Thank you for purchasing ultrasonic cleaner. Please take the time to read these operating
instructions before use and retain them for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions
may lead to serious personal injury and damage to property.
Please verify your product pack for integrity against the aforesaid list. For any damage to the
packing or missing of any component, immediately contact your dealer.

PREAPARATION:
Carefully unpack the cleaner and remove all traces of packing materials from it. Visually inspect
the cleaner for any parts may have become loose or damaged during transport.

Place the cleaner on a flat, clean surface where the cooling fans will receive adequate ventilation
and ensure all controls are set to o. Make sure that discharge valve is closed.
POWER INSET CONNECTION SCHEME:
Prepare a socket for below plug and connect the socket’s lines according to below drawing.
Note: If lines are not connected right, heater or other spare parts will be damaged.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Make sure that all switches on ultrasonic cleaner are set to OFF. Connect the power cord and
ultrasonic source cable of the cleaner to the grounded 220V power outlet.
2. Carefully fll in 2/3 of the tank with cleaning liquid. After placing items in the tank ll the tank
till 5 cm below the top. For heavily soiled items we recommend using suitable solution, as it
will help increase the cleaning performance.
3. Turn on main ON/OFF button.
4. Adjust time with TIME +/- button for time of ultrasonic cleaning duration based on process
requirements.
5. Adjust temperature with TEMPERATURE +/- button for temperature of liquid in ultrasonic
cleaner based on your requirements. Short presing of +/- button, increase/decrease
temperature for 1°C, long press increase/decrease temperature for 10°C.
6. Press ULTRASOUND ON/OFF button for ultrasound to start working. Indicator light will shine.
When set time expires working indicator will turn o.
7. Press TEMPERATURE ON/OFF button for heater to start working. Indicator light will shine.

8. When temperature is reached heater working light will go o, heater will start working
again when temperature in tank will go 5°C below the set temperature. The LED panel
displays the actual temperature when ultrasound is working.
9. For adjusting ultrasound power, rotate power control button from 0-100%.
10. Place the items into the basket or on hanging rack. Put the basket or rack into the cleaning
tank for cleaning. Make sure that items are covered by cleaning liquid.
11. When cleaning is complete, power o on main switch ON/OFF. Be careful not to get burned
when retrieving basket with items from the tank as they may be hot. Drain the liquid from
the tank through discharge valve. Clean tank with runing water and wipe the tank.
Our industrial models have a water level switch in the tank, which protects the machine
in the event of a liquid shortage. Machine will automatically turn o to protect heating
elements and transducers. Ensure that liquid level is always above the water level switch.

SAFETY PERCAUTIONS:
This device is not intended to use by individual with restricted physical, sensor or mental capacities
or those with lack of experience or knowledge, including children, unless they are supervised by
an individual who is responsible for their safety or have received training in operating the device.
WARNING:
• Running machine without water will damage the cleaner.
• Do not throw objects in the tank as it may cause damage.
• Store the appliance and package material out of reach of children!
• Always connect the ultrasonic cleaner to a 3 phase 5-pin electrical outlet.
• Warning: This product works at high voltage, do not use it in humid locations to avoid electric
shock.
• Handle ultrasonic cleaner with care. Do not hit or throw the appliance to prevent damage and
impairment of performance and life span of it.
• Perform cleaning of the appliance only after the power supply is disconnected.
• Do not open the casing of the appliance to avoid any hazardous situations, as it works at high
voltage.
• Do not use the ultrasonic cleaner if the power plug or power cord are damaged.
• Remove the power plug from the socket before cleaning the machine or lling the liquid, if the
device is not going to be used for a long time or if a malfunction occurs.
• Do not leave the machine plugged in electricity unattended.
• Do not repair or make changes to the ultrasonic cleaner on your own. Always call authorized
service if there is a problem with the appliance.
• During normal operation of ultrasonic generator, a consistent sound is resulted from the
harmonic oscillation of the tank body impacted by ultrasound waves. In case of discontinuous
oscillation, increase or reduce level of the cleaning fluid by a small quantity to achieve consistent
sound, which will facilitate better cleaning of the item.
• Long-term consecutive operation of ultrasonic cleaner may result in high temperature
inside the unit and accelerate aging of electronic components in it. Comply with time limit
recommendations.
• Do not use inflammable cleaning agents in the tank!
• Do not operate ultrasonic cleaner without fluid in the tank, as it may result in re.
• Always ll atleast 2/3 of the tank and maximum up to 2 cm below the upper edge of the tank.
• Do not place the ultrasonic cleaner on a soft or other surface where ventilation will be blocked.
• Prevent splash of cleaning fluid or water into the ultrasonic cleaner body, as it may cause short
circuiting, and thereby damage appliance.
• Any foreign matter falling into the tank should be taken out immediately.
• Before changing or discharging the cleaning fluid, make sure the fluid is at normal temperature
and the ultrasonic wave generator is shut down and the power supply is disconnected.
• Clean the tank and casing of the ultrasonic cleaner with soft dry cloth after disconnecting the
power cable. Remove any dirt in the tank after operation.

product within the guarantee period, we advise you to contact your dealer rst. To avoid inconvenience,
before calling the service we advise you to re-read the instructions.
Guarantee period: 1,5 year / 18 months.
STATEMENT OF THE GUARANTOR:
• The product will have prescribed or declared characteristics during the guarantee period. The provider
of warranty within the warranty period, at its own expense provides service and removal of defects
arising from mismatches between actual and declared specications of the product. If provider of the
guarantee is unable to fulll this obligation, he will replace the product with a new one or with the model
of similar characteristics if the previous one in unavailable.
• Product will function correctly during the warranty period, if it is used in accordance with its intended
purpose and technical manual instructions. The provider of the guarantee commits to eliminate any
failures and shortcomings that prevent the product from working properly in the designated service
center.
• The owner of the device is obliged to make sure that guarantee is properly validated. If there is no
validation, guarantee is void.
• Service for these appliances will be available for 5 years after sale.
TERMS OF GUARANTEE:
Buyer can claim his rights by submitting original validated guarantee and original invoice with the date of
purchase. The warranty does not apply if altered, crossed out or damaged. Before operating the appliance
read the instruction that is supplied with each device.
1. The guarantee is considered valid when the defective device is delivered for service with the original
invoice and validated guarantee certicate.
2. Guarantee is void if:
• The appliance is used in a dierent manner and for longer periods than recommended in the instructions;
• Repairs are made (to the device) by unauthorized persons;
• There is installations of parts which are not original;
• The device was not properly handled;
• The product has suered an electric shock or lightning;
• The product was damaged during transport;
• The device was not properly installed;
• Damage was caused by mechanical hits to the device by the customer or third parties.
WHEN RECEIVING THE GOODS, BUYER MUST MAKE SURE THAT DEVICE IS COMPLETE WITH ALL PARTS AND
PHYSICALLY INTACT, LATER RECLAMATIONS ON AFOREMENTIONED ISSUES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
