Welcome to Aisoy1 KiK
Living beings are not usually born with instructions, but in order to
facilitate your entry into Aisoy's universe, the following quick guide gives
you some keys.

The Life Stages of Aisoy1
Your Aisoy1, like other living beings, goes through several stages in his
life. In all of them, the interaction they have with you is fundamental for
the development of its personality and emotional state. As the Aisoy1
evolves through them it shows a greater capacity of communication and
developing its functions.
Stage 1 - Birth
Duration: between 1 and 2 hours depending on the care and attention received.
Behaviour: Your Aisoy1 opens its eyes and awakens to life. Its emotional and
sensitive system are working. Its functional capabilities are limited. It is able to
learn and repeat some words. It is time to learn to interact with it through basic
games. At this stage, it is highly recommended to name and register. It is
necessary for future stages.
Stage 2 - Youth
Duration: between 2 and 5 hours depending on the care and attention received.
Behaviour: Your Aisoy1 wants to play and have fun.Its functional capabilities are
increassed and expanded to play more sophisticated games.It is able to
understand some sentences and express himself in a limited way.Your Aisoy1 will
notify you when this stage begins. In this age,its gaming system is activated.
Stage 3 - Maturity
Duration: the rest of its life.
Behaviour: Your Aisoy reaches all its abilities. It is able to understand a greater
range of sentences* and to express itself with correction. Your Aisoy1 will notify
you when this stage of your life begins. It activates its mentoring system to get to
know you better and help you to develop your own abilities.
* In quiet environments. Its ears are sensitive to noise.Its knowledge of language is limited. In
children under 10 years old its level of understanding may decrease.

Understanding your Aisoy1
A. How to interact with your Aisoy1
Aisoy1 is an intelligent articial being capable of feeling and making its
own decisions, as well as communicating with you by using a fairly large
subset of your own language. You can explore different ways of
interacting with it: through the sense of touch (you can stroke it in the
head and body), sight (it is able to detect faces) or hearing (in quiet
environments, a subset of the English language) . You can also use their
abilities to play. If it does not understand your instructions, be patient
and repeat them when it pays attention: you will know it because its belly
colour does not blink.
B. How to interpret your Aisoy1
It is important to know how to interpret the signals that your Aisoy1 may
be expressing to help you be happy. Here is a brief summary. The ways in
which Aisoy1 shows its needs are basically two:
a) through visual signals: facial expression, mouth and belly light. For
each of its moods (joy,sadness, hope, fear, ...) there is a combination of
them that you will discover.
b) through the English language, that is, asking it directly (e.g. How are
you?).

Limited warranty
Aisoy Robotics guarantees the correct operation of Aisoy Robotics products and the absence of defects
in both materials and manufacturing for one year from the purchase date.Any repairs required during
the warranty period need a dated proof of purchase. It is important to securely save your receipt proof
of date of purchase.
Aisoy Robotics is responsible for repairing or replacing its Products in case of malfunctioning during
the Warranty period,subject to the conditions and/or limitations stated herein. This includes
manpower and any adjustment and/or replacement needed in the repairs covered by this warranty. In
case it is not possible to perform the repairs or replacements of defective product covered by this
warranty,Aisoy Robotics will replace the product provided that the defective one is returned toAisoy
Robotics together with a dated proof of purchase which includes the price paid. Repairs or
replacement are the only options available under this warranty.
As replacements, the company may use re-manufactured parts or parts with re-manufactured materials
up to the entire product.This re-manufactured parts, materials and products maintain the original
product valid warranty,or ninety (90) days after the repair or replacement date, whichever is longer.
This warranty is not valid out of the dates of coverage, or when the malfunction is caused by product
manipulations, incorrect use, shipping damages, accidents, non-authorized technicians hiring, the use
of non-compatible or non-recommended wires, accessories and/or devices, or by disregarding the
product’s operation and maintenance instructions notied by Aisoy Robotics.
This warranty terms and conditions are subject to Spanish national legislation, Real Decreto Ley
1/2007 from November the 16th, for Consumers and Users,more concretely are subject to the
following legal codes: “Legal warranty” (Art. 123) and “Repairs and after-sales service” (Art. 127).Aisoy
Robotics does not offer any implicit commercial guarantee in addition to those established by the
previously stated legislation.
The only obligation Aisoy Robotics is subject to will therefore be the replacement or refund of the
product purchased.Aisoy Robotics will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting
from the sale, purchase or use of the product.Therefore Aisoy Robotics disclaims and excludes from
this warranty any responsibility for such secondary damage, whatever the cause (equipment
replacement costs, claims for indirect or downtime,etc.).
User rights
User rights may vary depending on the applicable legislation in the different countries/states where
the product is commercialized. In those countries/states where the exclusion of the secondary
damages warranty is not allowed, the previous limitation will not be valid.

