I RICEZIONE DELL’ATTREZZATURA
I.1 Verifiche ll ricezione
Quando l’attrezzatura viene ricevuta, deve essere verificato lo stato dell’imballaggio e dell’attrezzatura. In caso di danni,
annotare accuratamente qualsiasi problema sulla nota di consegna del corriere.
I.2 Stocc ggio
L’attrezzatura deve essere conservata all’ombra, in un luogo asciutto, a una temperatura compresa tra i -20 °C e i 40 °C.
L’imballaggio non può essere considerato sufficiente per un immagazzinaggio esterno. IP30
II INSTALLAZIONE
II.1 INSTALLAZIONE
Il controllo remoto touchscreen può essere installato a parete o in un armadietto. Installare ED-TOUCH in modo che il
cattivo tempo o la temperatura ambientale non possano danneggiare le componenti interne dell’unità durante
l’installazione e durante l’uso successivo.
ISTRUZIONI DI SICUREZZA
In conformità con le attuali norme, la macchina dovrà essere installata solo da un tecnico qualificato per questo tipo di
lavoro.
Indossare i dispositivi di protezione personale richiesti per evitare ferite causate dai rischi elettrici e meccanici (ferite
dovute a urti con pannelli, spigoli acuminati, eccetera). Utilizzare occhiali protettivi e protezioni per orecchi conformi a
E 170.
on utilizzare l’unità per un uso diverso da quello per cui è stata progettata. Questa unità non può essere utilizzata per
estrarre o fornire aria pericolosa.
Spostare la macchina come indicato nel capitolo sulla movimentazione.
Eseguire la messa a terra in conformità alle norme vigenti. on avviare mai il dispositivo prima di aver eseguito la messa
a terra.
Prima di qualsiasi intervento sulla macchina, assicurarsi che il dispositivo sia spento e attendere il completo arresto di tutti
gli elementi rotanti (smorzatore, ventola, scambiatore rotante ecc.).
Durante il funzionamento del dispositivo gli sportelli per le ispezioni devono essere montati e chiusi.
Il dispositivo dev’essere avviato solamente tramite interruttore bloccabile.

L’ED-TOUCH è un display utente e un display di servizio dotato di emulatore integrato, accessibile tramite password.

IV. Utilizz re EDTOUCH come punto di impost zione mbiente
ED-TOUCH può essere utilizzato come sensore di un ambiente, per il controllo dello stesso. Per attivare questa
funzionalità:
- Accedere all’emulatore (schermata 2)
Seguire le istruzioni dell’unità per modificare la modalità di controllo della temperatura.
È necessario selezionare: controllo temperatura

- A schermo non viene visualizzato nulla: verificare i collegamenti su C+ e G0
- Display non collegato, visualizzazione in rosso sul touchscreen: verificare i collegamenti su A e B

I RECEIVING THE EQUIPMENT
I.1 Checks on reception
When the equipment is received, the state of the packaging and the equipment must be checked. In the event of damage,

I.2 Storing
The equipment must be stored in shade, in a dry place, at a temperature between -20°C and 40°C. The packaging can’t
be considered sufficient for an external storage. IP30

The Touch screen remote controller can be installed on a walla or a cabinet. Install ED-TOUCH such that bad weather or
ambient temperature cannot damage the internal items of the unit during installation as well as when used later.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
In compliance with the current norms, the machine should be installed only by a technical person qualified for this
type of work.
Use the required personal protection devices so as to avoid injuries caused by electrical and mechanical hazards
(injuries by touching panels, sharp edges, etc.). Use E 170 protective eyewear and ear protection.
Do not use the unit for an other used which it designed. This unit can’t be use for extract or supply dangerous air.
Move the machine as given in chapter handling.
Grounding is carried out in compliance with current standards. ever start the device without grounding
Before any intervention ensure that device is powered off and wait for complete stop of every rotative component such
as damper, fan, rotative exchanger…
During device is running inspection doors must be mounted and closed.
Start is to be done only with padlockable swith.
Do not shut off or short circuit the safety and control equipment.
During interventions, be carefull with hot components such as hot water coil or electric resistances.
The machine should be installed in compliance with fire norms.
The waste must be disposed of in compliance with the current standards. o packaging should be discarded into the
environment.

modification or non compliance of these instructions.

Au moment de la réception de l'équipement, vérifier l'état de l'emballage et de l'équipement. En cas de dommages,
noter soigneusement tout problème sur le bon de livraison du transporteur.

L’équipement doit être conservé à l'ombre, dans un lieu sec, à une température comprise entre -20 °C et 40 °C.
L'emballage ne peut pas être considéré suffisant pour un stockage extérieur. IP30
II INSTALLATION
II.1 Inst ll tion
Le contrôle à distance à écran tactile peut être installé sur un mur ou dans un placard. Installer ED-TOUCH de sorte
que le mauvais temps ou la température ambiante ne puissent pas endommager les composants internes de l'unité
durant l'installation et l'utilisation successive.
INSTRUCTIONS DE SÉCURITÉ
Conformément aux normes actuelles, la machine devra être installée seulement par un technicien qualifié pour ce type
de travail.
Porter les équipements de protection personnelle requis pour éviter des blessures causées par des risques
électriques et mécaniques (blessures provenant de chocs avec des panneaux, de bords coupants, etc.). Utiliser des
lunettes de protection et des protecteurs auriculaires conformes à la norme E 170.
e pas utiliser l'unité pour une utilisation différente que celle pour laquelle elle a été conçue. Cette unité ne peut pas
être utilisée pour extraire ou fournir de l'air dangereux.
Déplacer la machine comme indiqué au chapitre sur la manutention.
Réaliser une mise à la terre conforme aux normes en vigueur. e jamais démarrer le dispositif avant d'avoir réalisé la
mise à la terre.
Avant n'importe quelle intervention sur la machine, s'assurer que le dispositif soit éteint et attendre l'arrêt complet de
tous les éléments rotatifs (amortisseur, ventilateur, échangeur rotatif, etc.).
Durant le fonctionnement du dispositif, les trappes d'inspection doivent être montées et fermées.
Le dispositif doit être démarré uniquement au moyen d'interrupteur verrouillable.

Durant n'importe quelle intervention, faire attention aux composants chauds comme les bobines d'eau chaude ou les
résistances électriques.
La machine doit être installée conformément aux normes de protection contre les incendies en vigueur.
Les déchets doivent être éliminés conformément aux normes en vigueur. Aucun emballage ne doit être jeté dans la
nature.
L'entreprise n'assume aucune responsabilité pour des dommages éventuels causés par une mauvaise utilisation de
l'équipement, des réparations, des modifications ou un manque de conformité aux instructions présentes.

- Saisir la fonction sur le port 2 : Page d'écran externe
- Saisir le type d'écran connecté au port 2 : ED-TOUCH
III FONCTIONNEMENT GÉNÉRAL
ED-TOUCH est un écran utilisateur et un écran de service doté d'émulateur intégré accessible au moyen de mot de
passe.
III.1 Fonctionnement Centr le : menu
Si l'unité fonctionne normalement, il sera nécessaire de revenir à la page d'écran d'accueil (Home) ci-dessous. Le logo
en haut à gauche indique le menu où l'on se trouve actuellement.
