The Charging Cradle
The cradle automatically charges the mobile computer battery
while it is resting in the cradle. The cradle also includes an extra slot
to charge a spare battery. The Charging Cradle is designed to
accommodate the mobile computer with or without the optional
pistol grip handle.
The Charging Cradle has three indicator lights:
- Indicates that the charging cradle power is on or off.
- Indicates the mobile computer main battery charge status.
- Indicates the spare battery charge status.
When the battery charge LED is red, the battery is currently
charging. When the battery charge LED is green, the battery is fully
charged. A fully discharged battery takes about 4 hours to
completely recharge. When both the spare battery and mobile
computer are charging in the cradle at the same time, the spare
battery will take longer to fully charge.
