Please read and save these instructions. Read through this user’s manual carefully before using
product. Protect yourself and others by observing all safety information, warnings and cautions.
Failure to comply with instructions could result in personal injury and/or damage to product or

1. Safety instructions
1.1 Explanation of the symbols
1.2 General instructions
 Chose a pos t on for the shower where solar rrad at on s a h gh as poss ble.
 Attach the shower to a concrete slab or a wooden foundat on us ng the four threaded
sleeves, four screws and four washers.
 Do not use road salt or other ant freeze, wh ch m ght damage the shower. If you do use
ant freeze, your warranty w ll be vo d.
 Recommended water pressure: 3.5 bar
 In order to avo d scald, always set the shower handle on cold water (blue) before tak ng a
shower.
 Ch ldren should always be superv sed by adults so that they do not scald themselves.
 Water temperature can reach up to 60°C at h gh solar rrad at on. In order to avo d scald,

2. Installation
 Set up your solar shower n a place that s exposed to d rect sunl ght for as long as poss ble.
1. Connect shower head to shower body tube.
NOTE: Do not use a wrench. Do not forget the gasket.
2. Mount the shower base to a concrete slab or wood base w th four bolts, nuts and gaskets.
It s recommended to use a wrench here.
3. Connect the tap for foot wash ng to the shower.
4. Put O-r ng on the slot of the lower tube. L ft the upper tube of the shower on the lower tube.
Turn lock ng r ng clockw se to securely connect upper tube to lower tube.
NOTE: Handle and shower head need to face the same d rect on.
5. Connect hose adaptor to nlet of shower, then connect garden hose to the hose adaptor and
the water supply.
6. Put some teflon tape on the thread of thermometer. Then connect thermometer to shower
by hand.

3. Use
3.1 First Use
1. Turn the shower handle to FULL ON HOT pos t on.
NOTE: F ll ng the tube w th the valve n hot pos t on ensures no a r pockets are trapped n
shower. Th s procedure s used for f rst usage only.
2. Turn on the water supply to the garden hose to f ll the shower. It w ll take 5 to 6 m nutes to
f ll up the shower.
3. When water flows from the shower head, turn the shower handle off. Turn ng shower handle
off makes water beg n to heat n the tube.
4. Depend ng on sunl ght and outs de temperature, the shower w ll take two to three hours to
fully heat water.
5. WARNING: To avo d scald, pay attent on to turn ng the shower handle to cold water (blue)
d rect on before us ng the shower. Then set to des red temperature.
3.2 Winterization
1. Turn off and d sconnect garden hose.
2. Open the handle to full on hot position and allow water to dra n from hose adaptor (about 7
to 8 m nutes).
NOTE: Do not turn shower handle wh le dra n ng water, otherw se water w ll stop dra n ng.
3. Turn lock ng r ng counterclockw se to separate upper tube and lower tube. Unbolt lower
shower tube and pour rema n ng water out of tube.
4. Clean and dry the shower parts. Move shower from outdoor to ndoor. Store t n a dry and
warm place dur ng w nter season, and prevent t from frostb te.

6. Disposal instruction
6.1 Disposal of the packaging
 Please make reference to the gu del nes and standards for appropr ate d sposal of the packag ng
val d n your reg on. In part, the package may cons st of plast c bags - watch th s respect, w th
spec al care to ensure that th s s not out of the reach of ch ldren. There s a r sk of suffocat on!
6.2 Disposal of waste equipment
 Equ pment must be d sposed of n accordance w th the rules and regulat ons of the local waste
d sposal.
 At the end of the long l fe of your art cle, please d spose of the valuable raw mater als for proper
d sposal so that proper recycl ng can take place. If you are not sure how to proceed, the local
waste d sposal compan es or recycl ng centers are happy to help.
6.3 Meaning of the "dustbin"
Protect our env ronment; electr cal appl ances do not belong n household
waste. Use the prov ded for the d sposal of electr cal equ pment collect on
po nts and enter your electr cal and electron c equ pment that you no longer
use. They help ensure that the potent al effects of ncorrect d sposal on the
env ronment and human health to be avo ded. So, do your part to recycle,
recycl ng and other forms of recovery of waste electr cal and electron c
