- Maschine komplett anheben bis die seitlichen
Walzen komplett ausgeschwenkt sind und
Sicherungshaken entriegelt.
Kombinierte Funktion, Steuergerät länger
betätigen!
2. Steuergerät 1 (1 x blau):
- Seitenrahmen vollständig ausklappen.
- Mittelwalze absenken.
Kombinierte Funktion, Steuergerät länger
betätigen!
3. Steuergerät 1 (blau) in Schwimmstellung
halten.
4. Steuergerät 3 (1 x gelb):
- Maschine in Arbeitsstellung absenken.

1. control valve 3 (2 x yellow):
- Lift the machine completely until the lateral
rollers are completely swivelled out and the
securing hook is unlocked.

2. control valve 1 (1 x blue):
- Fold down the side frame.
- Lower the centre roller.

3. keep control valve 1 (blue) in floating
position.
4. control valve 3 (1 x yellow):
- Lower the maschine in operating position.

seitliche Walzen ganz einfahren.

3. Steuergerät 3 (1 x gelb):
Maschine bis auf maximal 4m Transporthöhe
absenken!

Richtige Arbeitseinstellung: Correct setting for work:
• Maschine vollständig absenken
(Steuergerät 3).
• Während des Einsatzes Steuergerät 1 in
Schwimmstellung halten.
• Optimale Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit mind. 12-
15 km/h.
• Das Arbeitsbild ist durch Freilegen des
Bearbeitungshorizontes hinter der
Maschine (ca. 15m) zu überprüfen:
ο Überprüfung der Arbeitstiefe, bei
Bedarf korrigieren (Steuergerät 2).
ο Überprüfung der Schnittbildes, bei
Bedarf Umstecken des
Excenterbolzens.

• Lower the maschine completly (control
valve 3).
• Keep control valve 1 during work in floating
position.
• Optimal working speed at least 12 to 15
km/h.
• Check the operational situation by
uncovering the working horizon behind the
machine (ca. 15m):
ο Check the working depth, if nessesary
correct (control valve 2).
ο Check the cutting scene, if required
readjust the excentric pin.
