Quick Start Guide
ATAG Zone

Bedankt voor je keuze voor ATAG Zone, het
systeem dat ontworpen is en gemaakt wordt
door ATAG om een revolutionaire ervaring van je
verwarmings- en tapwatersysteem te bieden.
Account aanmaken
Download de ATAG Zone app van de Google Play Store of
Apple App Store.

Open de app en kies ‘MAAK ACCOUNT AAN’ (Fig. 1).

Vul de gevraagde informatie in en sla op.

Je zult een bevestigings-e-mail ontvangen – klik op de
link in de mail om je registratie te bevestigen (Fig. 2).

Kies ‘JA’ in het scherm ‘NETWERK CONFIGURATIE’ (Fig. 3). Als
‘NEE’ wordt gekozen, volg dan stap 2 en 3.

Open het menu ‘CONNECTIVITEIT’ in de ATAG One Zone en kies
‘NETWERK CONFIGURATIE’ (Fig. 4).

LET OP! Als ‘NETWERK CONFIGURATIE’ niet zichtbaar
is in het menu ‘CONNECTIVITEIT’, selecteer dan ‘WIFI
NETWERK AAN/UIT’ en zet deze op ‘AAN’. Hierna zal
‘NETWERK CONFIGURATIE’ wel zichtbaar worden.
!
Na het inloggen op de app met je eerder aangemaakte account zal je
telefoon automatisch gaan zoeken naar je thermostaat (Fig. 5).
LET OP! De thermostaat werkt alleen met 2,4GHz Wi-Fi
netwerken. 5GHz netwerken worden niet ondersteund.
• Als beide aanwezig zijn, wees er dan zeker van dat je
kiest voor het 2,4 GHz netwerk.
• Als je smartphone de verbinding met het product
kwijtraakt, controleer dan in de Wi-Fi instellingen van
je telefoon of automatische netwerkschakelingen zijn
uitgeschakeld.

Deze stap verschilt voor Android- en iOS-toestellen.
• Er kunnen popup-berichten getoond
worden in deze stap. Accepteer deze
om verder te kunnen gaan met de
configuratie.
• Je wordt gevraagd om je Wi-Fi-netwerk
te selecteren (Fig. 6) en het wachtwoord
in te typen.
• Zodra de telefoon aan de thermostaat
gekoppeld is, zal de procedure buiten de
ATAG Zone app verder gaan om het juiste
Wi-Fi-netwerk te selecteren.
• Je keert daarna terug naar de app
(Fig. 7).

LET OP! Controleer het Wi-Fi-wachtwoord zorgvuldig! Als
dit niet correct wordt ingevoerd, zal de procedure altijd
mislukken.

Ga naar de productregistratie (met zowel iOS als Android) door te kiezen voor ‘JA’ (Fig. 7).

Verplaats de pin naar de juiste locatie als deze niet goed is of vul het adres handmatig in in de
tekstregel.

Kies ‘VOLGENDE’ (Fig. 8) om hierna een naam te kiezen voor je installatie en je bent klaar (Fig. 9)!

Ging er iets fout?
Als de procedure mislukt kun je het Wi-Fi-symbool op de thermostaat (Fig. 10) controleren. De
procedure moet hiervoor wel afgerond zijn.
Als het symbool een ‘X’ bevat betekent dit dat de thermostaat niet kon verbinden.
Probeer de procedure opnieuw en let goed op dat je het juiste wachtwoord gebruikt,
dit is de meest voorkomende probleemsituatie.
Als het symbool een ‘!’ bevat betekent dit dat de thermostaat nog steeds probeert te
verbinden. Controleer je Wi-Fi verbinding op juiste werking. Na enkele minuten wordt
één van de andere twee statussen getoond (online/oine).
Als het symbool toont dat de thermostaat verbonden is, maar de app geeft anders
aan, kies dan ‘Probeer opnieuw’ of start de app opnieuw op. Kies bij fig. 5 ‘VERDER’
onderaan de pagina en voer handmatig het serienummer in (Fig. 12). Dit kun je vinden
in de thermostaat onder ‘CONNECTIVITEIT’ → ‘INFORMATIE’ (Fig 11).

Creating account
Download the ATAG Zone app from the Google Play
Store or Apple App Store.

Open the app and choose ‘CREATE ACCOUNT’ (Fig. 1).

Enter the requested information and save.

You will receive a confirmation email – click the link in
the email to confirm your registration (Fig. 2).

Wi-Fi connection and product registration
Select ‘YES’ on the ‘NETWORK CONFIGURATION’ screen
(Fig.3). If ‘NO’ is selected, complete steps 2 and 3.

Open the ‘CONNECTIVITY’ menu in the ATAG One Zone and
select ‘NETWORK CONFIGURATION’ (Fig. 4).

NOTE! If ‘NETWORK CONFIGURATION’ is not shown in the
‘CONNECTIVITY’ menu, select ‘ON/OFF WIFI NETWORK’
and set it to ‘ON’. Now ‘NETWORK CONFIGURATION’ will
be shown.

After logging into the app with your previously created account, your
phone will automatically start searching for your thermostat (Fig. 5).
NOTE! The thermostat only works with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi
networks. 5 GHz networks are not supported.
• If both are present, make sure you choose the 2.4 GHz
network.
• If your smartphone loses its connection with the
product, check your phone’s Wi-Fi settings to make sure
automatic network switching is turned o.

