1- Kullanım Alanı

• Kişisel koruycu donanım (KKD). Şok emicili lanyard bir kişisel koruyucu donanımdır.

• Bu şok emicili lanyard 2016/425 PPE direktifine göre EN 355:2002 ve RfU 11.074 standartlarına

göre test edilmiş ve sertifikalandırılmıştır.

• Ürün “Uygunluk Beyanı”nı www.argasafety.com web sitemizde bulabilirsin.

2- Sorumluluk

• Bu kullanım kılavuzu ekipmanın nasıl doğru kullanılması gerektiğini anlatır. Sadece açık ve güvenli

teknikler tanımlanmıştır. Uyarı sembolleri ürünü kullanırken karşılaşacağınız potansiyel tehlikeleri

tanımlamaktadır ancak bütün tehlikeleri belirlemek imkansızdır.

• Kullanıcı tüm uyarıları doğru anladığından sorumludur. Herhangi bir yanlış kullanım başka potansiyel

tehlikeleri ortaya çıkarır. Eğer anlamakta zorlandınız bir konu var ise ARGA SAFETY ile iletişime

geçiniz.

• Kullanıcı ürünü kullanmadan önce bu kullanım kılavuzunu doğru anladığından emin olmalıdır. Yanlış

anlama ve kullanım ciddi yaralanmalara ve ölümle sonuçlanabilecek iş kazasına neden olabilir.

Uygun yüksekte çalışma eğitimi alınmış olmalıdır ve eğitimler düzenli periyotlar ile tekrar edilmelidir.

• Üzün üzerine düğüm atmayınız, her bir düğüm ürün mukavemetini %50 azaltır.

• Kullanım öncesi bir kurtarma planı hazırlanmış olmalıdır. Kullanıcı kurtarma planı konusunda eğitim

almış olmalı ve kullanım öncesi tüm ekipmanlar kolay ulaşılabilir bir alanda olmalıdır.

• Bu şok emicili lanyard bir düşüş durdurma ekipmanı olarak kullanılmadır, bir kaldırma ekipmanı

olarak kullanılmamalıdır.

• Bu şok emici lanyard bir düşüş durdurmak için tasarlanmıştır. Bununla beraber yüksekte çalışmak

için tek başına yeterli değildir, sertifikalı bir kemer ( EN 361, EN 358, EN 813) ve karabina ( EN 362)

ile beraber kullanılmalıdır.

• Düşüş durdurma kemeri sadece sırtta veya göğüs hizasında “A” ile işaretli EN 361 standartlı bir

kemer ile sadece kullanılabilir.

• Kullanım alanı sıcaklığı en az -30’C ve n fazla +70’C olabilir.

3- Ham madde;

• Tekstil malzemeler yüksek mukavemetli polyester malzemeden imal edilmiştir.

• Halatlar polyamid malzemedir.

• Şok emici çantası polyester malzemedir.

4- Kullanım (EN 355:2002)

4.1 Kemere bağlanma:

• Bu ürün EN 361 standartlı bir düşüş durdurma kemerinin sırt veya göğüste “A” ile işaretli noktasına

bağlanarak kullanılmalıdır.

• Bu şok emicili lanyardın karabinalar dahil toplam boyu 2 metre yi geçememelidir.

• Şok emicili lanyardın boyu kullanıcının boyu dikkate alınarak olası yaralanmaları engelleyecek

şekilde olmalıdır.

• Karabinalar kullanım sırasında kilitli olmalıdır.

• Her zaman bir şok emici ile beraber kullanılmalıdır.

• Çift emniyetli karabina kullanmak sizi çalışmanızda güvenli kılar.

• Y tip çift kol şok emicili lanyardlar sizi aşağı-yukarı ve sağa ve sola çalışmalarınızda sizi güvenli kılar.

• Bir şok emicili lanyard ile çalışırken ankraj noktasının eğimi 15° yi geçmemelidir, 15° geçen yüzeylerde

bir düşüş 6,25 metre den fazla olabilir.

