WARNING:
READ ALL WARNING & SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ASSEMBLING CRIB. KEEP
INSTRUCTIONS WITH CRIB FOR FUTURE USE.
First remove hardware from box and sort by size. Check to see that all hardware and wooden pieces
are present before assembling.
Follow instructions listed below in the proper sequence as numbered to assure fast, easy and correct
assembly.
DO NOT use this crib if the enclosed or attached instructions cannot be strictly adhered to.
WARNING:
•DO NOT attempt to repair or modify parts with cracks or defects. Please contact us for immediate
replacement.
•This product is for home use and is not intended for use in schools, day care centers or other
commercial establishments.
•Must be assembled by a capable adult.
•CHOKING HAZARDS: DO NOT put small / loose components on top of the changing table unit
where baby could reach.
Crib Warnings
WARNING
Failure to follow these warnings and the assembly instructions could result in serious injury or death.
•This crib conforms to applicable regulations promulgated by the Consumer Products Safety
Commission.
•To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to
sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.
•DO NOT use a water mattress with this crib.
•If refinishing, use a non-toxic finish specified for children’s products.
•Check fasteners periodically and never over tighten then, as this may cause distortion or
breakage.
•Never use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers because they can cause
suffocation.
•CAUTION: ANY MATTRESS USED IN THIS CRIB MUST BE AT LEAST 27-1/4 IN BY 51-5/8 IN
(69CM X 131CM) WITH A THICKNESS THAT DOES NOT EXCEED 6 IN (15CM). THE
MATTRESS USED WITH THIS CRIB SHOULD BE OF A LENGTH AND WIDTH SUCH THAT
THE GAP BETWEEN THE MATTRESS AND THE SIDES OF THE CRIB DOES NOT EXCEED
3CM (1.2 IN) WHEN THE MATTRESS IS PUSHED INTO ANY CORNER OF THE CRIB.
•Never leave child unattended inside crib. Use this crib as a crib, not as a play yard. Remember
that a crib is not a substitute for a parent’s supervision.
•Parents should ensure a safe environment for their child by checking the crib regularly before
placing the child in the products. Please make sure that every component is properly and securely
in place.
•When a child is able to pull to a standing position, set the mattress to the lowest position and
remove bumper pads, large toys and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
•Infants can suffocate in gaps between crib sides and a mattress that is too small.
•Follow warnings on all products in a crib.

WARNING
Infants can suffocate on soft bedding.
Never add a pillow or comforter.
Never place additional padding under an infant.
Strangulation Hazard
•Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string around a child’s neck, such as
hood strings or pacifier cord. Do not suspend strings over a crib or attach strings to toys.
•To help prevent strangulation, tighten all fasteners. A child can trap parts of the body or clothing
on loose fasteners.
•DO NOT place crib near windows where cords from blinds or drapes may strangle a child.
•Keep wall decorations, especially those with strings, completely out of a child’s reach.
Fall Hazard
•When child is able to pull to standing position, set mattress to lowest position and remove bumper
pads, large toys and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
•Stop using crib when child begins to climb out or reaches the height of 35 in. (89cm).
•Check this product for damaged hardware, loose joints, loose bolts or other fasteners, missing
parts, or sharp edges before and after assembly and frequently during use. Securely tighten loose
bolts and other fasteners. DO NOT use crib if any parts are missing, damaged or broken. Contact
(AFG International Products Inc.) for replacement parts and instructional literature if needed. DO
NOT substitute parts.
Changer Warnings
WARNING- KEEP THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE USE
FALL HAZARD – TO PREVENT DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY ALWAYS KEEP CHILD WITHIN
ARM’S REACH.
•NEVER LEAVE THE CHILD UNATTENDED.
•SECURE THE CHILD IN THE RESTRAINT WHEN USING CHANGER.
•KEEP THE CHILD IN VIEW WHILE CHILD IS IN THE CHANGER.
•STOP USING THE CHANGER WHEN THE CHILD IS ABLE TO SIT UP OR ROLL OVER.
•PERIODICALLY CHECK FOR LOOSE OR WORN PARTS, TIGHTEN, REPAIR, OR REPLACE
AS NEEDED.
•THIS PRODUCT IS FOR RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY. ANY INSTITUTIONAL USE IS STRICTLY
PROHIBITED.
•CAN ONLY RETAIN CHILD WITH MAXIMUM WEIGHT UP TO 30 LBS.
•ALWAYS SECURE CHANGING PAD TO THE CHANGER SURFACE BY FASTENING THE
BELTS.
•DO NOT USE CHANGING TABLE, ADD-ON CHANGING UNIT, OR CONTOURED CHANGING
PAD IF IT IS DAMAGED OR BROKEN.
•THIS PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED TO BE USED AS A CHANGING TABLE WITHOUT
FASTENING THE SAFETY BELT. USE OF THE PRODUCT WITHOUT THIS MAY RESULT IN
DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY TO YOUR CHILD FROM FALLING. FOLLOW ALL