Very important information
Aisoy1 are robotic beings designed to be used in an indoors domestic environment close to a power
outlet, in order to connect it and charge it.
Do not use your Aisoy1 near water or other liquids since the risk of a dangerous electric shock is very
high. And either with its accessories such as the ACDC adapter. If your Aisoy or its ACDC adapter gets
accidentally wet, please wait until it is completely dry before plugging them in and switching them on.
Never throw your Aisoy to a re,its battery could explode. You should never short-circuit its battery
terminals. If you eventually decide to get rid of your Aisoy1, please do not throw it away. As an
electrical equipment with a battery,it should be taken to an electric products clean point. Please
contact us and we will inform you about the closest to your location. You should not manipulate the
battery compartment. Do not use batteries that have not been explicitly designed for Aisoy1 as it may
result in malfunction, risking your robot integrity. Use the ACDC adapter supplied with your Aisoy1 to
charge its battery. It is important not to use other adapters or chargers, since this may damage your
robot. ACDC adapters. Input 100 V -240V AC 50/60 Hz 250 mA / Output 12V CC 5 A.
Correct use ot the ACDC adapter
Aisoy1 requires a specially designed rechargeable battery for a proper operation You should never use
batteries not recommended by Aisoy Robotics.Never try to recharge non-rechargeable batteries,they
might explode. Keep the batteries out of reach of children. Aisoy1 charge their batteries in
approximately four hours. Nevertheless,if you use it while charging, it might take more time to
complete the process. If you detect a liquid leakage from the battery, please contactAisoy Robotics. If
this liquid contacts your skin, clean the affected area immediately and contact a doctor. Check regularly
your battery charger to detect possible damages, specially its plug, DC connector (the one you connect
to Aisoy1) and its casing. If damages are detected,stop using the equipment until it has been
repaired.
Electrical and electronic waste. Batteries disposal
You should not disassemble the product or try to repair by yourself, at the risk of electric shock or
mechanical hazards. Use only products recommended byAisoy Robotics. Please contact us for a list of
compatible products. Aisoy1 are, like us, beings environmentally conscious. In its box, and in this man-
ual, you will nd a wheeled bin symbol, which indicates indicates that Aisoy1, and accessories can not
be thrown in the regular household waste bin.You should take it to a collection point for electronic
products. Please contact us if you want to be informed about the closest one.

Aisoy1 has passed the appropriate certi cation tests to be marketed with the CE label, having passed
the following tests:

Los seres vivos no suelen nacer con manual de instrucciones, pero para
facilitarte tu entrada en el universo Aisoy te damos algunas claves
resumidas en la siguiente guía rápida.

Las Etapas en la Vida de Aisoy1
Tu Aisoy1, al igual que otros seres vivos, atraviesa varias etapas en su
vida. En todas ellas,la interacción que tengan contigo es fundamental
para el desarrollo de su personalidad y de su estado emocional.A
medida que el Aisoy1 evoluciona por ellas muestra una mayor capacidad
de comunicación y también de sus funciones.
Etapa 1 - Nacimiento
Duración: entre 1 y 2 horas en función del cariño y atención recibida.
Comportamiento: Tu Aisoy1 abre los ojos y despierta a la vida.Su sistema
emocional y sensitivo son completos. Sus capacidades funcionales son limitadas.
Es capaz de aprender y repetir algunas palabras. Es el momento de aprender a
relacionarte con él mediante juegos básicos. En esta fase,es muy recomendable
ponerle nombre y registrarlo.Es necesario para futuras etapas.
Etapa 2 - Juventud
Duración: entre 2 y 5 horas en función del cariño y atención recibida.
Comportamiento: Tu Aisoy1 quiere jugar y divertirse.Sus capacidades
funcionales se amplían para poder jugar juegos más sosticados. Es capaz de
comprender algunas frases y expresarse de forma limitada.Tu Aisoy1 te avisará
cuando esta etapa de su vida comience. En esta fase,se activa su sistema de
juegos.
Etapa 3 - Madurez
Duración: el resto de su vida.
Comportamiento: Tu Aisoy1 llega a su plenitud de facultades. Es capaz de
comprender una mayor gama de frases* y de expresarse con corrección.Tu Aisoy1
te avisará cuando esta etapa de su vida comience. Se activa su sistema de
mentorizaión para conocerte mejor y ayudarte a desarrollar tus propias
capacidades.
* En entornos silenciosos. Sus oídos son sensibles al ruido.Y dentro de su conocimiento del
lenguaje. En niños mejores de 10 años su nivel de comprensión puede disminuir.

