Il presente libretto costituisce parte integrante del prodotto cui viene allegato e deve essere conservato per
ogni riferimento futuro. Leggere attentamente le avvertenze e le istruzioni contenute nel presente manuale
d’istruzioni prima di procedere all’installazione, alla messa in funzione, alla regolazione o alla
manutenzione poiché forniscono importanti indicazioni riguardanti la SICUREZZA D’USO e la
MANUTENZIONE. Per un utilizzo sicuro ed una corretta manutenzione, la pistola deve essere utilizzata
solo da un operatore con un’adeguata preparazione. Le informazioni inserite nel presente libretto sono
necessarie per un utilizzo corretto della pistola e dei suoi componenti ed integrano le informazioni che
appartengono al normale bagaglio di conoscenze tecniche degli addetti .Le norme di sicurezza inserite nel
presente libretto integrano le norme di sicurezza vigenti nei paesi d’utilizzo del prodotto che devono essere
conosciute ed applicate dagli addetti. Per ulteriori informazioni o problemi particolari da risolvere, rivolgersi
alla ANI S.p.a. o ai centri autorizzati per l’assistenza tecnica e la manutenzione del prodotto.
This Manual is an integral part of the product and must be conserved for future consultation. Carefully read
the recommendations and instructions contained in this instruction booklet before carrying out installation,
adjusting or maintenance operations, since they give important information regarding the SAFETY OF USE
and MAINTENANCE. To be used safely and correctly maintained, the gun should be handled only by a
trained operator. The information given in this booklet is necessary for the correct use of the gun and its
components and is in addition to the normal technical know-how of operators. The safety rules in this
booklet are in addition to the safety regulations in force in the countries where the product is used and which
should already be known and applied by operators. For further information or particular problems to solve,
contact ANI S.p.a. or authorised after-sales service centres..
Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio assicurarsi dell’integrità dell’apparecchio controllando che non vi siano parti
visibilmente danneggiate, in caso di dubbio non utilizzare l’apparecchio e rivolgersi subito al proprio
rivenditore. Gli elementi che compongono l’imballaggio (sacchetti in plastica, polistirolo espanso, ecc.)
devono essere smaltiti negli appositi luoghi di raccolta e non devono essere lasciati alla portata dei bambini,
poiché potenziali fonti di pericolo.
After removing the packaging material make sure the product is in perfect condition and that there are no
visible damaged parts. If in doubt, do not use the seam sealing gun and contact your dealer . The packaging
materials (plastic bags, expanded polystyrene, etc) must be disposed of in appropriate refuse-collection
containers. The above mentioned materials must be out of reach of children as they are potential sources of
danger.
Questa rivoluzionaria pistola permette di applicare sigillanti monocomponenti di tutti i tipi; (confezionati in
cartucce di alluminio e plastica) può creare cordonature di varie larghezze su portiere e cofani. La ANI
S.p.a. declina ogni responsabilità per danni o incidenti derivanti dall’uso improprio della pistola manuale o
dalla mancata osservanza delle prescrizioni relative alla sicurezza. Ogni e qualsiasi manomissione o
modifica dell’apparecchiatura non preventivamente autorizzata solleva il costruttore da danni derivanti o
riferibili agli atti suddetti.
This revolutionary system allows the application of all kinds of single component sealants (in aluminum, and
plastic cartridges), it makes beadings of various widths on doors and bonnets. ANI S.p.a. declines any
liability for damages or accidents resulting from the improper use of the manual seam sealing gun or the
failure to observe the prescriptions regarding safety. Any tampering or modification of the equipment, that
has not been previously authorised, releases the Manufacturer from any damage derived or ascribable to the
same.

Prima di effettuare le operazioni di smontaggio, di pulizia o di riassemblaggio della
pistola scaricare SEMPRE le pressioni dell’aria e i materiali vernicianti
NEVER point the seam sealing gun at people or animals.
NEVER use unsuitable foam containers
Before carrying out any disassembly, cleaning or re-assembly operations on the seam
sealing gun, ALWAYS release the air and foam pressures.
Molti prodotti contengono solventi organici o prodotti chimici dannosi per la salute, che possono provocare
intossicazioni a causa dei vapori tossici emessi durante la spruzzatura.
Many products contain organic solvents or chemical products that are harmful and which may cause
poisoning due to toxic vapours released during spraying.
E’ quindi OBBLIGATORIO durante l’uso seguire alcune indicazioni:
Leggere ATTENTAMENTE le schede tecniche dei prodotti che si impiegano prima
dell’utilizzo
Utilizzare la pistola SOLO in aree adeguate o ambienti ben aerati
Durante l’utilizzo della pistola indossare SEMPRE indumenti con protezione adeguati per
la protezione del corpo
Indossare SEMPRE guanti, occhiali e maschere con filtri a carboni attivi per prevenire i
rischi causati dai vapori tossici o dal contatto dei prodotti e dei solventi con la pelle o gli occhi
It is therefore OBLIGATORY to take the following precautions:
CAREFULLY read the technical cards of the products to be used
Use the seam sealing gun ONLY in adequately ventilated or aerated areas.
ALWAYS wear adequate safety clothing for the protection of the body
ALWAYS wear gloves, goggles and masks with activated carbon filters to avoid risks caused by
toxic vapours or from contact of the products and solvents with the skin or eyes.

