EASY FREEZE BREAST MILK BAG
Package contains: 20 x Easy Freeze bag, 2 x fastening strip
Intended use:
Easy Freeze breast milk bags for easy and space-saving storage of breast milk in your
fridge or freezer.

How to use Easy Freeze:
- Note details of the date, amount (if necessary), etc. on the bag
- If you only want to fill the Easy Freeze bag with breast milk, go to step (7)
- Carefully separate the bag by tearing or cutting along perforated line 1 (1)
- Undo the zip-fastener (2)
- Position the Easy Freeze bag over the lower part of the breast shell (3)
- Thread the fastening strip through both eyelets (4)
- Fasten with the fastening strip (5)
- Pump the breast milk, unfasten the bag and remove it from the lower part of the
breast shell (6)
- Remove the upper part of the bag by tearing or cutting along perforated line 2 (7)
- Open out the folded base of the bag so it will stand by itself (8)
- Gently press on the side of the bag to expel the air (9)
- Zip the bag closed (10)
- Keep the fastening strip to re-use it
Storage of breast milk:
At room temperature: 6 hours at max. 77 °F (25 °C); in the refrigerator: 5 days at
max. 39 °F (4 °C); in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator (3 °F / -16 °C) 3 - 6
months; in the deep-freezer (< 0 °F / < -18 °C): 6 - 12 months.
Defrosting breast milk:
Defrost breast milk slowly by immersing it in warm water or placing it in the fridge.
Once it has fully defrosted, it can be warmed to the required temperature. Do not
warm it in the microwave.
To warm up breast milk:
1. Open the bag briefly.
2. Close the bag again carefully, ensuring that the temperature indicator area is not
stuck together.
3. Stand the bag in water at about 140 °F (60 °C).
4. The temperature indicator will start to fade.
5. After a few minutes, the temperature indicator will be completely transparent and
the breast milk will be at the correct temperature.
6. Carefully test the temperature of the breast milk on the inside of your wrist. If it
feels lukewarm (99 °F / 37 °C), it is ready to be used.
Note:
• The temperature indicator will remain grey if the breast milk is too warm. If the
temperature drops below approx. 90 °F (32 °C), the indicator will turn blue.
• Always check the temperature of the breast milk before giving it to your baby. Only
feed lukewarm breast milk (at approx. 99 °F / 37 °C) to your baby to avoid burns.
• Never warm breast milk in the microwave or boiling water. High temperatures will
destroy important nutrients and may increase risk of scalding baby.
• Once breast milk has defrosted, do not refreeze.
• WARNING: To avoid danger of suffocation, keep the freezer bag away
from babies and children.
• WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD – Small parts included. Keep small parts
away from babies and children.
- Disposable product: Can be safely disposed of in compliance with local regulations.

BOLSAS PARA LECHE MATERNA EASY FREEZE
Contenido del paquete: 20 bolsas Easy Freeze, 2 cierres de tira
Uso previsto:
Las bolsas para leche materna Easy Freeze facilitan la conservación fácil de la leche
materna y ahorran espacio en la nevera y el congelador.
a) Línea de perforación 1

Uso:
- Rotular la bolsa
- En caso de que solo quiera rellenarla con leche materna, omita los puntos (1) a (6)
- Separar/cortar la bolsa cuidadosamente a lo largo de la línea de perforación 1 (1)
- Abrir el cierre hermético (2)
- Cubrir la parte inferior del sacaleches con la bolsa (3)
- Desplazar el cierre de tira por ambos ojales (4)
- Fijar con el cierre de tira (5)
- Extraer la leche materna y retirar la bolsa de la parte inferior del sacaleches (6)
- Retirar la parte superior de la bolsa a lo largo de la línea de perforación 2 (7)
- Abrir la base plegada de modo que la bolsa se sostenga por sí misma (8)
- Eliminar el aire presionando (9)
- Cerrar con el cierre hermético (10)
- Conservar el cierre de tira para el próximo uso
Conservación de la leche materna:
A temperatura ambiente: 6 h a máx. 77 °F (25 °C); en el frigorífico: 5 días a máx.
39 °F (4 °C); en el compartimento del congelador (3 °F / -16 °C): 3 - 6 meses; en el
congelador (< 0 °F / < -18 °C): 6 - 12 meses.
Descongelación de la leche materna:
Descongele la leche materna sumergiéndola en agua caliente o colocándola en la
nevera. Cuando se haya descongelado totalmente puede calentarse a la temperatura
deseada. No la caliente en el microondas.
Calentar la leche materna:
1. Abrir un poco la bolsa.
2. Volver a cerrar la bolsa con cuidado y procurar que la zona del indicador de
temperatura no se quede pegada.
3. Poner la bolsa en baño María a aprox. 140 °F (60 °C).
4. El indicador de temperatura pierde el color de manera constante.
5. Si el indicador de temperatura se vuelve totalmente transparente tras pocos
minutos, la leche materna está caliente.
6. Probar la temperatura de la leche materna en la parte interior de la muñeca. Si la
nota tibia (99 °F / 37 °C), sirve para ser administrada.
Nota:
• El indicador de temperatura permanece gris cuando ha alcanzado una temperatura
elevada. Si la temperatura es inferior a 90 °F (32 °C), aproximadamente, se vuelve
a poner de color azul.
• Comprobar siempre la temperatura de la leche materna antes de administrarla. La
leche materna debe administrarse únicamente tibia (aprox. 99 °F / 37 °C) ya que,
en caso contrario, existe riesgo de quemaduras.
• Nunca caliente la leche materna en el microondas o en agua hirviendo. Las altas
temperaturas destruirán importantes nutrientes y podrían incrementar el riesgo de
que el bebé sufra quemaduras.
• No volver a congelar la leche materna descongelada.
• ADVERTENCIA: para evitar el riesgo de asfixia, mantenga la bolsa de
congelación fuera del alcance de bebés y niños.
• ADVERTENCIA: PELIGRO DE ATRAGANTAMIENTO – Incluye piezas
pequeñas. Mantenga las piezas pequeñas fuera del alcance de bebés y
niños.
- Producto desechable: Eliminación según la normativa local sin otras indicaciones
específicas.