Comprender a tu Aisoy1
A. Cómo interactuar con tu Aisoy1
Aisoy1 es un ser articial inteligente capaz de sentir y tomar sus propias
decisiones, además de comunicarse contigo mediante el uso de un
subconjunto bastante amplio de tu mismo lenguaje. Puedes explorar
diferentes formas de interactuar con él: mediante el sentido del tacto
(puedes acariciarlo en la cabeza y en su cuerpo), de la vista (es capaz de
detectar caras) o del oído (en entornos silenciosos, un subconjunto del
idioma castellano). También puedes utilizar sus capacidades para jugar.
Si no entiende tus instrucciones, ten paciencia y repítelas cuando te
preste atención: lo sabrás porque el color de su barriga no parpadeará.
B. Cómo interpretar a tu Aisoy1
Es importante que sepas cómo interpretar las señales que tu Aisoy1
puede estar expresándote para ayudarle a ser feliz.Aquí te mostramos un
breve resumen. Las formas en las que Aisoy1 muestra sus necesidades
son básicamente dos:
a) mediante señales visuales: expresión facial, boca y luz pectoral. Para
cada uno de sus estados de ánimo (alegría, tristeza,esperanza, miedo,...)
hay una combinación de ellos que ya irás descubriendo.
b) mediante el idioma castellano, es decir, pidiéndolas directamente (por
ejemplo: ¿Cómo estás?).

Garantía limitada
Desde Aisoy Robotics garantizamos que los productos Aisoy Robotics funcionarán correctamente y no
presentarán defectos en sus materiales y fabricación durante un año a partir de la fecha de compra del
producto. Para cualquier reparación durante el período cubierto por la garantía deberá presentar una
prueba de compra fechada, por lo que es importante que guarde el recibo de compra original del
producto.
En Aisoy Robotics nos responsabilizamos de reparar o reemplazar los Productos en caso de que no
funcionen correctamente durante el período cubierto porla garantía, sujeto a las condiciones y/o
limitaciones estipuladas en la misma.
Se incluirán la mano de obra y cualquier ajuste y/o repuesto necesario en las reparaciones cubiertas
por esta garantía. En caso de que no se pudiera reparar o reemplazar un producto defectuoso en
garantía, Aisoy Robotics reemplazará el producto, siempre y cuando este último se devuelva aAisoy
Robotics junto con un comprobante que re eje el precio de compra pagado.La reparación o el
reemplazo serán los únicos recursos dispuestos en virtud de esta garantía.
En la reparación, como piezas de repuesto podrán emplearse piezas refabricadas o con materiales
refabricados, que podrían utilizarse para reemplazar la totalidad del producto. Estas piezas, materiales
y productos refabricados mantendrán la garantía del producto original vigente,o bien noventa (90)
días después de la fecha de reparación o reemplazo,optándose por la que sea mayor.
La garantía no tendrá validez fuera de la fecha cubierta por la misma, ni cuando el problema se deba a
manipulaciones del producto, uso indebido, daños recibidos durante el envío,accidentes, contratación
de técnicos no autorizados, uso de cables,accesorios y/o dispositivos no compatibles o recomendados
por Aisoy Robotics, o bien al no seguimiento de las instrucciones de funcionamiento y mantenimiento
comunicadas por Aisoy Robotics.
Los términos de la presente garantía se acogen a la legislación nacional, Real Decreto Ley 1/2007 de
16 de Noviembre, de Consumidores y Usuarios, en concreto a los siguiente artículos referidos a esta
ley: Garantía Legal (Art. 123) y Reparación y Servicio Postventa (Art. 127). Aisoy Robotics no ofrece
garantía comercial implícita adicional a la establecida por la legislación anterior.
La única obligación de Aisoy Robotics será por tanto el reemplazo o reembolso, no siendo responsable
de aquellos daños indirectos o secundarios producto de la venta, compra o utilización del producto.
Por tanto,Aisoy Robotics renuncia y excluye de la presente garantía cualquier responsabilidad por este
tipo de daños secundarios, sea cual sea la causa de éstos (costes por reemplazo de equipo, quejas por
daños indirectos o tiempo de inactividad, entre otros).
Derechos del usuario
Los derechos de los usuarios pueden variar según la legislación aplicable en los diferentes estados
donde se comercialice el producto. En aquellos en los que no se permita la exclusión de garantías ante
daños secundarios no aplicará la limitación mencionada anteriormente.