4.3 Kenardan düşme (RFU 11.074):

Şok emicili lanyard yatay kullanım ve bir kenar üzerinden düşmeye karşı test edilmiştir. Bir çelik profil

or ≤ 0.5 olduğunda kullanıma uygundur. Bu testte çelik profiller, ahşap profiller (kirişler), yuvarlak

profiller v.b. alanlar için kullanıma uygundur. Bu teste rağmen bir yatay veya keskin kenar kullanımda

aşağıdakiler dikkate alınmalıdır;

1- Eğer risk değerlendirmesinde düşme kenarında çapak veya pürüz vb. olduğunu gösteriyorda;

• Kenardan düşme riskini engelleyen önlemler alınmalıdır veya,

• Bir kenar koruması kullanılmalıdır veya,

• Üretici ile iletişime geçiniz (ARGA SAFETY),

2- Şok emicili lanyardın bağlandığı ankraj noktası ayak hizasının üzerinde olmalıdır,

3- Bir ayak ve sapmadaki açı en az 90 olmalıdır.

4- Şok emicili lanyardın altında gevşek (salınım) yapacak ip olmamalıdır. Eğer ayarlanabilir mekanizma

ile kullanılıyor ise bu düşüş yönünde olmamalıdır.

5- Bir pandül (salınım) düşmesi oluşmaması için yanal hareketler en fazla 1,5 metre olmalıdır. Bunun

yerine sabit ankrajlar veya EN 795 standardına göre tip C veya tip D ankrajlar kullanılmalıdır.

Not:

• Şok emcili lanyard eğer tip C bir yatay yaşam hattı ile kullanılıyorsa yaşam hattının yapacağı seyimde

dikkate alınmalıdır. Bunun için ürünün kullanım kılavuzunu dikkate alınız.

• Eğer düşme alanında yapıda çarpabilecek cisimler var ise bu yaralanmalara neden olabilir.

Uyarı:

• Kenardan düşmeye karşı özel kurtarma ekipmanları bulundurulmalı ve eğitim alınmış

olmalıdır.

• Kenardan düşme durumunda sarkma ve sağ-soldaki cisimlere çarpma riski vardır, bunlara

karşı önlem alınmalıdır.

4.2 Güvenli Açık Düşüş Yüksekliği (Şekil – 2)

Şok emicili lanyard ile çalışmaya başlamadan önce “Açık Düşüş Yüksekliği” hesaplanmış olmalıdır.

Açık düşüş yüksekliği kullanıcıyı bir engele veya zemine çarpmasını engellemelidir.

Gerekli olan “Açık düşüş yüksekliği” ankraj noktası kullanıcı ayak hizasında ise zeminle arasındaki

mesafe en az 6,25 metre olmalıdır.

Açık Düşüş Yüksekliği = D+A+B+C+X (Şekil-2)

A: Şok emicili lanyard uzunluğu (en fazla t 1,5 metre)

B: Düşüş sonrası şok emicili lanyard uzunluğu (en fazla t 1,5 metre)

C: Kullanıcı boyu (en az t 1,5 metre)

D: Güvenli yükseklik (en az t 1,0 metre)

5. EN 365 Standartla ilgili ek bilgiler

5.1 Kurtarma Planı

Bir yaralanma veya askıda kalan bir personel için önceden hazırlanmış bir kurtarma planı olmalı ve

ilgili ekipmanlar hazır bulunmalıdır. Kurtarma ekipmanları için gerekli eğim alınmış olmalıdır.

5.2 Ankraj noktası;

Ankraj noktası kullanıcının baş hizasının üzerinde olmalıdır tercihen en azından sırt hizasında

olmalıdır, ankraj noktası bu seviyelerin altında olur ise ciddi yaralanmalar veya ölüme neden olabilir.

