Remove the original screws (F) as shown
in figure.
Smontare le viti originali (F) come mostrato
in figura.
Remove the 2 original screws (indicated) and
the two relative washers (G). Disassemble
the third original screw (F).
Smontare le 2 viti originali (indicate) e le due
relative rondelle in rame (G). Smontatre la
terza vite originale (F).
Fix the X-Power clutch protection (A)
with the original screws (F) and bushings (C).
Closing torque as reported on the original
instructions manual of the bike.
Fissare la protezione frizione X-Power (A)
con le viti originali (F) e le boccole (C).
Coppia di chiusura come riportato sul
manuale originale della moto.

To simplify the X-Power mounting, push the brake caliper inward and widen the brake
pads, then push the brake pedal down. Finally, place the protection (A) on the engine casing.
Per facilitare il montaggio del X-Power, premere la pinza allargando le pastiglie e poi
abbassare il freno. Infine appoggiare la protezione (A) sul carter motore.

The washers (G) must be repositioned
on the carter: it is advisable to put on the
washers a small amount of grase, in so that
they can remain adherent to the carter.
Le rondelle (G) devono essere riposizionate
sul carter: si consiglia di apporre sulle
rondelle una piccola quantità di grasso, in
modo che possano rimanere aderenti al carter.

Lower the gear shift by putting the bike into
the first gear. Place the protection (B) on the
engine casing.
Abbassare la leva del cambio (inserendo la
1° marcia). Appoggiare la protezione (B) sul
carter motore.
Before assembling the X-Power (B), block
the bushings (D) inside the protection.
In order to ease the mounting, it is
recommended to use a screw by inserting it
in the bushings. Then pull the screw until the
bushings are stuck in their plastic seat.
Finally, remove the screw.
Prima di montare l’X-Power (B), bloccare le
boccole (D) nel lato interno della protezione.
Per facilitare il montaggio, si consiglia di
utilizzare una vite inserendola dal lato interno
delle boccole stesse. Poi tirare fino ad
incastrare le boccole nelle sedi della plastica
ed estrarre la vite.

original screw (F) and the bushing (C).

Fissare la protezione frizione X-Power (B)
(verificando che le rondelle G siano
posizionate correttamente) tramite le viti (E),
la vite originale (F) e la boccola (C). Coppia di
chiusura come riportato sul manuale originale
della moto.
