Introduction
AFCS Fluid Guard model is designed to be
incorporated into uid dispensing system
for management of oil dispense points. The
system controls 2 dierent uids and twelve
total hoses. Using the AFCS Fluid Guard
allows for the dispensing of one uid to
twelve hoses or two uids to six hoses.
Safety
Read and carefully observe installation
instructions before installing, operating or
troubleshooting referenced equipment.
Equipment must be installed, maintained
and repaired exclusively by persons familiar
with instructions.
• While unpacking, check unit is complete
and free from damage.
• Install unit so that:
–power supply cords/wiring are secured
away from vehicle and other types of
contact.
–unit is not near or over heat.
–unit is properly grounded.
• AFCS Fluid Guard must be equipped with
plug having third (grounding) pin that
only ts into grounding type outlet. This
is a safety feature. Do not use without
properly grounded outlet.
Failure to properly ground AFCS Fluid
Guard may cause damage to unit or data
stored.

User interface
Programming interface
To get to conguration programming
interface, key lock must be in OFF position.
Conguration programming interface is run
entirely by touch screen LCD and cannot be
modied by keypad.
To enter conguration programming
screen select System Conguration,
enter passcode (1357) and press OK.
Successfully entering passcode will bring up
Conguration Options.

Conguration changes are automatically
updated on screen as they are made. When
nished changing System Conguration,
return lock key to ON position to save
changes.

Oil dispensing interface
To get to oil dispensing interface, key lock
must be in ON position.

desired hose must be selected from
numbered keypad to activate.
When requested volume has been
dispensed, system will save new dispense
data.