Ankraj noktası EN 795 standardına sahip ve kopma mukavemeti en az 22 kN olmalıdır.

5.3 Çeşitli Durumlar

• Bu sapan bir ankraj noktası için tasarlanmıştır,

• Her bir kullanımdan önce açık düşme yüksekliğinin gereklilikleri sağlanmalı ve düşüşte her hangi bir

sert cisme veya yere çarpması engellenmelidir.

• Ankraj noktasının doğru konumlandırıldığından emin olunmalıdır.

• Ankraj noktasını diğer ekipmanlar ile beraber kullanıldığında ortaya çıkabilecek diğer risklere karşı

önlem alındığından emin olunmalıdır.

• Kullanıcı yüksekte çalışmaya uygun sağlıkta ve ziksel aktiviteye sahip olmalıdır.

• Emniyet kemerinde askıda kalmak ciddi yaralanmaya sebep olabilir veya ölümle sonuçlanabilir.

• Bu kullanım talimatlarına kesinlikle uyulmalıdır.

Uyarı:

Normal ve acil durumlarda ekipmanın kullanıcısını etkileyebilecek tıbbi durumlar;

• Bu ekipman herhangi bir acil durumda kullanılmamalıdır.

• Bu ürünle birlikte kullanılan her ekipmanın kullanım talimatlarına uyulmalıdır.

• Kullanım talimatı bu ekipmanın kullanıcılarına kendi dillerinde sağlanmalıdır.

6- Ürün Kontrolü ve Doğrulanması

6.1 Her kullanımdan önce;

Yüksekte çalışma ekipmanları kişiseldir. Ürünler her kullanımda önce ve sonra kontrol edilmeli ve bu

bilgiler kontrol formuna kayıt edilmelidir. Yeterli bir aydınlık ortamda ürünü düz bir zemine seriniz ve

aşağıdaki talimatları yapınız.

• Halatlarda kesilme, sürtünme, renk değişimi, kopmuş dikişler olup olmadığını kontrol ediniz.

• Metal aksamlar herhangi bir ezilme, korozyon, çatlak vb. Hasarlar olup olmadığını kontrol ediniz.

• Kemer üzerinde var ise karabinanın çalışır olduğundan kilitleme mekanizmasının çalışır olup

olmadığını kontrol ediniz.

• Etiket bilgilerinin okur ve koruma altında olduğunu kontrol ediniz.

Kontrol sırasında bu hatalardan herhangi birinin bulunması durumunda ürünü kullanımdan kaldırınız

veya kontrol için üreticiye gönderiniz, üreticinin dışında ürüne onarım yapılmasına izin verilmez.

6.2 Her kullanımda:

Yüksekte çalışmadan önce beraber kullandığınız ürünler var ise onlarında kullanıma uygun olduğundan

emin olunuz.

Ürünlerinizi kullanım sırasında keskin kenarlı yüzeylerden uzak tununuz, keskin kenarlı yüzeyler ile

temastan kaçınız.

7- Genel Bilgiler

7.1 Ürün ömrü:

Ürün kullanım ömrü üretim tarihinden itibaren 10 yıldır. Çevresel koşullar, kullanım şartları, kul-

lanım sıklığı v.b. durumlardan dolayı ürün kullanım ömrü değişebilir. Aşağıdaki durumlardan biri ile

karşılaşıldığında ürün kullanımdan kaldırılmalıdır.

• Ürün bir düşüşte kullanılmış veya yüke maruz kalmışsa,

• Kolonlarda deformasyon, kesilme veya yırtılmalar var ise,

• Metal akşamlarda deformasyon, korozyon veya aşınma var ise,

• Etiket okunmaz veya deforme olmuş ise,

• Aşırı kirli ve yıkanamaz ise,

• Kimyasallar veya asit ile temas etmiş veya şüphe duyuluyor ise,

• Kullanım tarihçesi bilinmiyor ise,

• Hiç kullanılmamış olsa bile ürün üretim tarihinden itibaren 10 yıl dolmuş ise,

• Ürünün güvenilir olduğuna dair en ufak bir şüphe var ise,

7.2 Depolama:

Ürün kullanım kılavuzu ile beraber kendi çantası içerisinde satılır. Ürün depolama alanı aşağıdaki

gereksinimleri karşılar;

• Kuru, direkt güneş ışında maruz kalmayacak şekilde ve oda sıcaklığında.