Molti prodotti contengono solventi organici o prodotti chimici altamente infiammabili. Utilizzare la

Many products contain highly inflammable organic solvents or chemical products. Use the seam sealing
gun ONLY in suitable areas or well-ventilated environments.
Evitare qualsiasi azione che possa provocare incendi come fumare, provocare scintille o
qualsiasi rischio elettrico
NON utilizzare SOLVENTI IDROCARBURI ALOGENATI (1.1.1 TRICLORURO DI
METILE, CLORURO DI ETILE etc. ) poiché causano reazioni chimiche con alcuni
materiale della pistola provocando pericolose esplosioni.
Assicuratevi che tutti i prodotti vernicianti ed i solventi che utilizzate siano chimicamente
compatibili effettuando un controllo incrociato delle schede tecniche di sicurezza dei
prodotti
Avoid all actions that might trigger fires, such as smoking, create sparks, or raise electrical
risks of any kind
DO NOT utilise HALOGEN-TYPE HYDROCARBON SOLVENTS (1.1.1
TRICHLOROMETHYL OR TRICHLOROETHYLENE, etc.) because they can trigger
chemical reactions with some of the materials in the seam sealing gun and create the risk of
dangerous explosions.
Make sure that all the productsand solvents used are chemically compatible by carrying out a
cross check on the product safety data sheets.

IT IS FORBIDDEN to use the seam sealing gun for spraying food or medicalproducts

IT IS FORBIDDEN to use the gun in areas where machines such as conveyor belts, robots, etc. are
working
Per un utilizzo sicuro ed una corretta manutenzione la pistola deve essere utilizzata solo da un operatore con
un’adeguata preparazione. Verificate che l’impianto d’aria cui viene collegato l’aerografo fornisca sempre
aria filtrata da impurità d’acqua ed olio. Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio assicurarsi dell’integrità
dell’apparecchio controllando che non vi siano parti visibilmente danneggiate.
For the safe operation and the correct maintenance, the seam sealing gun must be used only by an operator
who has been provided with the adequate preparation. Make sure that the compressed air used is always
filtered and free from impurities, moisture and oil. After removing the gun from the packaging, make sure
that no damage has occurred during shipping.
Controllate se la pressione di esercizio è adatta per il prodotto che state
usando e non collegatevi all’aria dell’impianto finché non siete
assolutamente pronti ad iniziare il lavoro.
1. Collegare l’aria compressa ad una pressione di circa 6 bar
2. Chiudere ilregolatore di pressione (1), ruotando in senso orario.
3. Tirare la leva (2) e aprire gradatamente il regolatore (1) in modo da
ottenere cordonature della consistenza desiderata.
4. Uno scarico rapido dell’aria in pressione contenuta nel pistone,
garantisce una istantanea interruzione della fuoriuscita del prodotto
al momento del rilascio della leva
5. Una molla interna al pistone garantisce il ritorno rapido delpistone
in posizione di riposo
Check if the air pressure you are using is suitable for the product and
the material to be sprayed and do not connect it to the airline until you
are absolutely ready to start working..
1. Set the compressed air at a pressure of about 6 bar
2. Close the pressure regulator (6), turning it clockwise .
3. Pull the lever (1) and gradually open the regulator (2) to obtain
the desired consistency beadings.
4. A fast air exhaust from the piston guarantees the instant shutdown
of the product, as soon as the trigger is released.
5. A spring inside the piston allows it to go back quickly to its idling
position.

CLEANING OF THE SPRAY GUN
E’ VIETATO effettuare la manutenzione dell’aerografo se il personale addetto non ha ricevuto adeguate
istruzioni.
E’ VIETATO effettuare la manutenzione dell’aerografo se non si utilizzano ricambi originali ANI S.p.a.
It is FORBIDDEN to clean the seam sealing gun if the person in charge has not been provided with
adequate instructions.
The maintenance of the seam sealing gun is FORBIDDEN if not using original ANI spare parts
MESSA FUORI SERVIZIO DELL’AEROGRAFO
PLACING THE SEAM SEALING GUNOUT OF SERVICE
Per lo smantellamento dell’aerografo è necessario che esso sia pulito da qualsiasi residuo di solvente o
prodotto.
I materiali di fabbricazione sono completamente riciclabili e devono essere divisi a seconda del tipo e
smaltiti negli appositi centri di raccolta.
Before dismantling the seam sealing gun, ensure that there are no solvent or product residues.
The gun’s construction materials are completely recyclable but must be divided according to the type of
material and disposed in the special collectioncentres.
