2. CONSIGNES GENERALES DE SECURITE
La liste des préconisations ci-dessous n’est pas limitative, toute manipulation du filtre doit se
faire avec le maximum de précautions.
▪L’usage de ce produit est destiné à un usage privé pour l’entretien des eaux de piscine.
▪Ne pas modifier le filtre ; toute modification celle-ci entraîne la perte de la garantie.
▪Utiliser pour toute réparation, exclusivement des pièces détachées fournies par le fabricant; celui-ci décline toute
responsabilité en cas de dommages causés par l’utilisation de pièces de fabrication extérieure ou modifiées sans son
accord préalable.
▪La sécurité et le bon fonctionnement du filtre seront garantis si et seulement si toutes les instructions d’installation
et de mise en service sont respectées.
▪En cas de disfonctionnement ou d’avarie, veuillez-vous adresser au représentant du fabricant le plus proche ou au
Service d’Assistance Technique du fabricant.
3. INSTALLATION ET MONTAGE
Le filtre est pré-monté. Il est livré fixé sur son socle (15) avec le tube central (13), les crépines (11), les brides (3). Il est
accompagné d’un sachet comprenant le manomètre (1), le joint vanne/réservoir (8), la vanne et l’ensemble des raccords
(voir paragraphe sur les connexions).
3.1 POSITIONNEMENT ET ASSEMBLAGE
▪Le filtre doit être positionné :
- sur un sol de niveau, très stable et ferme,
- de façon à ce que la vanne 6 voies soit accessible pour l’entretien courant,
- soit au-dessous, soit au maximum à 2m au-dessus le niveau de l’eau de la piscine,
- proche d’une évacuation d’eau.

3.2 CHARGEMENT DU SABLE (lavé et séché)
▪Placer les joints et connecter la vanne 6 voies au réservoir
▪Enlever le couvercle,
▪Recouvrir d’eau les crépines (1/3 du filtre) afin de ralentir la chute du sable
▪Verser délicatement le sable par l’ouverture supérieure (se reporter au tableau pour la charge et la granulométrie),
▪Aplanir la surface du sable,
▪Remettre le couvercle. Visser le manomètre avec son joint. Visser la mise à l’air.

3.3 CONNEXIONS
▪Raccorder la vanne à la pompe par l’orifice de la vanne PUMP.
▪Connecter le refoulement vers la piscine par l’orifice RETURN, puis finir les raccordements (piscine —> pompe, vanne —
> égout).
3.4 VERIFICATIONS
Vérifier tous les serrages. ATTENTION, pour tous les raccords munis de joints d’étanchéité, ne pas utiliser de produits
(téflon, …). Un serrage à la main suffit.
4. MISE EN SERVICE
Couper l’alimentation électrique de la pompe.
▪Appuyer à fond sur la poignée de la vanne 6 voies, puis la placer face au repère LAVAGE (pour éviter d’endommager le
joint toujours appuyer à fond sur la poignée avant de la tourner).
▪Amorcer la pompe et laisser couler vers l’égout pendant environ 1 minute, ce lavage initial nettoie le sable de ses
impuretés.
▪Stopper la pompe, puis mettre la vanne 6 voies en position RINÇAGE.
Puis démarrer la pompe et la laisser tourner environ 30 secondes,
▪Couper la pompe et remettre la vanne 6 voies en position FILTRATION.
Puis redémarrer la pompe.
▪Éventuellement régler la vanne de refoulement pour obtenir le débit désiré.
▪Vérifier l’installation pour s’assurer de l’absence de toute fuite.
▪Noter la pression affichée par le manomètre quand le filtre est propre. La pression augmente avec l’encrassement du
sable : Lorsque la pression a augmenté d’environ 0,4 bar procéder à un lavage du filtre en respectant les consignes ci-
dessus.
NB: Lors de la remise en fonction de la piscine après hivernage, il peut être nécessaire de procéder plus fréquemment à un
contre lavage.

