Important Safety Instructions
1. ATTACHMENTS - Do not use attachments not
recommended by the manufacturer.
2. WATER AND MOISTURE - The unit should not be used near
water. For example: near a bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink,
laundry tub, swimming pool or in a wet basement.
3. VENTILATION - The unit should be situated so that its
location or position does not interfere with its proper
ventilation. For example, it should not be situated on a
bed, sofa, rug or similar surface that may block ventilation
openings. Also, it should not be placed in a built-in
installation, such as a bookcase or cabinet, which may
impede the flow of air through the ventilation openings.
4. OBJECTS AND LIQUID ENTRY - Care should be taken so that
external objects do not fall into and liquids are not spilled
onto any openings or vents located on the product.
5. POWER SOURCE - The unit should be connected only
to a power supply of the type described in the operating
instructions or as marked on the unit. If you are not sure,
please consult the dealer or local power company.
6. HEAT - The unit should be situated away from heat sources
such as radiators, heat registers, stoves or other appliances
(including amplifiers) that produce heat.
7. SERVICING - The user should not attempt to service the
unit beyond those methods described in the user’s manual.
Opening or removing covers will expose you to dangerous
voltage and other hazards. Service methods not covered
in the user’s manual should be referred to qualified service
personnel.
Please read all safety and operating instructions carefully before
installation and use, and keep these instructions handy for
future reference. Take special note of all warnings listed in this
user’s manual and on the PBH20.

Operational Instructions
Charging
Charge your PBH20 through any USB jack or wall charger. A red
LED indicator willlight upwhencharging. Beforeusing for thefirst
time, charge at least 4 hours. After the first charge, the headset
will charge in 2 to 3 hours and the LED indicator will stop blinking
when the charge is complete.
Note: When the battery is fully charged, the LED indicator will
turn off.
Power ON/OFF
Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 1 second to switch the
headset on. The LED will flash white when powered on. Press and
hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to switch the headset off.
When powering off, the white LED light will stop flashing and then
turn off.
Pairing
While the headset is off, press and hold the ON/OFF – Bluetooth
Pairing buttons for 5 seconds to start pairing mode. Once
the headset is in the pairing mode (the LED will start flashing
white), select ‘LHB15’ among discovered Bluetooth devices on
the phone. If requested, enter the password ‘0000’ to pair the
headset. When connected, you will hear a beep and your mobile
device will show “Paired”.
Note: If the headset is not pair with any Bluetooth device in 3
minutes, it will turn itself off.

Making Phone Calls
Making a call
Once paired, use your mobile device to dial a number as
usual. Once connected, the call will be heard on your PBH20
headset.
Last number redial
Double press the Answer / Disconnect /Redial button to redial
last number.
Answer a call
When receiving a call, press the Answer / Disconnect /Redial
button to answer the call.
Ending a call
While talking on the phone, press the Answer / Disconnect /
Redial button to end the call.
Rejecting a call
While receiving a call, press and hold the Answer / Disconnect /
Redial button to refuse the call.
Volume control
Use the Volume +/ Volume - buttons to adjust the volume level.

Listening to Music
Play/Pause
Press the Play button to launch the phone’s music player and
to start listening to music. While listening to music, press the
Pause button to pause or to resume play.
Song Selection
While music is playing, press the Next Song or Previous Song
buttons to select songs.
Answer a call while listening to music
When receiving a call, press the Answer / Disconnect /Redial
button to answer the call. Press the Answer / Disconnect /Redial
button while on the phone to end the call. When receiving a call,
press and hold the Answer / Disconnect /Redial button to reject
the call. (Music will resume playing when the call is rejected.)
Volume control
Press and hold the Volume + and Volume - buttons to adjust the
volume level.

Concept 101LLC warrants tothe original purchaserthat theproduct willbe free
from defects in material, parts and workmanship for the period designated
forthis product.The warranty commencesthe daythe productis purchased
and covers upto aperiod ofone (1) year. Concept 101LLCagrees that itwill, at
its option,replacethe defective productwith eithera new orremanufactured
headset equivalent to your original purchase during the warranty period.
Should theParts warranty periodexceed theLaborwarrantyperiod, Concept
101 LLC will supply at no charge for the remainder of the Parts warranty, any
new orremanufactured replacement parts asrequiredbythe product. During
this period all labor and service charges will become the responsibility of the
customer.
Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to the appearance or exterior
of the product which may have been damaged or defaced,
altered or modified in design or construction. This warranty
does not apply if the serial number is altered or removed, or
if there is any damage due to power line surge, user damage
to the AC power cord, connection to improper voltage
source, general misuse, accidents, or repair attempts by
unauthorized service agents. Other exclusions include ear
pads, rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries.