STEP 1
1. Bolt 1/4" x 2-1/4” (2 pcs)
2. Barrel Nut 1/4" x 15 mm (2 pcs)

Attach Left Side Panel (A) to Stationary Side Panel (C) (label face out) by using 2Barrel
Nuts (#2) on the underside of top and bottom corner of Stationary Side Panel before
inserting 2 Bolts (#1) into top and bottom holes. Tighten firmly with Wrench (#4).

STEP 2
1. Bolt 1/4" x 2-1/4” (2 pcs)
2. Barrel Nut 1/4" x 15 mm (2 pcs)

Attach Right Side Panel (B) to Stationary Side Panel (C) by using 2Barrel Nuts (#2) on
the underside of top and bottom corner of Stationary Side Panel before inserting 2 Bolts
(#1) into top and bottom holes. Tighten firmly with Wrench (#4).

STEP 3
1. Bolt 1/4" x 2-1/4” (4 pcs)
2. Barrel Nut 1/4" x 15 mm (4 pcs)

Attach Left Side Panel (A) and Right Side Panel (B) to other Stationary Side Panel (C)
(label Face out) by using 4 Barrel Nuts (#2) on the underside of each corner of
Stationary Side Panel before inserting 4 Bolts (#1) into top and bottom holes. Tighten
firmly with Wrench (#4).

STEP 4
3. Bolt 6mm x 3/4” (4 pcs)
4. Wrench (1 pc)
Attach Mattress Support (D) by swinging out the four
hangers at the corners of the mattress support and
use 4 Bolts (#3) to attach hangers to the brackets on
the legs at an even level on all sides.
Please ensure that all height adjustment holes are
filled with appropriate bolts after the mattress support
has been moved to the desired level.
Make sure that these bolts are tightly secured.
WARNING:
Make sure that the warning envelope on the
mattress support frame is facing up.
Check components periodically, make sure hinges
are tightened properly and securely.

Attach Drawer Back Panel (J) to side panels with 4 Screws (#12). Install drawer support
(Z) by using 2 wooden screws (#12), Make sure all screws are tightly secured.
STEP 4:
Attach Knobs (#14) to Drawer Front Panel with 2 Bolts (#15).

STEP 1:
a. Insert 8 Dowels (#11) into top and bottom holes on each end of both Top Front Panel (L) and Top Back
Panel (M).
b. Attach 2 Top Side Panels (N) to Top Front Panel (L) and Top Back Panel (M) by using 4Barrel Nuts
(#10) of each corner of top panels before inserting 4 Bolts (#7). Warning labels must be UPRIGHT and
facing INWARD. Tighten firmly with Wrench (#4).

Top Panel with 6 Bolts (#13). Tighten firmly with Phillips Head Screwdriver (Not included).

STEP 1: Note: For easier assembly, place Left Side Panel (E) flat on the ground.
a. Insert 3 Dowels (#11) into top holes on each end of Front Shelf Rail (R) and Front Drawer Rails (T).
b. Attach Front Shelf Rail (R) (make sure middle hole is facing up), Back Shelf Rail (S) (make sure flat
side is facing rear), Front Drawer Rails (T) and Back Drawer Rail (U) (make sure the groove is facing
up) to Left Side Panel (E) by using 5 Barrel Nuts (#9) on the underside of left side of all rails before
inserting Bolts (#5). Tighten firmly with Wrench (#4).

STEP 3:
a. Insert 3 Dowels (#11) into top holes on ends of Front Shelf Rail and Front Drawer Rails.
b. Attach Right Side Panel (F) to unit by using 5 Barrel Nuts (#9) on the underside of right side of all
rails before inserting 5 Bolts (#5). Tighten firmly with Wrench (#4).

STEP 4:
a. Insert Dowel (#11) into Shelf Divider (Y).
b. Attach Shelf Divider to Upper Back Panel by using a Barrel Nut (#10) before inserting Bolt (#8).
