sure they are tight.If parts are missing, broken, damaged, or worn, stop use of the product

until repairs are made by your dealer using factory authorized parts.

IdentifyandSeparateallthePartsandHardware. Illustration # 1

Read through assembly instruction from beginning

to end before starting to assemble product.

Place the Large Door Frame Tall

(P-2)withthePredrilledholes

facing up and install 6 Wood

Dowels(E) into the drilled holesas

showninillustration # 1.

Insert1eachLock Cylinder(G)

throughtheLockPlate(J)and the

hole in the LargeTallDoor Frame (P-2).

SecureLockCylinder (G) using the Lock

Washer(L) and the Lock Hex (M).

(FINGER TIGHTEN ONLY.)

SlideLock Ring (K) andLock Retainer (H) overthe square end

ofLock Cylinder (G). Secure using the¼” Phil Head Lock Screw(A2).

BeforetighteningtheLockHex(P),InserttheKey(N)andturnlock.BesurethatLockRetainer (K)

Turns 90 degrees and rotates behind door frame as shown in Lock DetailsA& B(See page #3).

(TIGHTEN LOCK HEX (M)).

Place the Large Door Frame Short (P-3) with

thePredrilledholes facing up and install 6

WoodDowels(E) into the drilled holesasshown

inillustration#2.

Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to attach other door lock.

Besurethat Lock Retainer(K)Turns90 degrees

androtates behind door frame asshownin Lock

Details A& B(See page #3).

(TIGHTEN LOCK HEX (M)).

When moving Door Frames,

Hold frame and door together so hinges

are not Damaged!

Place the Side Door Frame (P-5) with

thePredrilledholes facingup and install

1 Right Shelf Slide (P-13) using 3

Screws(A3)asshown in illustration # 3.

Insert1eachLock Cylinder(G)

throughtheLockPlate(J)and the

hole in the Side Door Frame (P-5).

SecureLockCylinder (G) using the Lock

Washer(L) and the Lock Hex (M).

(FINGER TIGHTEN ONLY.)

andtheLockHex(M). (FINGER TIGHTEN ONLY.)

SlideLock Ring (K) andLock Retainer (H) overthe square end ofLock Cylinder (G). Secure

usingthe¼”PhilHeadLock Screw (A2). Before tightening the Lock Hex (M), Insert theKey(N)

andturnlock. Besure that Lock Retainer (H) turns 90degreesandpointsup.

(TIGHTEN LOCK HEX (M)).
