Introduction
Water purifier with Reverse Osmosis (RO) Series A is for production of pure drink-
ing water by Reverse Osmosis technology. It consists of 5 hight quality filters and a RO
membrane which can removes particles down to 0.0001 micron up to 95%, ions, heavy
metals, organic compounds and bacterias up to 99%.
●Includes high pressure booster pump with maximum pressure rating to 300 psi. This
helps continueous water production where or when the water input pressure is low.
●Includes manual flushing valve for cleaning of the RO membrane to prolong the life
time and prevent baterias growing up.
●Includes housing frame that can be installed on the floor under sink, needs no drilling
the wall.
●Includes standard accessories and instruction manual.
●Each unit is already tested for the leakage and performance from factory and ready
to use.
What is Reverse Osmosis?
Reverse Osmosis (RO) is the best technology for drinking water purification.
The raw
water with the pressure is filtered by RO membrane (maded of Thin Film Composit
with
pore size of 0.0001 micron). Only water molecules can pass through this membrane
while
others impurities which partilcle size is bigger than 0.0001 micron are removed, including
ions, heavy metals, salts, dissolved solids, organic compounds, bacterias and viruses.

Operation guide
1. With everything connected, turn on the water, check for leaks.
2. Make sure the storage tank shut-off valve is “OFF”. Open the sink top faucet.
3. Within a few minutes (up to 15) the water will start to run from the faucet slowly.
4 Let the water run for at least 30 minutes. This flushes the carbon filters on the first time
use.
5 After initial flushing, open the shut-off valve on the tank and close the sink top faucet.
6. Tank will now full of water (usually 2 to 3 hours) after the tank has filled. Open the sink
top faucet and drain all water until the storage tank is empty and there is only a small
flow from the sink top faucet. *** DO NOT USE FIRST TANK OF WATER.***
7. Close the sink top faucet. The system is now ready for use.
8. Weekly clean the RO membrane by turning on the flush valve and turning off the shut-
off valve of water tank for 30 minutes.
9. Change filters and RO mebrane regularly (see page 5 for the life time of filters and RO
membrane) or when the total disolve solid (TDS) of output water is over 100 mg/L.
1. Do not use hot water (over 45 oC)!
2. Do not freeze the machine!
3. Switch off electricity and water source if away for more than 5 days, and drain out
pure water.

FAQ
Q: What is the guarantee on the Allfyll water purifier?
The Allfyll water purifier (excluding cartrifges and filters) is guaranteed for 1 year for
material and workmanship. All defective parts will be replaced free within the first year
under normal breakdown. The membrane has one year pro-rated guarantee.
Q: What factors affect the quantity and the quality of the water production?
There are four major variables to consider:
1. Pressure -The greater the water pressure, the better water quantity and quality it
produced. Water pressure of 60 PSI is ideal.
2. Temperature -76 oF is the ideal water temperature for RO. 40 oF water will cause
the production of RO water to fall to half of that at 76 oF. The maximum water
tem
perature recommended is 85 oF.
3. Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) -The higher the amount of dissolved contaminants
in the water, the lower the quantity of water produced. A high level of TOTAL
DISSOLVED
SOLIDS can be overcome with additional water pressure.
4. Membrane -Different membranes have different characteristics. Some produce
more water than others; some have better contaminant rejection capabilities; some
have greater resistance to chemical abrasion for longer life. Allfyll water purifiers use
The Thin Film Composite (TFC) membrane that combines the best of these characteristics
and are considered the best performance.
Q: Can the Allfyll water purifier be connected to an extra faucet?
It only takes a 1/4” tee and tubing to run the water to a refrigerator or a extra faucet.
Some families run Allfyll water purifier to all of their bathrooms.
Q: What does the Allfyll water purifier drinking water taste like?
The taste of the water depends on the amount of contaminants in the tap water. If
95% of dissolved minerals and chemicals are removed, the water produced may taste
like distilled water (no minerals), bottled water (low mineral), or natural spring water
(moderate mineral content).
Q: How will the Allfyll water puifier water affects mixed beverages?
Because reverse osmosis removes soluble contaminants that mask flavor, it allows
the natural taste of your beverages to come through. You will be able to use less coffee
and still get the full flavor. Concentrated beverages like orange juice will taste tangier.
You will probably be drinking a lot more water as well, since many people drink soda,
Kool-Aid, concentrated juices, and beer as an alternative to bad-tasting tap water.
Also, Allfyll water purifier eliminates most of the lime build up on drip coffee makers,
pre
venting
the need for frequent cleaning. No longer will you find the white scum on
the inside of pans after boiling water.
