Il presente manuale di istruzioni è
indirizzato all’utente della macchina,
al proprietario al tecnico installatore
e deve essere sempre a disposizione
per qualsiasi eventuale consultazio-
ne.
Il manuale è destinato all’utilizzatore,
al manutentore ed all’installatore della
macchina.
Il manuale di istruzioni serve per
indicare l’utilizzo della macchina pre-
visto nelle ipotesi di progetto, le sue
caratteristiche tecniche e per fornire
indicazioni per l’uso corretto, la puli-
zia la regolazione e l’uso; fornisce
inoltre importanti indicazioni per la
manutenzione, per eventuali rischi
residui e comunque per lo svolgi-
mento di operazioni da svolgere con
particolare attenzione.
Il presente manuale è da conside-
rare parte della macchina e deve
essere CONSERVATO PER FUTURI
RIFERIMENTI no allo smantellamen-
to nale della macchina.
Il manuale di istruzioni deve essere
sempre disponibile per la consulta-
zione e conservato in luogo protetto
ed asciutto.
In caso di smarrimento o danneg-
giamento, l’utente può richiedere un
nuovo manuale al costruttore o al
proprio rivenditore indicando il model-
lo della macchina ed il numero di
matricola della stessa visibile sulla
targhetta di identicazione.

stato della tecnica al momento della
sua redazione, il fabbricante si riserva

DasvorliegendeBedienungshandbuch
richtet sich an den Bediener der
Maschine, an den Eigentümer und an
den Installateur und muss jederzeit
zum Nachschlagen griffbereit sein.
Das vorliegende Bedienungshandbuch
richtet sich an den Bediener, den
Eigentümer und den Installateur der
Maschine.
Das Bedienungshandbuch dient zu
Angabe der bei der Planung vorge-
sehenen Verwendung der Maschine
und ihrer technischen Merkmale
sowie zur Lieferung von Anweisungen
für die sachgemäße Verwendung,
die Reinigung, die Justierung und
den Einsatz. Außerdem liefert es
wichtige Hinweise für die Wartung,
eventuelle Restrisiken und ganz all-
gemein für Tätigkeiten, die mit beson-
derer Vorsicht durchgeführt werden
müssen.
Das vorliegende Handbuch ist als Teil
der Maschine zu betrachten und muss
für ZUKÜNFTIGES NACHSCHLAGEN
bis zur endgültigen Demontage der
Maschine aufbewahrt werden.
Das Bedienungshandbuch muss an
einem geschützten und trockenen
Ort aufbewahrt werden und jederzeit
zum Nachschlagen verfügbar sein.
Sollte das Handbuch verloren gehen
oder beschädigt werden, so kann der
Bediener beim Hersteller oder einem
Händler ein neues Handbuch anfor-
dern. Dafür müssen das Modell und
Seriennummer der Maschine ange-
geben werden, beide benden sich
auf dem Kennschild an der Maschine.
Das vorliegende Handbuch gibt den
Status der Technik zum Zeitpunkt sei-
ner Erstellung wieder, der Hersteller
behält sich das Recht vor, die
Produktion und die nachfolgenden
Handbücher zu aktualisieren, ohne
dass ihm daraus die Verpichtung zur
Aktualisierung der vorhergehenden
Ausgaben entsteht.
In folgenden Fällen übernimmt der
Hersteller keine Verantwortung:
- unsachgemäße oder nicht korrekte
Verwendung der Maschine;
- Verwendung, die nicht mit den
ausdrück lich in dem vorliegenden
Dokument angeführten Angaben
übereinstimmt;
- schwere Mängel bei der vorgesehe-
nen und empfohlenen Wartung;
- Änderungen an der Maschine oder
andere nicht genehmigte Eingriffe;

Gli apparecchi sono costruiti esclu-
sivamente per le funzioni di riscal-
damento, raffreddamento e
deumidicazione; non sono adatti
per nessun altro uso.
L’apparecchio

Vericare che l’ambiente in cui
è installato l’apparecchio non
contenga sostanze che generino
un processo di corrosione delle
alette in alluminio.
Gli apparecchi sono alimentati con
acqua calda/fredda a seconda che
si voglia riscaldare o raffrescare
l’ambiente.
The air heaters / air conditioners
are terminal units and have been
invented, designed and construct-
ed for the heating (Comfort) or
heating/cooling (Polaris) of indus-
trial, commercial and exhibition
buildings. They have been studied
for the pensile installation on the
ceiling with a vertical air ux.
The appliances are exclusively
built for air heating, cooling and
dehumidication. They are not
suitable for any other purpose.
The appliance
may not be used:
• for outdoor air treatment
• for installation in moist rooms
• for installation in explosive
atmospheres
• for installation in corrosive
atmospheres
Make sure that the environment
where the appliance is installed
does not contain substances
that cause the corrosion of the
aluminium ns.
The appliance is designed to work
on hot water, and chilled water
depending on wether you want to
heat or cool the environment.

