Wi-Fi Connectivity
2WIN can be connected to a Wi-Fi network in order to:
✓Use Mail Printing function
✓Download OTA software updates
✓Download calibration files from Adaptica’s server
✓Remote Control and Telemetry
How to connect 2WIN to a Wi-Fi network?
1. Accept 2WIN disclaimer
2. Enter Menu > Settings > Wireless and select Wireless ON
3. Enter Menu > Settings > Wireless > WiFi Config, select the desired Wi-Fi network,
enter the network password and press Connect
4. Check Wi-Fi status from the icon on 2WIN home window or from Menu > Settings
> Wireless > WiFi Status

Mail Printing
Mail Printing feature allows to send the PDF report as attachment to an email address. The
email address can be personal or a printer’s email address.
How to enable Mail Printing?
1. Connect 2WIN to a Wi-Fi network
2. Create mailPrinting.txt file in the SD card root
3. Write the desired email address into mailPrinting.txt file
4. Reboot 2WIN
5. Enable Mail Printing option from Menu > Print > Device
> Mail Printing
6. Take a new measurement and save it. An email with
the PDF report will be automatically sent to the
specified email address.
NOTE: If you modify the email address, 2WIN must be rebooted.

Screening Table
2WIN Screening Table is based on the AAPOS thresholds
for amblyopia risk factors.
How to display/hide the Screening Table?
To display automatically the Screening Table after each
measurement, select Menu > Measurement > Screening >
Show at End.
Otherwise, short press the joystick to the right.
How to customize the Screening Table?
1. Create screeningTable.txt file in the SD card root
2. In the first 6 lines of the file, write min age, max age
and the desired thresholds for Hyperopia, Myopia,
Astigmatism, Anisometropia, Anisocoria and Gaze.
3. From Menu > Measurement > Screening select
Update User Table.

Spherical Equivalent
2WIN allows to display the Spherical Equivalent value together with the refraction results,
both in measurement mode and in browsing mode.
How to display Spherical Equivalent?
Enable Spherical Equivalent option from Menu > Measurement > Display > Sphe. EQ

2WIN Quick Menu
2WIN Quick Menu allows to get quick access to the preferred and most used 2WIN functions.
How to configure the Quick Menu?
1. Long press the Interactivity button
2. Using the joystick, select the + button
3. Browse 2WIN menu to add new items to Quick Menu
How to open the Quick Menu?
Long press the Interactivity button and 2WIN Quick Menu
will open. Use the joystick to select the desired feature
among the preferred ones.
NOTE: All items from 2WIN main menu can be added to
Quick Menu. Interactivity button

Notification Center
Notification Center allows the real time monitoring of 2WIN messaging and logs.
How to open the Notification Center?
Long press the Eye button and 2WIN Notification Center
will open. Use the joystick to scroll the list of notifications.
Eye button
There are reported 3 different types of information:
✓Notifications on the measurements
✓Notifications on the Wi-Fi status and logins
✓Notifications on the additional Applications installed
When a new notification is added to Notification Center,
2WIN status icon will be shown with a red background.
