garantit une performance optimale et empêche la
décharge spontanée des accus.

terminé. L‘accu a été entièrement rechargé et est alimenté

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
An de garantir un fonctionnement parfait de l‘ap-
pareil, maintenez les contacts du chargeur et des
accus libres de tout encrassement. Le nettoyage de
l‘appareil doit uniquement être effectué avec la che
secteur débranchée et à l‘aide d‘un chiffon sec.
MISE AU REBUT/RECYCLAGE
Ne jetez en aucun cas l‘appareil avec les
déchets ménagers normaux. Éliminez l‘ap-
pareil par le biais d‘une entreprise de traite-
ment certiée ou de votre déchetterie
communale. Respectez les prescriptions
actuellement en vigueur. En cas de doute, contactez
votre déchetterie locale. Recyclez tous les matériels
d‘emballage selon les règles de protection de l’envi-
ronnement en vigueur.

USO CONFORME A LO PREVISTO
El producto sirve para cargar pilas de NiMH/NiCd.
Reconoce por sí mismo el tipo de pila y se ajusta
automáticamente.
INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD
Antes de la puesta en funcionamiento, ¡lea cuida-
dosamente las instrucciones de uso y respete las
instrucciones de seguridad.
1. ¡Si se daña la carcasa o el cable, no debe emplear el disposi-
tivo sino dirigirse a un comercio autorizado y especializado!
2. ¡No abra el dispositivo!
3. Colocar solo acumuladores de hidruro de metal-níquel (NiMH)
o níquel-cadmio (NiCd). ¡Si se usan otras pilas se corre el
peligro de explosión!
4. No cargue ninguna pila que no sea recargable.
5. ¡Al poner los acumuladores observe la polaridad (+/-)!