Die Luftheizer / Klimageräte sind
dazu erdacht geplant und konst-
ruiert worden, um für die Industrie,
den Handel und für Ausstellungen
bestimmte Gebäude mit Wärme
(Comfort) und mit Wärme/Kälte
(Polaris) zu versorgen. Sie wer-
den an der Decke aufgehängt
und entfalten ihre Wirkung in senk-
rechter Richtung.
Die Geräte sind ausschließlich
zum Lufterwärmen, Kühlen und
Entfeuchten ausgelegt. Jeder
andere Gebrauch ist ungeeignet.
Die Geräte darf
nicht eingesetzt werden für:
• die Aufbereitung
der Luft im Freien
• die Installation
in feuchten Räumen
• die Installation
in explosiver Atmosphäre
• die Installation
in korrosiver Atmosphäre
Überprüfen, dass der Raum,
in dem das Gerät installiert
wird, keine Stoffe enthält, die
einen Korrosionsprozess der
Aluminium-rippen bewirken.
Die Geräte werden mit warmem
oder kaltem Wasser betrieben, je

L’ ELETTROVENTILATORE è com-
posto da una ventola elicoidale,
con pale d’alluminio antiscintilla,
equilibrata staticamente e dina-
micamente, direttamente caletta-
ta sull’albero del motore elettrico
asincrono trifase di tipo chiuso.
II CONTENITORE CIRCOLARE,
realizzato con due dischi in lamie-
ra d’acciaio, sagomati e uniti
mediante tiranti, racchiude il sup-
porto motore dell’elettroventilatore
e reca, nella parte superiore, quat-
tro anelli di sollevamento, idonei
per la sospensione.
La BOCCA, sottostante, di uscita
d’aria può essere corredata da
un diffusore di distribuzione da
scegliere fra due diversi modelli
(solo Comfort), secondo le esigen-
ze di installazione (DRA - T2).
La BATTERIA DI SCAMBIOTERMICO,
in aspirazione,di forma toroidale,è
realizzata con tubi di rame uniti in
parallelo su due collettori-attacchi
in tubo d’acciaio.
L’alettatura della batteria è esegui-
ta con alette di alluminio verticali,
con collarino di appoggio sul tubo.
I collettori-attacchi terminano con
lettatura gas o, a richiesta solo
per Comfort, con angia PN 16.
IDENTIFICAZIONE
MACCHINA
The ELECTRIC VENTILATOR is
composed of a statically and
dynamically balanced fan with
aluminium ns, which is direct-
ly connected with a hermetically
close, three-phase electric motor.
The CIRCULAR CASING con-
sists of two steel lamination discs,
which are properly formed and
united by bars. It contains the
motor support of the electric ven-
tilator and on its upper end are
xed four suspension rings for the
xing on the ceiling.
The air OUTLET under the casing
can be equipped with a diffuser
and you have the choice among
two different models (only Comfort)
according to the specic installa-
tion requirements: (DRA - T2).
The toroidale HEAT EXCHANGE
BATTERY consists of parallel cop-
per tubes, which are xed on two
steel tube collectors (headers).
The battery is provided with ver-
tical aluminium ribs and support
collars on the tube.
The headers mount a thread-
ed gas connector or on request
ange PN 16 only for Comfort.

Der ELEKTROVENTILATOR besteht
aus einem Lüfter mitAluminiumügeln.
Er ist funkenfrei, statisch und dyna-
misch ausbalanciert und direkt mit
einem dreiphasigen Asynchronmotor
und Isolationklasse B gekoppelt.
Das runde GEHÄUSE besteht aus
zwei Stahlblechreifen,die entspre-
chen geformt und mit Stegen ver-
bunden sind. Darin bendet sich
das Gehäuse des Ventilatormotors
und an seiner Oberseite sind vier
Ringe angebracht, mit denen das
Gerät an der Decke aufgehängt
werden kann.
Der darunterliegende LUFTAUSTRITT
kann mit einem Luftverteiler ver-
sehen werden, wobei je nach den
Installationserfordernissen eines
von 2 verschiedenen Modellen
(DRA - T2) gewählt werden kann
(nur Comfort).
Die, ringförmige
WÄRMEAUSTAUSCHBATTERIE
übt eine Saugwirkung aus und
besteht aus parallel zueinander
angeordneten Kupferrohren, an
denen zwei Kollektoren- Anschlüsse
(Verbindungen) aus Stahlrohr befes-
tigt sind.
Die Batterie besteht aus vertikal

