Your new garden furniture is a natural timber product. In order t at you may prolong t e life of t is
product we recommend t at you follow t e general care and maintenance advice below.
All fixings to be c ecked for tig tness and signs of deterioration at t e beginning of eac season and on
a regular basis.
Product s ould be c ecked regularly and re-coated only w th a su table water-based topcoat f n sh w en
required. If accidental damage occurs lig tly sand and re-coat wit a suitable water based wood
preservative. Product can be cleaned periodically wit a m ld soapy detergent.
T is is a natural product and t erefore colour may vary slig tly from piece to piece.
As a natural product it is possible t at knots can work loose and sometimes fall out, also resin leakage and
small cracks can appear on t e woods surface.
S ould t is appen, clean off resin, ensure any s arp edges
are sanded smoot and recoat.
Products s ould be given suitable protection from adverse weat er conditions, particularly during t e
winter mont s.
