How To Preheat the
Appliance
1. Touch the convection cooking mode

How To Cool Down the
Appliance
NOTE: You cannot cool down the appliance
during a cooking cycle.

temperature. The cook temperature field

displays the set cool down temperature.
3. Open the appliance door.
NOTE: The cook time field 9 diplays “dOOr”
if the door is not open.

activates.
The cook time field 9 displays the cavity
temperature while the oven cools down. The
fan turns off when the cavity temperature
matches the set cool down temperature.
How To Turn Off the
Appliance
1. Press and hold the ON/OFF button

How To Cook Using the
Timer or the Probe
1. Press the ON/OFF button

How To Clean the Appliance
NOTE: Side racks and shelves can remain inside the appliance during cleaning.
1. Remove any solid waste from the drain screen and the appliance interior.
• If the appliance has the optional grill grate, remove the grate from the
appliance and wash it separately in hot, soapy water.
• If the appliance has a smoker, remove the smoker tray.
2. Touch the cleaning icon

. The cook time field 2 displays “CLn4. ”
NOTICE: If the appliance is too hot, the cook time field 2 diplays “dOOr.”
Cool down the appliance before cleaning.
3. Remove the drain screen, place the required number of CombiClean®
tablets in the drain, and reinstall the drain screen.
NOTE: If desired, use additional tablets or spray CombiClean liquid cleaner
inside the appliance.
4. Close the appliance door.
5. Touch the START/STOP icon

The appliance beeps once and shuts off when the cleaning cycle is complete.
6. After the cleaning cycle is complete, open the appliance door
approximately 2” (50mm) to allow the appliance to air dry.