Le VENTILATEUR ELECTRIQUE
est composé d’une hélice avec des
pales en aluminium anti- étincelle,
statiquement et dynamiquement
balancée et calée directement sur
I’arbre du moteur électrique, asyn-
chrone, triphasé, version fermée,
isolation en classe B.
La BOITE CIRCULAIRE, compo-
sée de deux disques en tôle d’alu-
minium, façonnés et unis par des
verboquets, renferme le support
moteur de l’électroventilateur et est
muni en haut de quatre anneaux de
soulèvement pour la suspension.
La BOUCHE de sortie de l’air sous
la boîte circulaire peut être munir
d’un diffuseur de distribution et
selon les exigences de l’installation
on peut choisir parmi 2 modèles
divers (DRA - T2) (uniquement
Comfort).
La BATTERIE D’ECHANGE THER-
MIQUE en aspiration a la forme
torique et consiste de tubes en
aluminium, unis parallélement sur
deux collecteurs réalisés avec
tubes de cuivre.
Les ailettes verticales de la batterie
sont en aluminium et un collet d’ap-
pui les unit avec le tube.
Les collecteurs montent un letage
pour gaz ou sur demande la bride
PN 16 uniquement pour Comfort.

compuesto por una turbina heli-

mente y dinámicamente, que se
adapta perfectamente al motor
eléctrico asincronico trifasico de
tipo cerrado.
La CAJA CIRCULAR està com-
puesta por dos discos en chapa
de acero, perlados y unidos
mediante tirantes y contiene el
soporte motore del electroventila-
dor. Sobre la caja están jados 4
anillos de levantamiento idoneos
para la suspensión.
La BOCA de salida del aire sub-
yacente puede llevar un difu-
sor de distribución. Se pueden
elegir 2 modelos differentes (solo
Comfort), según las exigencias de
instalación: (DRA - T2).
La BATERIA CON INTERCAMBIO
DE CALOR en aspiración hace el
aspecto anular y està construida
con tubos en cobre unidos parale-
lamente sobre dos colectores-en-
laces en tubo de acero.
Las aletas verticales de la batería
son en aluminium y llevan un collar
de apoyo sobre el tubo.
Los colectores-enlaces terminan
con un terrajodo por gas o a pedido
una brida PN 16 solo por Comfort.

consegnato senza imballo; control-

Das Gerät wird unverpackt trans-
portiert und angeliefert. Bitte kon-
trollieren Sie, daß es keine sicht-
baren Transportschäden aufweist.
Vergewissern Sie sich, daß das
auf dem Typenschild angegebene
Modell lhrem Auftrag entspricht.
Wenn Schäden entdeckt wer-
den oder der Gerättyp nicht dem
Auftraf entspricht, ist unter Angabe
der Serien- und Modellnummer
sofort der Verkäufer zu benach-
richtigen.
Für den Transport des Geräts zum
Installationsort ist ein dem jewei-
ligen Gewicht (siehe Technische
Eigenschaften, Gewichtstabelle)
angemessenes Hebewerkzeug zu
benutzen.
Das Gerät wird mit den speziel-
len Transportringen verankert und
dann langsam angehoben, wobei
zu verhindern ist, daß er zu Boden
fällt.
L’appareil va transporté et remis
sans emballage. II faut contrôler
immédiatement qu’il n’y ait pas de
dommages évidents qui ont été
provoqués par le transport.
Assurez-vous que l’étiquette appli-
quée sur l’appareil corresponde a
votre commande.
En cas de dommages ou d’éti-
quette qui ne correspond pas à ce
qui a été commandé il faut s’adres-
ser au propre revendeur en citant la
série e le modèle.
Pour transporter l’appareil au lieu
d’emploi il faut utiliser un moyen de
soulèvement indiqué pour le poids
de l’appareil (voir Données Tech-
niques,Tableau des Poids).
Fixez l’appareil aux anneaux de
soulèvement et soulevez-le lente-
ment en faisant attention qu’il ne
tombe pas.

A monte dell’unità prevedere un
interruttore onnipolare con una
distanza di apertura dei contatti
che consenta la disconnessione
completa nelle condizioni della
categoria di sovratensione III.
Le ventole possono raggiungere
velocità di 1400 g/min.; non inseri-
re oggetti nell’elettroventilatore né
tantomeno le mani.
Non avvicinarsi all’elettroventilatore
in moto con indumenti svolazzanti.
Per trasportare la macchina nel
luogo di utilizzo, usare un mezzo

tion switch must be provided and
shall have a contact separation in
all poles, providing full disconnec-
tion under overvoltage category III
condition.
The fans can reach a speed of
1400 RPM. Please don’t introduce
any objects or the hands into the
electric ventilator.

ventilator with uttering clothes.
