HINTS AND TIPS
zWhen prompted, press as you enter the system, so that
the system will reco nize you as a subscriber.
zPress star to cancel a selection, back up, or disconnect.
zPress 0 if you need help.
REVIEWING MESSAGES
zMessa es are heard in this order : Home, Ur ent, Non-ur ent,
Skipped, Archived.
zAt the Main Menu, 1 - 1 plays new, unheard messa es.
zDurin Review, 3 - 3 jumps to end of messa e.
z skips one messa e.
z - skips to archived messa es.
SENDING MESSAGES
zTo review your messa e before sendin , press 1 .
zWhen sendin a messa e across your voice messa in
network (e. . AMIS) to another system, use both the ID (access
number) of the voice mail system you want to reach and the
recipient's mail box number.
zRecordin controls allow you to edit a messa e.
PERSONAL OPTIONS
Guest mailbox users and Home mailbox users pick up and send
messa es by pressin , then enterin your mailbox number and
their special password.
PROMPT LEVELS
You may choose from three prompt levels: Standard, Extended, or
Rapid by selectin Main Menu, Administrative Options and then
Prompt Levels.
zStandard prompts (preset in the new mailboxes) prompt for
Review and Send options at the Main Menu.
zExtended Prompts include prompts for all Main Menu options.
zRapid prompts briefly prompt for all Main Menu options.
