Parts/Hardware
Do not use unless all screws are tight. At least every six months, check all
screws to be sure they are tight. If any parts are missing, broken, damaged
or worn, stop using the product until repairs are made by your dealer using
factory authorized parts.

STEP 1
Push in five Casters (P6) into the bottom
of the Base (P3). Insert the Cylinder (P5)
into the top of the Base (P3).
STEP 2
Attach the Seat Support (P4) to the bottom
of the Seat (P2) using four 1” Screws (P7).
Tighten Screws with a Phillips screwdriver.

STEP 3
Attach the Back (P1) to Seat Support (P4)
using four 1 1/4” Screws (P8). Tighten all
Screws with a Phillips Screwdriver.
STEP 4
Insert the top of the Cylinder (P5) into the
large center hole in the Seat Support (P4).
