Pre-installation instructions and equipment
operation guide
Thank you very much for your purchase and support of HCmaker7 3D
printer of Heng Jiangchuang Technology. You may have bought other 3D
Products from Heng Jian or known well about 3D products technology.
However, we still hope that you can read the product guide carefully, it
contains lots of great information about the use of products which can
make customers a better 3D experience. After reading and understanding
the operation, you can begin your first print.
Before using this machine, you are sure to read the following content.
Ⅰ、Users instructions
1.Safety precautions:Please use the recommended supplies by the original
manufacturer to the printer supplies.Don’t use other supplies in case of
nozzle clogging.Don’t try any other ways that not mentioned to use the
printer,to avoid causing accidental personal injury and funds damage.
2.The machine is suitable for ventilated,dry and dusty environments to
use.when used,please pay attention to the printer of the around heat,avoid
placing it to the thick carpet or closed to wall.Don’t place the machine
close to the flammable or explosive materials ,in addition,near a high heat
sourses is not allowed.Besides,don’t place the machine to the large
vibration or other unstable environments.Don’t place the heavy things on

the machine.
3.In the light of using power,you should use the power line which is the
machine attached.Don’t pull the power plugs when your hands are
wet.Please use the three-hole socket which is qualified with ground
line.Don’t pull or warp the machine line on purpose,avoid open circuit or
short circuit.Before operating the machine,you are sure to that the electric
wire is under ground connection,in case of the printer is not disturbed by
static electricity.
4.In the process of the print,pay attention to the machine which with
one-piece bed heating plate,when used the function of the heating
bed,don’t let the hot bed temperature over 60 °C to avoid burn.Don’t use
the machine if the kid is under 10 alone in order to avoid personal
injury.In the process of print or just finish the print,avoid touching the
printer nozzle structure to prevent burning.If generated something
abnormal noise when printed,turn off the power at once and stop
printing,in addition,you should keep in touch with your purchaser.As for
the product,you should often maintain it and remove the dust
regularly.Don’t use the way that the paper never offered,it is in order to
protect the machine or other sever safety accidents.Under the
circumstances the power failure regularly,clean the machine with the dry
cloth,remove the dust and bond print materials.If it must use wet
cloth,don’t use the flammable solvent in case of it touches the printer to

cause a fire or electric shock.
5.After printing,make sure the power failure, After the completion of the
use of the nozzle, use the nozzle with the tools to clean up the supplies on
the nozzle in time, do not touch the head by hand directly. Do not scratch
the hot bed when trying to get the model. Do the post maintenance work,
wipe dust in time and lubrication, when don’t use the machine for a long
time,please cut off the power,and make the machine to avoid dust.
6.Place the machine in a flat or solid platform to use,adjust the
nozzle parallel to the printing platform in the first time,in order to avoid
the nozzle damage the platform.

1. Open the package, check the accessories are intact and complete;
2. Refer to the device installation instructions to complete the assembly
and try to print a model（Please refer to 2. Assembly and commissioning
tutorial）；
3. Study the operation of the printer use deeply to understand the printing
process (please refer to 3. User Guide, software installation use, please
refer to 4. Control software Repetier-Host installation and introduction);
4. Learn about model slices, monitor interfaces, frequently asked
questions, machine maintenance, and so on.
5. Sharpening your axe will not delay your job of chopping wood. please
spend more time to understand the related 3d print knowledge,it is easy to
print their own works better.
