1.Turn on your computer.
2.Connect the headset to a computer USB port.
3.Plug in 3.5mm audio pin to your computer
Q: My computer has no response when the USB cord is
connected to it.
A: Please check the followings.
- Check if the USB port of the computer is loose.
- Do not use a USB extension cable. For the reason that the quality varies
due to different manufacturers and the impedance is not uniform. Hence it
is not guaranteed that all of the extension lines can be used.
- For connection with desktop computers, it is recommended to use the
USB port at the back of the computer.
- If the above methods can't solve your problems, change another
computer to test the headset.
Q: I can't hear sound.
A: Please check the followings.
- Check if the volume of the computer is on.
- Check if the volume of the computer is mute.
