to be sure they are tight.

1. Identifyand seperate allparts.

2. PlacetheTopPanel(P-1) facedown ona paddedsurfaceas shownin illustration#1. Connect the

Right Metal Side (P-8) to theTop Panel (P-1) using two Screws (B) and going into the embedded

threaded inserts in the bottom of theTop Panel. Attach the Left Metal Side (P-7) to the TopPanel

usingtwo Screws (B). Tighten Screws withAllenWrench(G).

Place a Shelf (P-3) onthe shelf bracketsof the Right and Left Metal Sides andsecure in place

usingone Screw (A1)on eachendas shownin illustration #3. Tighten withAllen Wrench(G).

Repeat thisStep to installthe remaining7 Shelves.

3. Attach a Wood Side Panel (P-10) to the outside of each Metal Side using two Screws (A1) to

secure each panel into place. See illustration # 2.

Push in four Wood Dowels (Q) into the top edge and bottom edge predrilled holes of the

RightBack Panel(P-11)as shownin illustration#5. Attachtwo Electrical Clips(H) tothe inside

of the Right Back Panel (P-11) using two Electrical Clip Screws(D) and two Plastic Spacers (W).

Push in four Wood Dowels (Q) into the top edge and bottom edge predrilled holes of the

LeftBack Panel (P-12) as shown in illustration#4. Attachtwo ElectricalClips(H) tothe inside

of the Left Back Panel (P-12) using two Electrical Clip Screws(D) and two Plastic Spacers (W).

Attach the Rear Door (P-6) to the Left Back Panel (P-12) using four Door Hinge Screws (P).

Insert theRear DoorLock (L) infrom thefront anduse theRear LockClip (M) asshown to

securein place.

Place the Back Panel assemblies from Step 5 and Step 6 in between the Right and Left Side

assembliesas shownin illustration#6. Make surethe Wood Dowels of the assemblies are insert

intothe predrilledholes inthe bottomof theTopPanel (P-1). Secure the Back assemblies to

eachSide Panel assemblyusing threeScrews(C). TightenScrews withAllenWrench(G). At-

tachtheMagnet (T) tothe bottomoftheTop Panel(P-1) usingtwoMagnet Screws(U)into the

predrilled holes so the Rear Door (P-6) stops against the Magnet. See Detail 7A.

To attachtheBottom Panel(P-2) tothe assemblyfrom Step7, lineup theWoodDowelsin theBack

assemblieswith thepredrilled holes inthe BottomPanel (P-2). AttachtheBottom Panel(P-2) to

theSide assemblies usingfour Screws(B) as shownin illustration#7. Tighten ScrewswithAllen

Wrench(G).

Attachtwo LockingCasters (E)in the frontembedded insertholes ofthe BottomPanel (P-2) using

eightScrews (A)as shownin illustration #8. AttachtwoNon-Locking Casters(F) inthe rear

embeddedinsert holesof the BottomPanel usingeight Screws (A). Tighten Screws withAllen

Wrench(G). Press in theElectrical Grommet(V) in theLeft BackPanel’s cut-out.

Turnthe unitover sotheCasters areon thefloor. Attachthe LeftDoor(P-5) tothehinge onthe Side

assembly using six Door Hinge Screws (P) into the Door’s predrilled hinge holes. Attach the Door

Latch(N) tothetop ofthe LeftDoor using fourDoor LatchScrews (O)asshown inillustration #9.

Attachan ElectricalCordHolder (R)at thetop and bottomof theRight Metal Sideand throughthe

punchedholes soone is pointedup andthe otherdown. Secure Holders usingtwo CordHolder

Nuts (S) from the inside. See Detail 10A.

the Door’s predrilled hinge holes. Attach the Door Lock (J) to the back of the Right Door using four

aroundthe DoorLock barrel.
