Montage Tips Mec anical Installation Tip
WARNUNG: Trennen Sie vor der Montage den Masse-Pol (-) von
der Fa rzeugbatterie. Kontrollieren Sie alle Ansc lüsse auf
ric tige Polung, dies kann sonst zu Kurzsc lüssen an der
Fa rzeugelektrik fü ren. Die besten Einbaupositionen sind die
Originalplätze zwecks Originalität und einfac er Montage.
Beac ten Sie, dass die Lautsprec er plan und stabil eingebaut
werden. Die Qualität des Einbaues entsc eidet se r stark das
Klangbild, da er sollte auf Dämmung und Sorgfalt bei der
Installation geac tet werden. Beac ten Sie, dass die Lautsprec er
vor Hitze, Sonneneinstra lung, mec anisc en Einflüssen,
Feuc tigkeit und Nässe durc Zube ör von AUDIO
SYSTEM gesc ützt sind.
ACHTUNG: Verlegen Sie I re Kabel so, dass diese nic t

Attention: Be careful removing original plastic parts of your car.
T e fitting parts could be damaged and ave to be replaced.
Important: T e rig t polarity of all speakers is extremely
important for t e sound of your car audio system. We
recommend c anging polarity of t e tweeter finding out t e best
possible sound.
T e best is to listen and/or to measure it.
Hoc töner Tweeter
Der Hoc töner ist mit der Frequenzweic e in den CO 165 EVO
Koaxial-Lautsprec er integriert.
Bitte ac ten Sie bei dem Einbau darauf, die Hoc tonkalotte nic t
einzudrücken.
T e Tweeter and crossover is integrated into t e CO 165 EVO
coaxial speaker.
Please make sure not to press in t e dome tweeter.

Bitte verbinden Sie den CO 165 EVO mit dem CONNECTOR 020.
Ac tung: Freie Kabelenden und blanke Verbindungen müssen
unbedingt isoliert werden. Nic tbeac tung kann zu einem
Kurzsc luss fü ren!

Die originalen Lautsprec er sind mit Nieten befestigt, welc e
ausgebo rt werden müssen.
Die neuen Ringe können entweder leic t verdre t mit den
beiligenden Blec sc rauben befestigt werden oder in den
originalen Versc raubpunkten mit metrisc en
Sc rauben/Unterlegsc eiben/Muttern (nic t ent alten) befestigt
werden.
Ac tung: Ac ten Sie darauf, den Ring plan und wasserdic t zu
befestigen. Idealerweise dic ten Sie den Ring mit Alubutyl (nic t
im Lieferumfang, ent alten im Doorkit 1.0) ab.
T e OEM speakers are mounted wit rivets w ic must be drilled
out.
T e new speaker rings can be mounted slig tly twisted wit
included screws or wit metric screws/was er/nut (not included)
in OEM mounting oles.
Attention: Take care to mount new ring flat and waterproof.
Ideally seal t e speaker ring wit Alubuytyl (not included,
included in Doorkit 1.0).
