Product specifications
AR-HE-RL42012 Aluminum Rollator is designed to assist the user to walk, rest and carry small items of
shopping for both indoor and outdoor use on flat surfaces by a single individual with limited mobility
with a maximum weight as shown below.
It is important that the user reads and understands the safety advice given within this manual before
attempting to operate the product to avoid possible injury to the user or bystanders and avoid
damage to the rollator or surrounding property.
SUMMARIZATION
1. INTRODUCTION
The rollators are manufactured from high quality materials, aluminum frame, PP and nylon seat,
Polyester bag and locking brake. The handles are adjustable in height and the rollator folds easily for
transport or storage.
2. INDICATIONS
AR-HE-RL42012 is designed to assist the user to walk, rest and carry small items of shopping for both
indoor and outdoor use on flat surfaces by a single individual with limited mobility with a maximum
weight as shown below.

Installation & Use
1. Remove all packaging, put all parts out. Insert knob and turn it to adjust the rollator until stable.
Before inserting knob screws in the holes, please make sure all holes are on the same line. Be sure
knob screws can be seen through the holes at the opposite side.
2. To open your rollator, push down on either side of the cross bars as shown below. You should
feel both sides click into position.
To fold the rollator, gently pull the strap in the middle of the seat as shown below.
3. The rollator’s handles can be adjusted in height to suit different users. Simply depress the spring

button and set to the desired height. Repeat for the opposite side and make sure that both
handles are secure and set at the same height before use.
After having depressed the spring button and set to the desired height, it should be located in the
same position on either side.
(Warning: These holes’ diameter is 8-8.2mm, be carefully when using to avoid hurting finger, be
sure to keep children away.)
4. String accessories: Put a stick or umbrella in the holder and fix it with the bandage as shown
below.
Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Do not use strong corrosive action cleaner to clean the product surface.
2. Do not use acid and alkaline solution or polishing agent to wipe the surface.
3. Product cannot be put in the rain outside
4. Pay attention to safety during assembly: To avoid injury, do not put fingers into the spin position.
5. While resting, hold the break to prevent rollator from sliding.
6. Do not hang anything on the left or right side handle to avoid the rollator becoming unstable and
slanted.
7. Please fold before storage.

1. AR-HE-RL42012 can be carried by any transport vehicle, make sure to prevent damage by
chemical medicines and the erosion.
2. Storage environment: -40℃～60℃, relative humidity: ≤93%. Atmospheric pressure:
500hPa～1050hPa
3. Storage requirement: No corrosive gases and good ventilation.

When packing or storing this rollator, please adhere to the conditions described in this manual.
Within 6 months of purchase, exchange remains free of charge. 24 months of warranty are granted.

Disposal of the packaging
Please make reference to the guidelines and standards for appropriate disposal of the packaging
valid in your region. In part, the package may consist of plastic bags - watch this respect, with
special care to ensure that this is not out of the reach of children. There is a risk of suffocation!
