Keys and LEDs
The keys are divided into line keys, corresponding to the line
LEDs, and function keys.
Line LEDs
Call in progress.
Incoming call (flashing).
Callback (flashing).
Call on hold (flashing).
Function LEDs
Feature active.
Some function keys are preprogrammed:
Three-way conference.
Access the various mail services.
Access your personal directory.
Press the redial key.
Place a call on hold.
Transfer the call to another number.

Activate/deactivate the personal assistant
During a call
Placing a call on hold (HOLD)
During a call, you may place the call on hold and recover it later, on the same telephone.
Calling a second person during a call
During a call, you can call a second person (consultation call):
Answering a second call
During a call, another person is trying to call you.
Switching between two calls (Broker call)
During a call, a second call is put on hold.
To alternate between calls:

During a call, to establish a three-way conference:

To store the displayed number in the personal directory while on a call:

Modifying your personal code
Your personal code is used to access your voice mailbox and to lock your telephone. As
long as your voice mailbox has not been initialized, the personal code is 1515.
When you return, review your recorded messages
The light indicates that messages have been received.