• Asitler ve solventler ile aynı ortamda olmamalıdır.

• Direkt ısı kaynaklarından uzak tutunuz.

• Depolama sırasında ürün nemlendi ise oda sıcaklığında kurutunuz.

• Asitlerden, kimyasallardan ve korozyon ortamlardan uzak tutunuz.

7.3 Bakım:

Ürünün ker kullanımdan sonra bakımının yapılması ürün kullanım ömrünü uzatır. Herhangi problemde

Uyarı:

Aşağıdaki durumlardan birinin yaşanması durumunda ekipmanın kullanımdan kaldırılması

güvenlik açısından çok önemlidir.

1) Ürünün güvenliği hakkında en ufak bir şüphe duyulduğunda,

2) Bir düşüşte kullanılmış veya bunun olduğunda şüphe ediliyorsa,

7.4 Tamir ve değişim

Ürünün üzerinde herhangi bir parça değişimi, tamiri veya onarım yapılması ARGA SAFETY izni

olmadan kesinlikle yasaktır. Tüm tamiratlar da sadece ARGA SAFETY tarafından yapılmalıdır.

Üreticinin onarım ve bakım talimatları ve ürünün hizmette olduğu ülkenin resmi dilinde yetkili

distribütörden alınabilir. Lütfen ülkenizdeki yetkili distribütör ile iletişime geçiniz.

7.5 Taşıma:

Ürün kendi taşıma çantası için taşınmalıdır. Kimyasallardan, asitlerden ve keskin yüzeyler ile temasından

kaçınılmalıdır.

7.6 Yıllık Periyodik Kontrol (EN 365):

Kullanıcının güvenliği ürünün periyodik kontrollerinin yapılarak kullanıma uygun olduğunun belgelenmesine

bağlıdır. Bu ürün düzenli periyodik kontrolleri yapılmalıdır.

Bu ürün yılda en az 1 defa üretici tarafından veya üreticinin yetkilendirdiği yetkin kişiler tarafından

periyodik kontrolünün yapılması gerekir. Ürün periyodik kontrolü yapıldıktan sonra bir etiket ile kontrol

tarihi ve bir sonraki kontrol tarihi yazılmış olmalıdır.

Periyodik kontroller sırasında aşağıdaki bilgiler kontrol altına alınmalıdır;

Ürünün tipi, modeli, iletişim bilgileri, seri numarası, üretim tarihi, Satınalma tarihi, ilk kullanım tarihi, bir

sonraki kontrol tarihi, görülen hatalar, tavsiyeler, kontrol edenin adı ve soyadı. Daha fazla bilgi için web

7.7 Garanti:

Bu ürün uygun kullanım ve depolama koşullarında üretim ve malzeme hatalarına karşı 10 yıl garantilidir.

Garanti şu durumlarda geçerliliğini yitirir: yanlış kullanım, yırtılma, kesilme, korozyon, ürün onarımının

yetkisiz kişiler tarafından yapılması ve kazalardan ortaya çıkan hatalar.

1- Area of Use

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This PPE is an shock (energy) absorber.

• The shock (energy) absorber lanyard is certified in accordance with regulation 2016/425/PPE

EN 355:2002, RfU11.074 AT norms.

• You can find the Declaration of Conformity of this product on our website: www.argasafety.com

2- Responsibility

• These instructions explain how to correctly use your equipment. Only certain techniques and uses

are described. The warning symbols inform you of some potential dangers related to the use of your

equipment, but it is impossible to describe them all.

