The CP-11 is a 10.1” Android Intercom Monitor
Control Panel for home Automation.

WELCOME
Congratulations on purchasing the CP-11 10.1”Android Intercom Monitor Control Panel. This
control panel is a multi-touch panel to control your video intercom. It is for use within a building.
The use of IP technology and SIP protocol gives the intercom various options for connection to
telephone systems. You can truly experience the perfect life of “intelligent community” and “smart
home”.
The CP-11 control panel is operated by Android system and supports Wi-Fi and SIP protocol
with Door Phone. The CP-11 makes a warm home style by plug and play equipment and suitable
for all your door entry communication needs.
Now let the CP-11 transform your house into a digital home in today’s hi-tech world.

Chapter 1 Introduction
The CP-11 10.1”Android Intercom Monitor Control Panel is a multi-touch panel with rectangular
shape that has an easy-to-install surface mount to control your video intercom. The control panel
also interfaces with PoE connectivity option to reduce installation costs. Using CP-11 to turn your
house into a digital home just got easier with the help of plug and play equipment.
The CP-11 control panel combines a CPU board, a LCD display, and a user-friendly human
machine interface touchscreen within a compact housing. It is operated by Android operating
system and supports Wi-Fi and SIP protocol with Door Phone. The CP-11 provides a comfort
digitalized home environment and meets your door entry communication needs.

Chapter 2 Quick Install
The CP-11 10.1”Android Intercom Monitor Control Panel requires minimal configuration for a
typical installation.
2.1 Unpacking
Open the carton and unpack the items. Your package should include:
One CP-11
One AC adapter: OUTPUT: DC 12V 1A
If items are missing or damaged, notify your Avadesign representative. Keep the carton and
packing material.
2.2 Remove stickers
There are transparent stickers on the surface of CP-11 Android Intercom Monitor Control
Panel. Please remove it.
2.3 The Procedure of Connection
Step 1: Mounting on the wall. Select a location, Surface-mount the CP-11 at desired location.
Step 2: Plug in the power adapter to CP-11.

Chapter 3 How to use the CP-11
After you connect to the power, wait for a while, you will see the first page display as
following diagram.
Then click the door phone icon to enter the CP-11 home page.

The home page of CP-11 shows the voice volume adjustment, ring tone adjustment, and dial
pad on the left side of screen. There are five icons for door phone on the right side of screen. And
setting function key on the upper right corner of screen. There are also a home key on the top of
screen to help user return to his/her home automation system. We will introduce each function
late.
3.1 Voice Volume Adjustment
You can control the CP-11 voice volume by clicking on “”or “”button. Please
refer to following diagram.
3.2 Ring Tone Adjustment
You also can click or button to adjust the ring tone volume.

3.3 Dial Pad
You also can click button for dial pad. A dial pad used to enter a phone number when
initiating a call to another phone. Now you can input the phone number to dial out. Please refer to
following diagram.
3.4 Contact List
You also can click button on the upper left corner of screen for contact list. Pressing
the account name “ddd”on the screen, you can talk with ddd. Please refer to following diagram.

3.5 Handset
The handset icon on the screen shows the status of call. When you pick up the call from
visitor, the handset icon will change to red color . Now callers at your door can talk to you.
You can also look at callers. Then open the door.
3.6 Janitor
When you click the icon of Janitor on the home page, the screen will show as below and
you can talk to janitor directly. Now the handset icon on the screen will display as .

3.7 Intercom
When visitor at your door, you can look at him/her, talk to him/her, then open the door with
the simple press of a button on the screen. If you want to identify who is at your door
before you answer the call or before letting them in, then the intercom DP-104 is available with a
built-in IP camera supporting up to 1280 x 720 HD video. This video can be viewed and shows
real-time video on the screen. Please refer to following diagram.

3.8 Snapshot
The button of snapshot provides to catch the visitor image for you. If you would like to keep
the snapshot picture, please follow up these steps that described as below.
Step 1: click this circle and go to the first page.

Step 2: Then click the white circle button and go to the
android system screen.
Step 3: Please click Explorer button and go to the
NAND Flash screen.

Step 4: Now you can find the snapshot picture file on the screen.
Step 5: The snapshot picture displays on the screen now.

3.9 Key
You can open the door by pressing the “”button on the screen.
3.10 Settings
Click the button of “Settings”on the home page. The square of settings will display on
the screen. Please click the square of settings to enter the configuration page that shown as
below.
Then you will see the configuration page that shown as below. There are eight function
categories and displays detailed setting for each function as clicks. We will introduce each
function late.

3.10.1 SIP Setting
Please click the square of SIP setting to enter the setting screen. You can define two
different IP-PBXs as line 1 and line 2 that showed as follows. The keypad will appear to help you
doing the key in work.

Step 1: Select line 1 or line 2 by clicking on the line number.
Step 2: Input the IP address of SIP server.
Step 3: Input account number.
Step 4: Input password.
Step 5: Click on “Save”button at the end of the screen to save your configuration.
The SIP setting screen of line 2 shows as below.

These two small circles on the right hand side of home page show the status of line 1 and
line 2. Green color indicates a successful connection.Red color indicates connection failed.
White color indicates no link.
3.10.2 Speed Dial
You can set up speed dial by clicking “Speed Dial”button on the screen that shown as below.
You can edit the content of account
with name “ddd”for speed dial by
clicking on the account name.

Then you will see the content of account with name “ddd”. You can edit or delete this
account. If you click the check square of Auto answer, the auto answer will be enabled. When a
call coming, you can preview the caller’s image then decide whether to answer the call. If your
IP-PBX already supports preview function, you do NOT need to enable auto answer. When you
have completed data entry, press the Save button on the screen to save your configuration.
If you would like to delete the account with name “ddd”, just press the Delete button on the
screen. Then the screen will display as below.

You can also add an account for speed dial by clicking icon that shown as below.
Step 1: Input account name.
Step 2: You can input SIP ID or IP address for Number.
Step 3: Select line 1 or line 2.
Step 4: Enable Auto answer or disenable Auto answer.
Step 5: Click on “Save”button at the end of the screen to save your configuration.
Click OK button to delete the account.
