your excitement and do not use this product until you have
read, understood, and complied with all the instructions and
warnings contained within this manual.
Introducing your new Ordos tent, an
ultra-lightweight inner pitch first
tent that helps you enjoy the lighter

backpacking.

falling rocks and trees, lightning, flash floods, avalanches
exposed to flame or excessive heat.
Ordos pitches inner first with a minimum of 6 pegs.
Ensure the ground is free from sharp objects and rocks
that could damage the groundsheet. Lay out the groundsheet
and peg out the corners.
Assemble the poles and lay them over the inner [Fig 1] - the
longer of the poles that cross the tent should be at the front,
hubs facing down.

6. Locate the plastic clips of the inner canopy [Fig. 4] and connect
to the poles, connect the two circular plastic attachments
clip to the downward facing hubs.
Throw the flysheet over the inner, making sure that the door is
in the right place.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Clean and dry tent thoroughly after each use.
Never use a washing machine or tumble dryer to clean your
tent. Car washes are also frowned upon.
Spot clean with mild detergent and warm water.
Air dry only.
Pack tent carefully to avoid punctures.
Avoid prolonged UV exposure.

Wash it, pass it on, give to a friend, sell it, donate it to charity,
make it into something else or recycle it and let someone else
live their dream.
FIELD REPAIRS
If you are unlucky enough to rip your tent, duct tape or
StormSure tough tape will do the trick for field repairs.
When you are home and dry, you can repair your tent
properly. Using the Spares kit you can patch up your tent
with more fabric. Remember to seal any seams!
If a pole breaks, use a pole splint or sleeve as a temporary
repair.

Fasten the toggles to the sockets above each door [Fig. 5] and
the velcro tabs around the poles, hook the plastic corner tabs.
Tension the tent by adjusting the buckles at the pegout points,
peg and tension the guylines as required.