• You are responsible for heeding each warning and using your equipment correctly. Any miss use

of this equipment will create additional dangers. Contact ARGA if you have any doubts or difficulty

understanding these instructions.

• The users must read and clearly understand these instructions or have the instructions explained in

detail before using this equipment. Failure to observe these instructions could result in serious injury

or death.

• Working at height is acknowledged as one of the most dangerous activities that cause fatal

accidents. Prior to use, all workers must be trained in the proper use of the systems. A training and

instruction review should be repeated at regular intervals.

• Do not tie a knot on the product. Each knot reduces strength of the product by 50%.

• A rescue plan must be prepared; the workers must be trained in its use, and rescue equipment must

be on hand prior to any use of this energy absorber lanyard.

• This shock absorber lanyard should only be used as for personal fall protection equipment and shall

not for lifting equipment.

• This lifeline is aimed to prevent user from falling. However, the system itself is not suitable for working

at height, it must also be used together with CE certificated Safety Harness (EN 361, EN 358, EN 813),

shock absorber lanyard (EN 355), and carabineers (EN 362).

• A fall arrest harness (EN 361) is the only acceptable body holding device that can be used in a fall

arrest system which is marked with “A”, on the back or chest of a fall arrest harness (EN 361), using

an energy absorber lanyard (EN 355).

• Operating Temperature Range Minimum -30’C to Maximum +70’C.

3- Raw material:

• Textile webbings are made of high tenacity polyester,

• Ropes are made polyamide,

• Shock absorber bag is made of polyester.

4- Operation and Usage (EN 355:2002)

4.1 Connecting to the Harness

• The energy absorbers must be connect to sternal fall arrest attachment element of EN 361 Full

Body Harness (marked with “A”) or as shown on connect to the dorsal or sternal fall arrest attachment

of EN 361 Full Body Harness (marked with “A”).

• The total length of a sub-system with an energy absorber including lanyard, terminations and

connectors shall not exceed 2 m (e.g. connector plus lanyard plus energy absorber plus connector).

• Harness should be adjusted according to your body in order to prevent the possible injuries in case

of a fall.

• Carabineers must be locked.

• Usage of lanyard with energy absorber is always advised.

• Double safe carabineers with wide mouth opening located on the tips of lanyard provide ease at work.

• Two-leg lanyard with energy absorber should be preferred for work if the work at height is not at a

fixed point but includes moving left – right and up - down.

• While working with energy absorber lanyard, slope of the working surface which is used as an

anchorage point should not exceed 15°. Surfaces exceeding 15° of slope might cause falls more

than 6,25 meters.

4.2 Safe Fall Height Figure-2

Before start working at height, fall clearance must be calculated to protect user hitting any obstacles or

the ground in case of a fall.

• The necessary minimum clearance below the feet of the user, in order to avoid collision with the

structure or ground in a fall from the height is 6,25 meters. With a mass of 150 kg and a fall factor

two situation (worst case) the clearance is the arrest distance 6,25 m;

Fall Clearance = D+A+B+C+X (Figure-4)

A: Length of energy absorber lanyard (maximum 2 meter)

B: Length of energy absorber lanyard after fall (maximum 1,75 meter

C: Height of the user (at least 1,5 meter )

D: Safety Height (at least 1,0 meter)

4.3 Fall on edge (RFU 11.074):

The shock (energy) absorber has been successfully tested for horizontal use and resulting simulated

fall over anedge.

A steel bar with a radius of r ≤ 0.5 mm with no burns was used in these tests. On the basis of this test,

the lanyard with energy absorber is suitable for use over similar edges such as rolled steel proles,

wooden beams or a clad, rounded proof parapet. Notwithstanding this test, the following must be taken

into account with a horizontal or oblique use where there is a risk of falling over an edge.

