BATTERY AND CHARGING
The scooter has been designed for maintenance-free and long service life lithium-ion battery. The battery can be charged with a 24V 2A charger.
• Charge at least every 3 months.
• Charge the battery to full charge and disconnect it from the scooter if not going to use the scooter for an extended period of time.
Battery charging steps:
1. Switch off the power to the scooter. Open the cover of the charger then insert the plug of the charger to the charging port of the scooter.
Warning Make sure that the charger plug is fully connected to the charging port of the scooter.
2. Connect the AC power plug of the charger to your home power source. To check the light on the charger, orange light means charging is in
progress, and green light means fully charged.
3. After the battery is fully charged, switch off the mains charger. Before disconnecting DC charging plug, disconnect the AC power source.
Warning Disconnecting the AC power source after the battery is fully charged will ensure longer life of the lithium-ion battery.
4. The red light of the charger turns off when the power source and charger power are turned on. Check that the power connection is properly set.
5. Each battery is fully charged in 3 hours.
CAUTION: TO AVOID OVERLOADING THE BATTERY, DO NOT CHARGE IT MORE THAN 6 HOURS.
Some information about charging the battery with the charger
High input current from the charger to the battery at low charge, small current from the charger when the battery is nearly fully charged. Nearly
zero or little current is applied to the battery so that continuous charging will not overcharge it, however a charging time of no more than 6 hours is
suggested. The battery will be charged continuously while it is connected to the charger.
Charger lights indication
There are two LEDs on the charger, red indicates power is connected, the other is the charging status indicator, orange indicates charging and green
indicates fully charged. If the red light is still on after disconnecting the power source, it may indicate an error or malfunction. The normally red light
will turn off a few seconds after disconnecting the power source. It is normal for the lamp to go off when the battery voltage is high.
A different type of charger
The charger is designed to charge the scooter battery. We strongly suggest not to use a different type of charger from the original manufacturer, use
of non-original chargers and parts is prohibited.
Charging frequency
The charging frequency depends on the conditions below
A. A full-day scooter ride
B. Occasional scooter rides
Safe and reliable battery charging
A. Please do not charge continuously for 6 hours via controller charging port to prevent over-charge with two batteries inserted. Never charge for
more than 3 hours with only one battery inserted.
B. When charging a single battery directly outside the scooter, please make sure the charging time is less than 3 hours to avoid overcharging.
C. Immediately disconnect the charger from the power source as soon as the indicator on the charger turns green.
D. Charge the scooter once a week when it is used once a week. It takes 6 hours to fully charge.
E. Keep the battery fully charged.
How to achieve the maximum driving distance
A. Be sure the battery is fully charged before riding. B. Stay clear of hills, macadam and soft terrain.
C. Only carry the necessary things, reduce the load on the scooter.
D. Ride smoothly, without breaks or breaks.
Corresponding battery specification Lithium-ion battery with the stated specifications.
Warning: Do not remove the battery yourself. Do not pour water on the battery. Incorrect use of the battery resulting in its damage voids the
warranty.
BATTERY SAFETY AND TIPS FOR BATTERY LIFE
Cause of poor performance on a new battery
The scooter uses a deep discharge battery with a special chemical technology, which allows the battery to be recharged quickly with longer use times
when fully charged. The battery attached to the scooter is fully charged, however the initial power will be reduced during the transport process, e.g.
when the temperature changes.
High temperature causes a loss of battery power and low temperature results in longer charging times. It takes several days to adapt to the
environment and then return to normal operation after transport. The battery will stabilize its parameters after a few days and several charging and
discharging cycles.
Steps to improve battery performance
A. When new, the battery should always be charged fully to ensure that the battery charge is at least 88%.
B. Always fully charge the battery after use and drive the scooter to safe and familiar places. When using your scooter for the first time, keep a low
speed.
C. After the second ride, fully charge the battery, which will increase its capacity to 90%.
D. After 4 ~ 5 rides with a full charge, the performance of the scooter will be 100%. Ensuring battery life
Full charging of the battery maintains good performance and life for a long time, while excessive and infrequent charging will damage it.

Strona 6z 9
Before use
A. Make sure the battery is fully charged.
B. Know the route, including crowd, animals, and potential obstructions.
C. Always stay clear of uneven and leaky terrain.
D. Check that the brake lever is fully seated and the brake lever switch is depressed.
E. Steer with both hands by resting them on the steering wheel.
F. Use the horn to check if it works.
Ride
When riding the scooter, follow these tips:
A. Completely unfold the scooter.
B. Make sure the seat is in the correct position and adjust the tilt comfortably.
C. Turn on the power after the seat is correctly positioned and with your hands on the steering wheel.
D. Gently push the direction control lever using your right thumb.
E. The brake will release automatically and the scooter will drive forward. Do not press down too hard on the control lever suddenly, as this will cause the speed
to increase dramatically.
F. Turn the steering wheel to the left to turn left.
G. Turn the steering wheel to the right to turn to the right.
H. The scooter will travel straight ahead when the steering wheel is in the center position. I. The brake is automatically activated when the control lever is in the
middle position and the scooter is stopped.
End of driving
A. Make sure the scooter has come to a complete stop.
B. Turn off the power with the key or turn the rocker switch to the "O" position.
C. Get off your scooter carefully.
D. Assemble the scooter in one of 2 possible ways, using the remote control or the electric switch.
Transport in the car
WARNING:
Risk of injury - No persons or objects should be under the wheelchair during transport.
WARNING:
Risk of injury - Make sure the wheelchair is attached properly. This will prevent injuries to passengers in a collision or sudden braking. Make sure that the
wheelchair is fastened only to the fixed parts of the frame.
TROUBLESHOOTING AND MAINTENANCE
The driver includes programs for identifying problem points and solving problems. When diagnostics discover problems and errors. The LED will flash until the
fault is cleared. Example: The number of flashes is "1-9". Users can try to troubleshoot as described below.

Insufficient battery capacity or performance degradation
Battery capacity or performance degradation can in most cases be dealt with as follows:
A. Verify that the key is fully inserted and in the ON position.
B. Make sure the battery is fully charged.
C. Increase the cycle and charging time as the battery capacity decreases.
D. After following the above steps without any improvement, a battery capacity test is required.
Although your scooter is designed to be maintenance-free, it must be inspected and maintained.
Connecting the battery
A. Check for corrosion and proper connection.
B. Make sure the battery is placed flat inside the battery holder.
C. Any damage to the connections must be repaired or replaced with new parts.
Plastic cover
Never use oil or chemicals to clean the scooter plastic cover or wash the scooter with water to avoid damaging the electrical components.
Bearing, motor and gear
A. These elements have been lubricated and sealed during the production process, they do not require further lubrication after purchase.
B. Always keep the electrical components dry, especially the control panel, charger and all electrical components.
C. All wet parts must be dry before riding the scooter.
SAFE DISPOSAL OF THE MEDICAL DEVICE
When the device has been withdrawn from use it can be treated as municipal waist except for electric medical devices –in such case the electric
medical devices shall be disposed in the way descirbed by the law for electrical and electronic waste disposal.
Cleaning and maintenance after use
Turn off the power (preferably disconnect all cable connections).
Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly.
Keep the wheelchair away from children.
The wheelchair should be stored at a normal temperature, not exposed to direct sunlight, kept away from moisture to prevent damage and extend its service life.
