TRANSFERRING A CALL
You have a call in progress and you wish to transfer the call to
another extension;
1. Press the Recall key
2. Dial the destination extension number
3. Replace handset to transfer the call
Note: You can announce your call by waiting for the destination
extension to answer before replacing the handset to complete
the transfer.
REDIAL
If you wish to dial the last number you called again;

PROGRAMMING YOUR PERSONAL DIRECTORY
Your personal directory allows you to store internal or external
numbers under each of the 12 keys of the numeric keypad of
your phone.
.
The directory is programmed as follows:
1. Lift handset
2. Dial À95
3. Select a key and enter the number (internal or outside) to
be stored.
4. Replace Handset to validate.
DIALLING FROM YOUR PERSONAL DIRECTORY
To call a programmed number;
1. Lift Handset
2. Dial À5
3. Select the key your number is stored in
The stored number will then be dialled
CALLBACK
You call an internal number and get a busy tone. The System
assistant then gives you the option of "placing a callback" - being
called back automatically when that extension is available.
1. Dial 5when prompted
2. Replace Handset.
To cancel the callback request, dial the extension number that
was busy and hang up, or follow the voice message instructions.
GROUP CALL PICKUP
When you hear a phone ringing in another office or where no-
one can answer, you can answer the call on your own phone if
the phone belongs to the same pickup group as your own:
1. Lift Handset
2. Dial À6
DIRECTED CALL PICKUP
When you hear a phone ringing which does not belong to your
pickup group, you can answer the call by the following:
1. Lift Handset
2. Dial # 6
3. Dial the extension number of the ringing phone
BUSINESS ACCOUNT CODE (Toll Call PIN Number)
To obtain access to toll barred numbers (i.e. calls to Vodafone
numbers or National calls) use your Business Account Code;
1. Lift handset
2. Dial # 2
3. Enter your (4 digit) Business Account Code
4. Dial desired phone number

CONFERENCE CALL
When talking with one party, to introduce a second party and
create a three-way conversation;
1. Press the Recall key
The first caller is placed on hold
2. Dial the extension/number of the additional party
Once the second party has answered, and you are ready
to conference all parties
3. Press Recall then dial 3
Note: If you hang up during a conference, the other two
correspondents will be in direct contact
PARKING A CALL (on your phone)
You have a caller you wish to place on hold on your own
extension;
1. Dial Recall then À7
The call is now placed on hold on your extension, the
caller will hear hold music
2. To retrieve the parked call, dial Recall then À7
Note: If a call is parked for more than a preset period of time, it is
automatically returned to the original extension the call was
parked from.
PARKING A CALL (on another extension)
You have a caller you wish to place on hold on another
extension;
1. Dial À7
2. Enter the extension number where you want to park the
call.
The call is now placed on hold on your extension, the
caller will hear hold music
3. To retrieve the parked call, dial À7 then the extension
number the call was parked on.
FOWARDING YOUR PHONE
Diverting calls to another number;
1. Lift Handset
2. Dial the “Forwarding Code”
3. Enter the destination number calls are to be diverted to