1. If the risk assessment carried out before the start of work shows that the fall edge is a particularly

“sharp” and/or” not free from burs” edge( e.g. unclad proof parapet or sharp concrete edge), then;

• Corresponding precautions must be taken before the start of work to rule out the risk of falling

over the edge or,

• An edge protection should be mounted before the start of work or,

• You should contact the manufacturer.

2. The anchor point for the lanyard/energy absorber may not be below the user’s stand level

(e.g. platform, at roof.)

3. The deection at the edge (measured between the two legs of the fastener / mobile guide) must be

at least 90.

4. The necessary free space beneath the edge.

5. The lanyard always used in such a way that there is no slack rope. If the lanyard is equipped with

a length adjustment device, this may only be used if the user is not moving in the direction of the

fall edge.

6. To prevent a pendulum fall, the working area and lateral movements from the median axis both

sides should be limited in each case to max. of 1.50 m. In other cases, no individual anchor points

should be used but rather a class C or D anchor device pursuant to EN 795:2012.

7. Special rescue measures are to be stipulated and trained in the event of a fall over an edge.

Note:

• If the lanyard/energy absorber is used with Class C anchor device pursuant to EN 795:2012 with a

horizontal flexible anchor lie, the deflection of the anchor device must also be taken into account

when determining the necessary clearance beneath the user. Pay attention to details in the instruction

of use the anchor device.

• After a fall over an edge there is a risk of injuries during capture if the falling person knocks against

parts of the building or construction.

5- Supplementary information regarding standard; EN 365

5.1 Rescue Plan

A user who has been incapacitated by an injury or medical condition and who is suspended by the full

body harness must be rescued immediately. So you must always have a rescue plan for such

emergencies. Adequately trained personnel and rescue equipment must be on hand for rescue.

5.2 Anchor Point

The anchor point of the system comprises this product should preferably be located above the user

or should at least located at the waist level of the user. An attachment point below this level will cause

a serious injury or death. The anchor point must conform to the requirements of the EN 795 standard

and the minimum strength of it must be 12 kN.

5.3 Various Situations

• In a fall-arrest system, it is essential to check the required clearance under the user before each

use, to avoid any impact with the ground or an obstacle in case of a fall.

• Make sure that the anchor point is correctly positioned, in order to limit the risk and the height of a fall.

• When using multiple pieces of equipment together, a dangerous situation can result if the safety

function of one piece of equipment is a󰀨ected by the safety function of another piece of equipment.

• Users must be medically t for activities at height. Warning: inert suspension in a harness can result

in serious injury or death.

• The instructions for use for each item of equipment used in conjunction with this product must be

respected.

• The instructions for use must be provided to users of this equipment in the language of the country

in which the product is to be used.

Warning:

Special rescue measures are to be stipulated and trained in the event of a fall over an edge.

The energy (shock) absorber with integrated lanyard has been tested for horizontal use in a

drop test over a 0.5 mm radius, burr-free steel edge (as per RFU 11.074). You can use it on

similar edges (e.g. structural steel, wooden beams, rounded parapets...). If there is a risk of

a fall on a sharp (radius less than 0.5 mm) and/or burred edge: - take preventative actions

that eliminate any risk of falling over an edge, or - install edge protection.

Warning:

In case of a fall, there is a risk of injury from hitting an obstacle situated below the work area,

but also to the sides in case of a pendulum. Special rescue measures must be put into place

if there is a risk of a fall on an edge.

Warning:

• The medical conditions that could affect the safety of the equipment user in normal and

emergency use.

• This product shall not use any emergency in use.

• The instructions for use for each item of equipment used in conjunction with this product

must be respected.

The instructions for use must be provided to users of this equipment in the language of the

country in which the product is to be used.

Warning:

It is essential for safety that equipment is withdrawn from use immediately should:

1) Any doubt arise about its condition for safe use or;

2) It have been used to arrest a fall, and not used again until confirmed in writing by a

competent person that it is acceptable to do so.