5. PRECAUTIONS D’EMPLOI
Couper l’alimentation électrique.
▪ Le filtre travaille sous pression; toute entrée d’air dans le système peut provoquer l’explosion d’un des composants
causant un risque de blessure grave ou de détérioration du matériel.
▪ Toujours stopper la pompe avant de manœuvrer la vanne 6 voies.
▪ Pour prévenir toute détérioration de la pompe et pour une utilisation optimale du système de filtration, il est impératif
de nettoyer régulièrement le panier du skimmer et le pré filtre de la pompe ( Vannes en positions fermées, pompe
arrêtée).
▪ Ne jamais faire fonctionner la pompe sans eau et vannes entièrement fermées.

1. SYMBOLS MEANINGS USED HEREIN

2. GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The instructions listed below are purely indicative and in no way limited. The pump must always
be handled with the most care.
▪This product is destined for private usage for the maintenance of swimming pool water.
▪Do not modify the filter; the guarantee will automatically be invalidated in the event of any modification thereof.
▪For any repairs, only use spare parts supplied by the manufacturer; the latter will not be held liable for any damage
caused by the use of non-original spare parts or parts which have been modified without prior agreement.
▪The safety and correct operation of the filter are guaranteed only if all the installation and commissioning
instructions have been followed correctly.
▪In the event of a malfunction or failure, please contact your nearest manufacturer’s representative or the
manufacturer’s Technical Support Service.
3. INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY
The filter is pre-assembled. It is supplied fixed to its base (15) with the central pipe (13), the strainers (11), the clamps (3).
It is supplied with a small bag containing the pressure gauge (1), the valve/tank joint (8), the valve and all the couplings
(please refer to the paragraph relating to connections).
3.1 POSITIONING AND ASSEMBLY
▪The filter must be positioned:
- on flat ground, which is very stable and firm,
- such that the 6-way valve is accessible for regular maintenance,
- either below, or at a maximum of 2m above the level of the water in the pool,
- near a water drainage outlet.

3.2 LOADING THE SAND (washed and dried)
▪Connect the valve to the filter using pipes with unions
▪Loosen the lid and remove it
▪Cover the strainers with water (1/3 of the filter) in order to slow the falling sand
▪For the sand carefully through the upper opening (please refer to the table for the weight and size grading),
▪Sand surface should be leveled.
▪Put back the lid. Screw the pressure gauge with its o’ring. Screw the air release valve.

3.3 CONNECTION
▪Connect the valve to the pump by the opening PUMP
▪Connect the outlet towards the swimming-pool by the opening RETURN and then finish the connections (swimming-pool
-> pump, valve -> drain)
3.4 CHECKS
Check that everything has been correctly tightened. ATTENTION to all unions with o'ring, do not use sealants (teflon, ...).
Tightened by hand only.
5. COMMISSIONING
Cut off the electricity supply.
▪Press down hard on the handle of the 6-way valve, and then place it in line with the indicator WASH (in order to avoid
damaging the joint, always press down hard on the handle before turning it).
▪Activate the pump and allow the water to run towards the drain for approximately one minute, this initial wash cleans
the sand and removes any impurities.
▪Stop the pump, and then set the 6-way valve to the position RINSE. Then start the pump and let it run for about 30
seconds,
▪Stop the pump, and then re-set the 6-way valve to the position FILTRATION. Then re-start the pump.
▪If required, adjust the delivery valve in order to obtain the required flow rate.
▪Check the installation to ensure that there are no leaks.
▪Take a note of the pressure shown on the pressure gauge when the filter is clean. The pressure increases as the sand gets
dirty: Once the pressure has risen by about 0.4 bars, wash the filter in line with the instructions above.
N.B.: When preparing the swimming pool for activity after a winter break, it may be necessary to launch a back-wash
procedure more frequently.

5. PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Cut off the electricity supply.
▪The filter works under pressure; any air ingress into the system can cause the explosion of one of the components,
resulting in a risk of serious injury or of damage to the equipment.
▪Always stop the pump before manipulating the 6-way valve.
▪In order to avoid any deterioration of the pump and to optimise the usage of the filtration system, it is imperative to clean
the skimmer basket and the pump pre-filter on a regular basis ( valves in closed position, pump stopped).
▪Never allow the pump to operate without water and with the valves fully closed.
