Pool Cleaner Assembly
Before assembly, check that all parts are included and are in good condition.
Attach the foot (B) to the cleaner body (A). The foot must be installed so the "fingers" (C) around the edge
are facing up. Pull the foot over the ring (D) at the bottom of the cleaner body so it sits evenly and firmly.

Attach the dive float (E) to the cleaner body and secure it with the plastic bolt and nut (F). Use fingers to tighten.
Attach the deflector ring (G) to the end of the cleaner body. Push it on so the deflector ring so it clips firmly and
evenly into position. Assembly is now complete.

Pool Cleaner Assembly
Before assembly, check that all parts are included and are in good condition.
Attach the foot (B) to the cleaner body (A). The foot must be installed so the "fingers" (C) around the edge
are facing up. Pull the foot over the ring (D) at the bottom of the cleaner body so it sits evenly and firmly.
Installation
Turn the pool pump OFF before installing the pool cleaner.
1. The cleaner comes with with two types of adaptor - stepped ("type
A") and tapered ("type B"). Use whichever one fits most snugly into
the pump inlet (X). This may be on the wall of the pool or in the
skimmer box. Push the adaptor (H) firmly into the pump inlet.
2. Next, the suction relief valve (I) must be connected to the
adaptor. For skimmer boxes, the 45° elbow connectors (J) can
be used on either side of the suction relief valve to create the
necessary bend so the cleaner hose exits the skimmer box
horizontally.
3. Connect the "type B" hose to the suction relief valve. Then,
continue connecting "type A" hoses until the total hose length is
approximately 25% longer then the maximum distance from the
pump inlet to the pool wall. As you connect each hose,
submerge it to remove air from inside the hose and ensure that
the hose connections are firm.
4. Next, connect the pool cleaner to the last hose. If the pool is
more than 1.6m (5') deep, attach the hose weight to the
second or third hose from the pool cleaner. Ensure that the
pump outlet jet in the pool is pointing downward to minimise
disruption to movement of the pool cleaner. If necessary, screw
the flow deflector into the outlet to redirect the flow downward.
5. Check all connections are firm and that no air is trapped in
any hoses. Turn the pool pump ON. To adjust the speed of the
pool cleaner, rotate the ring on top of the suction relief valve -
rotate right (clockwise) to increase speed, rotate left
(anti-clockwise) to reduce speed.
Attach the dive float (E) to the cleaner body and secure it with the plastic bolt and nut (F). Use fingers to tighten.
Attach the deflector ring (G) to the end of the cleaner body. Push it on so the deflector ring so it clips firmly and
evenly into position. Assembly is now complete.

a. Remove the diaphragm retainer (D) by pulling the locating tabs in
(can be pushed in from the outside of the cleaner body) then pulling it from the cleaner body.
b. Carefully remove the diaphragm assembly (E).
c. Remove the ring (F) from the diaphragm assembly.
d. Unscrew (rotate left / anti-clockwise) the nut (G) until it is clear of the thread (1) on the diaphragm shaft (H).
Do NOT rotate the diaphragm shaft as this may tear the diaphragm.
e. Carefully push the diaphragm (C) and shaft through the diaphragm tube (I).
f. Thoroughly check the diaphragm for cracks or splits (examples are (2) and (3)).
g. If the diaphragm requires replacement, pull it from the shaft, then remove the retaining ring (J). Contact the
retailer to purchase a replacement diaphragm
h. Thoroughly clean all parts in clean water. A mild detergent, such as washing up liquid can be used.Place
the retaining ring on the new diaphragm, then push it onto the diaphragm shaft - ensure it is fully seated on the
end of the shaft. To complete assembly, reverse the disassembly procedure from step eback to a.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Turn the pool pump OFF before performing any maintenance activities.
The pool cleaner uses a "diaphragm" that "pulsates" through the
sucking action of the pump. The pulse action causes the cleaner to
move around the pool. If at any time the pool cleaner either stops
moving, or the movement is slowed considerably, check the following:
1. That the pool pump is ON.
2. That the pool pump, filter, skimmer box or pool pump inlet are not
obstructed, and that flow through the system is normal.
3. That the pool cleaner hose is not obstructed and that all connections
are sealed.
4. That the "mouth" (A) of the pool cleaner is not obstructed and the
"foot" (B) is clear of any debris and is undamaged.
5. That the diaphragm (C) is not obstructed or damaged / worn. To
inspect and / or replace the diaphragm:

Troubleshooting Continued
#1-Your Pool Cleaner Is Not Moving
First, check the hose to make certain it’s strongly affixed to the suction-line in the skimmer. Additionally, check

of your pool cleaner. Cleaning the intake hole requires flipping the cleaner over underwater and looking down
into it. Additionally, you should make certain that there are no obstacles in the hose and that all hose links are
firm and secure. Afterward, you can clean your pool filter, pump basket, and skimmer basket.
#3-Your Pool Cleaner Is Not Covering The Entire Pool
If the suction hose is too short, add additional length. Moreover, you can also try exchanging the end-sections
of the hose around making certain you exchange the hose weight simultaneously.
#4-You Have Hose Problems
If the hose has a tendency of getting too tangled when you vacuum your pool, it’s probably a consequence of
