1.2 About this user guide
Overview
This manual provides support to the user during the installation, set up and utilization of the AMM215WTD
display. Depending on the specific version that has been purchased, some of the features and options
described in this document may not apply to the display in user’s hands.

How to Access the Menu
•Push the Rotary Knob button to activate the OSD menu
•Turn the Rotary Knob to the left or right to select icons. The icon will be highlighted when selected.
•Push the Rotary Knob button to go into the another OSD menu.
•Turn Rotary Knob left or right to select function.
•In order to exit from the OSD menu, choose the "Exit" icon. Hold the button around two or three seconds,
then it will completely exit from the menu regardless of where you are.
•Turn the Rotary Knob button in a quick motion to the left or right, while the menu is not activated, then input
signal menu will turns up with " ✔"mark which is the current available input signal. You can switch to
another input signal source by turning the knob slowly then select the target source by pushing the knob.

2.1 Workspace
To prepare a suitable workspace
Before you carefully unpack your monitor, prepare a suitable workspace
You need:
•a stable and level surface
•a grounded power outlet
•an area which is relatively free of glare from sunlight or other sources of bright light
The monitor is cooled by natural convection (it has no fan). For optimum performance, do not block the cooling
vents.
2.2 Unpacking
To unpack the monitor
•Inspect the monitor and other package contents for shipping damage that could cause a fire or shock
hazard.
•Immediately report any shipping damage to the carrier or transportation company and contact customer
service in case of return.
2.3 To connect the interfaces
To Install the Monitor
To install the monitor to your host system, please follow the steps as given below
•Use the supplied video cable (DVI, VGA, S-Video, C-Video) then connect to the host system accordingly.
•Connect the DC power to the DC power connector on the monitor.
•Connect one end of AC power cord into the AC Adapter and the other end to AC power outlet. .
•Then turn the host system on and then the monitor.
•If the monitor still does not function properly, please refer to the troubleshooting section to diagnose the
problem..

To connect the Power cord
•Check first to make sure that the power cord in use is the correct type required for the area.
•This monitor has an universal AC adapter that allows operation in either AC 100 - 240 V ac voltage area.
No user-adjustment is required.
•Plug one end of the power cord to the AC adapter, plug another end to a proper AC outlet.
The cord set should have the appropriate safety approvals for the country in which the equipment will be
installed and marked HAR.
For 120 volt Applications, use only the UL Listed detachable power cord with NEMA configuration 5-15P type
(parallel blades) plug cap. For 240 volt applications use only the UL Listed detachable power supply cord with
NEMA configuration 6-15P type (tandem blades) plug cap.

You can use a Bridgepower extension power cord (optional). The part numbers are: C-
47D2001P50MF (5 ft), C-47D2004P57MF (15 ft) and Z3404272 (75 ft)
To avoid damage to the unit or equipment, only connect the equipment to the HD/SD SDI optional
module

Power : Turn ON/OFF the System
Rotary Switch
(Right Turn) :
With the OSD menu activated, increases the value of the selected parameters or moves
rightward in OSD menu.
with the OSD deactivated, activates the video source selection menu

(Left Turn) :
With the OSD menu activated, decreases the value of the selected parameters or moves
leftward in OSD menu.
with the OSD deactivated, activates the video source selection menu

(Push) :
Accesses OSD, sub menu or setting value.

Hold) :
Exits OSD menu.
Enter Service or factory menu with combine key.
Adjust Switch : To activate or deactivate image adjustment in sub screen of PIP, PBP, POP mode.
POP Switch : To enable or disable POP (Picture On Picture) function.
PBP Switch : To enable or disable PBP (Picture By Picture) function.
PIP Switch : To enable or disable Picture In Picture function.
Input Switch : To change the video source.

3.1 Recommendations for daily operation
To avoid image retention
An unforeseen situations can occasionally occur for the Monitor, when the display is used pleased use a
safety control. It is strongly recommended you use more than one unit or prepare a spare unit in case there is
an emergency
Permanent burn-in may occur from the following:
•Displaying color bar or static images repeatedly or for a long period of time.
•Using the unit repeatedly in a high temperature/ high humidity environment.
•Continuously displaying an image smaller than the monitor.
To reduce the risk of burn-in, it is recommended to turn off the power of the unit, and reduce the brightness
when the unit is not in use.
3.2 Navigating through the OSD menus
How to navigate through the OSD menus
Navigating through the OSD menus can be done by

•Sharpness-V: Set the Sharpness of Vertical Image (Range 0 - 20)

•Scale Mode: Change the Scale Mode - Fill all, One to One, Vertical - Fill, Horizontal - Fill, Fill aspect ratio
•Color Space: Change Color Space between RGB and YUV3
Speaker Volume : Adjust Volume (Range 0 - 100)
•Freeze Frame: Off / On Freeze Frame
•Zoom / Pan: Enable Zoom - In and Pan Function
•PIP: Enable PIP (Picture In Picture) Function