6- Control of product and validation

6.1 Before each use:

Working at height equipment must be personalized. These products must be controlled on regular

basis before and after each single usage and findings must be recorded into product control register

sheet. On an adequate lightening environment, by laying the product on a flat surface, apply following

controls;

• Webbings should be checked for cuts, abrasions, color change, broken stitches and under stretching.

• Metal parts should be checked for signs of wear, cracks, deformation, corrosion or other damage.

• Tensioner should be checked for sign of wear, cracks, deformation, corrosion, dirt. The gate and the

locking mechanism should work at ease and without any problem. The gate should open and close

completely.

• Labels should be secure and legible.

During the controls if at least one of these deviation is found, usage of the equipment should be

suspended or retired and immediately send back to producer for detailed inspection. No repair is

allowed by unauthorized person. Only producers’ directions should be applied.

6.2 During each use:

During the working at height if you need to use this product connected with other systems, make sure

that all pieces of equipment in the system are correctly positioned with respect to each other.

Keep aware from sharp edges and surfaces. In case of contact with sharp edges this may damage

your product.

7. General Inforrmation

7.1 Life Time:

Although the potential service life is 10 years from the date of production, it is very difficult to define

the exact service life of it as it varies according to the frequency and intense of use, environmental

conditions, correct maintenance and storage.

If the product has one of the deviations below, it should be withdrawn from service immediately and

should be destroyed to prevent further use.

• It has suffered a high shock load or has had a load dropped on to it.

• If there is discoloration, cuts and tears areas on the webbing.

• If there are cracks, deformation, corrosion, excessive wears on the metal parts.

• If it fails to pass inspection (before use or detailed inspection)

• If labels (markings) are illegible or absent.

• If it is extremely dirty does not respond to normal washing.

• If it has come into contact with chemicals and especially acids or is even suspected.

• If its history is unknown.

• If its life time stated in the user’s manual has expired even it has never been used.

• There is a slightest doubt that the products is no more safety and reliable.

7.2 Storage:

Product is sold with instruction manual for use and applied standards are written on the product sheet.

Storage area of the product should meet following requirements;

• Dry, no direct sun light, room temperature

• Do not store together with acid, solvents etc.

• Keep away from direct heat sources.

• If the product humidity during the storage, dry the product in room temperature before usage.

• Keep aware from chemicals such as corrosive and acids.

7.3 Maintenance:

Taking good care of the product after each use extends the life of it. Use metal cleaners to clean the

7.4 Changes and repair

Changing a part, repair and addition to any component of the system is strictly forbidden without

written authorization of ARGA. Any repairs on products can only be done by manufacturer or qualified

persons authorized by the manufacturer. All repair and maintenance work must only be performed in

accordance with manufacturer’s instructions ARGA won’t be responsible for repairs performed by for

unauthorized persons.

Manufacturer’s instructions for repair and maintenance can be obtained from authorized distributor in

the official language of the country in which the item is in service. Please contact authorized distributor

in your country.

7.5 Transportation of product:

The product should be transported in a bag to keep it away from moisture, chemicals and sharp edges

as well as to protect it getting in contact with another object.

7.6 Annual Periodic inspection:

The safety of users depends upon the continued efficiency and durability of the equipment. This anchor

needs regular periodic control.

Product must be inspected at least one time in a year by manufacturer or a competent person authorized

by manufacturer. Product is going to be marked with a sticker that includes the date of the next or last

inspection by ARGA Inspector.

During the inspection of product following information should be recorded;

Type of the product, model, contact information of producer, serial number, date of production, date of

purchase, date of first use, next inspection date, problems, recommendations, name and surname of

7.7 Guarantee:

This product has 10 year guarantee against all material or manufacturing defects under proper usage

and storage conditions. Guarantee is no more valid if; product is used wrong, tears, cut, corrosion,

unauthorized repair of changes on the product, damages caused by accidents.