This step is diers for Android and iOS devices.
• Pop-up messages may be displayed in
this step. Accept them to continue with
the configuration.
• You will be asked to select your Wi-
Fi network (Fig. 6) and type in the
password.
• Once the phone is connected to the
thermostat, the procedure outside the
ATAG Zone app will continue in order to
select the correct Wi-Fi network.
• You will then return to the app (Fig. 7).

NOTE! Check the Wi-Fi password carefully! If this is not
entered correctly, the procedure will always fail.

Go to the product registration (for both iOS and Android) by selecting ‘YES’ (Fig. 7).

Move the pin to the correct location if it is incorrect, or enter the address manually in the
text field.

Select ‘NEXT’ (Fig. 8), then choose a name for your installation and you are finished
(Fig.9)!

Press the magnifying glass to enter the correct address (Fig. 8).

Did something go wrong?
If the procedure fails, you can check the Wi-Fi symbol on the thermostat (Fig. 10). The procedure for
this must be completed.
If the symbol contains an ‘X’, this means the thermostat could not connect. Try the
procedure again, and make sure you are using the correct password. This is the most
common problem.
If the symbol contains a ‘!’, this means the controller is still trying to connect. Check
your Wi-Fi connection for proper operation. After a few minutes, one of the other two
statuses is displayed (online/oine).
If the symbol shows that the thermostat is connected but the app indicates otherwise,
select ‘Try again’ or restart the app. On the screen shown in fig. 5, select ‘CONTINUE’
at the bottom of the screen and manually enter the serial number (Fig. 12). This can be
found in the thermostat under ‘CONNECTIVITY’ → ‘CONNECTIVITY INFO’ (Fig 11).

Créer un compte
Téléchargez l’appli ATAG Zone à partir de Google Play
Store ou Apple App Store.

Ouvrez l’appli et sélectionnez «CRÉER COMPTE»
(Fig. 1).

Complétez et sauvegardez les informations
demandées.

Vous recevrez un courriel de confirmation – Cliquez
sur le lien mentionné dans le courriel pour activer
votre profil (Fig. 2).

Sélectionnez «OUI» dans l’écran «RE-CONFIGURER» (Fig. 3).
Si vous sélectionnez «NON», suivez les étapes 2 et 3.

ATTENTION ! Si «CONFIGURATION DU WI-FI» ne s’ache
pas dans le menu «CONNECTIVITÉ», sélectionnez
alors «ON/OFF DE LA CONNECTIVITÉ» et placez-le
sur «ACTIVÉ». Puis, «CONFIGURATION DU WI-FI»
s’achera.
!
Après vous être connecté(e) à l’appli en utilisant le compte que vous
venez de créer, votre smartphone va automatiquement rechercher
votre thermostat (Fig. 5).
ATTENTION ! Le thermostat fonctionne uniquement sur
les réseaux Wi-Fi 2,4 GHz. Les réseaux 5 GHz ne sont pas
pris en charge.
• En présence des deux réseaux, assurez-vous de bien
sélectionner le réseau 2,4 GHz.
• Si la liaison entre votre smartphone et le produit
échoue, vérifiez les paramètres Wi-Fi de votre
smartphone ou la connexion automatique au réseau est
désactivée.

Cette étape est diérente pour les appareils Android et les appareils iOS.
• Des messages pop-up (fenêtres
contextuelles) vont s’acher au cours
de cette étape. Acceptez-les afin de
pouvoir poursuivre la configuration.
• Vous recevez une invite à sélectionner
votre réseau Wi-Fi (Fig. 6) et à saisir
votre mot de passe.
• Dès que le smartphone est connecté au
thermostat, la procédure se poursuivra
en dehors de l’appli ATAG Zone afin
de sélectionner le réseau Wi-Fi qui
convient.
• Puis, revenez à l’appli (Fig. 7).

ATTENTION ! Vérifiez attentivement votre mot de passe
Wi-Fi ! En cas d’erreur de saisie, la procédure échouera
toujours.

Une erreur s’est produite ?
En cas d’échec de la procédure, vérifiez le symbole Wi-Fi sur le thermostat (Fig. 10). La procédure
doit préalablement être terminée pour le voir s’acher.
Si le symbole contient un «X», cela signifie que la connexion au thermostat a échoué.
Réessayez la procédure et assurez-vous d’utiliser le bon mot de passe, c’est le cas
d’erreur le plus fréquemment rencontré.
Si le symbole contient un «!», cela signifie que la connexion au thermostat est toujours
en cours. Vérifiez si votre connexion Wi-Fi fonctionne bien. Après quelques minutes,
l’un de ces deux statuts (on line/o line) s’ache.
Si le symbole indique que le thermostat est connecté, mais si l’appli indique l’inverse,
sélectionnez «Réessayez» ou redémarrez l’appli. Dans la Fig. 5, sélectionnez
«CONTINUER» dans le bas de la page et saisissez manuellement le numéro de
série (Fig. 12). Vous le trouverez dans le thermostat sous «CONNECTIVITÉ» →
«INFOCONNECTIVITÉ» (Fig 11).