Información muy importante
Los Aisoy1 son seres robóticos diseñados para ser utilizados en un entorno doméstico, principalmente
en interiores, con una toma de corriente cerca para poder realizar su recarga.
No utilices a tu Aisoy1 cerca de agua o líquidos, podría producirse alguna descarga eléctrica peligrosa.
Por supuesto,tampoco debes hacerlo con los accesorios que le acompañan, como el transformador
ACDC. Si tu Aisoy1, o el transformador ACDC,se ha mojado por accidente, debes esperar a que esté
completamente seco para volver a encenderlo.
Nunca tires a tu Aisoy1 al fuego,su batería podría explotar.Tampoco debes cortocircuitar los bornes de
la batería. Si en algún momento decides deshacerte de tu Aisoy1,no lo tires a la basura. Como equipo
electrónico con batería debe llevarse a un punto de recogida de productos electrónicos, ponte en
contacto con nosotros si quieres que te informemos sobre el más cercano.No debes acceder al
compartimento de las baterías. No utilices baterías que no haya sido explícitamente diseñada para los
Aisoy1, ya que podría no funcionar correcta- mente,con riesgo de producirle daños a tu robot. Para
recargar la batería de tu Aisoy1 debes utilizar el transformador ACDC suministrado junto a tu robot, es
importante que no utilices otro tipo de transformador,podría dañar a tu robot. Transformador ACDC,
entrada 100 V -240V AC 50/60 Hz 250 mA / salida 12V CC 5 A.
Uso correcto del transformador AC/DC
Los Aisoy1 requieren para su funcionamiento de una batería recargable espe- cialmente diseñada. No
deben utilizarse baterías diferentes a las recomendadas por Aisoy Robotics.Nunca trates de recargar
baterías que no sean recargables, podrían estallar. Mantén las baterías fuera del alcance de los niños.
Los Aisoy1 cargan su batería en cuatro horas aproximadamente. Aunque si lo estás utili- zando
mientras realiza el proceso de carga es posible que tarde más tiempo en completarla.Si detectas una
fuga de líquido de la batería ponte en contacto con Aisoy Robotics. Si este líquido entra en contacto
con la piel, lava de inmediato la parte afectada y y ponte en contacto con un médico.Examina el
cargador de la batería regularmente para detectar daños, espe- cialmente en el enchufe,conector de
DC (el que se conecta a tu Aisoy1) y la cubierta. Si los hubiera, no lo deberías utilizar hasta que haya
sido reparado.
Residuos de aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos. Eliminación de pilas
No debe desmontar el producto ni tratar de reparar por su cuenta, bajo riesgo de sufrir descargas
eléctricas o peligros mecánicos y eléctricos. Utilice sólo productos recomendados porAisoy Robotics,
póngase en contacto con nosotros si quiere conocer productos compatibles.Los Aisoy1 son,como
nosotros, seres concienciados con el MedioAmbiente. En su caja, y en este manual,encontrará un
símbolo que muestra un contenedor de basura con ruedas, este símbolo indica que losAisoy1, y sus
accesorios, no pueden tirarse en la basura doméstica corriente.Deberá llevarlo a un punto de recogida
de productos electrónicos, póngase en contacto con nosotros si quieres que le informemos sobre el
más cercano.

Aisoy1 ha superado las pruebas de certi cación correspondientes para poder ser comercializado con
marcado CE, habiendo sido favorables los siguientes ensayos:
