•The operations of servicing can only be controlled by qualified technicians.
•The operator is responsible for respect of the car manufacturers recommendations,
concerning the protection of electrical and electronic procedures (car computer, car radio,
alarm, air bag, etc.)
•Before an operation of servicing, the power supply with compressed air must be cut off and
loaded off.
•The electrodes, arms, and the other secondary conductors can reach a very high temperature
and remain hot very long after having stopped the machine. Be careful: high risk of burns.
•It is necessary to make a regular preventive maintenance.
1.2 Electricity
•Check that the unity must be connected to the earth coupler and that the connection to the
earth is in good condition.
•Check that the work bench is connected to the earth coupler.
•Make sure that the operator has no contact with the metal parts to be welded without any
protection or with wet clothes.
•Avoid to be in contact with the welding part.
•Don’t make spot welding operations in very wet areas or on a wet floor.
•Don’t weld with worn out cables. Check that there is no default with the isolation with
stripped cables or with loose connections.

1.6 Electromagnetic Compatibility
Near the spot welding, check:
-there is neither no other power supply cable nor control lines, nor phone cables, nor radio or
TV reception appliances, nor watches, nor mobile phones, nor magnetic cards, nor
computers or any other electronic appliance.
-there is in the surroundings (minimum 3 meters of each point of the product) no persons
using active medical appliances (pacemakers, acoustic prosthetics).
Make supplementary protections if other products are used in the same environment.
1.7 Before you start
It is the operator´s responsibility to comply with the following:
•Inspect all power supply leads, plugs and all electrical connections for wear and/or damage.
•An RCCB (Residual Current Circuit Breaker) should be incorporated in the main distribution
board; we also recommend that an RCD (Residual Current Device) is used with all electrical
products.
•Before use, inspect the insulation on the appliance cable and check the appliance and plug
before connecting to the main supply.
•Also inspect power supply sockets, extension leads and connectors regularly.
•Ensure that the voltage marked on the appliance is the same as the electrical power supply
to be used.
•Do not carry the appliance by its power lead.
•Extension lead reels: when a cable extension lead reel is used it should be fully unwound
before connection. We recommend the cable reel has an RCD fitted. Be sure that the
capacity of the cable reel is suitable for the product.
•Wear safety goggles and welding gauntlets.
•Ensure there are no flammable materials near the area of work.
•The welder creates strong magnetic fields; this may interfere with certain watches and
similar devices. If you have a pacemaker, consult a doctor before using the stud welder or
approaching the area where the stud welder is in use.
•Make sure the welder does not get wet or is used in wet conditions. Must be used inside.
•Do not let the welder be used by untrained persons.

4.Use
4.1 Note
•Worn electrodes must be replaced.
•Reduce the pressure on the welding surface only after you have released the gun switch,
otherwise this will prematurely break the circuit, resulting in a weak weld and excessive
sparking.
4.2 Meson function
•The meson function is suitable for single point welding.
•Before using this feature, keep the spot to be welded clean, bright and free of paint, rust or
grease so that the pads can make good contact with the iron plate.
•Install the Meson electrode (5) on the welding gun. To do this, place the meson pad (14) on
the electrode, press it perpendicular to the iron, and press the gun switch. Now you can start
welding.
•After welding, attach the multi-function pulling hammer (7) - on which the hook head (4) is
attached - to the pad and pull firmly.
•Perform this procedure several times, then replace the hook head (4) with the multi-hook
head (10) to pull on all attached pads at the same time.
•Once the dent is dented, release it from the attached pads.
