Flachbandschneider HCP50
Für Polymerachriemen mit Draht-
seileinlage bis max. 3 mm Höhe
und 50 mm Breite.
Nicht unter Spannung schneiden!
Strom abschalten!
Keine Gliedmaßen im Schneiden-
bereich!
Bedienung
• Zum Entriegeln des Handgriffes 1, Lasche 2
und Handgriff 1 ganz öffnen bis sich das
Schwenkmesser 3 öffnet.
• Flachband einlegen und Lasche 2 in Position b
drehen. Nicht schräg schneiden!
• Durch mehrfaches Betätigen des Handgriffes 1
Flachband durchtrennen.
• Entriegelung des Schwenkmessers 3 während
des Schneidvorganges wie folgt möglich:
Lasche 2 und Handgriff 1 ganz öffnen. Das
Schwenkmesser 3 springt wieder in die
Ausgangsposition zurück.
• Zum Verriegeln Handgriff 1 in gedrückter
Position halten, Lasche 2 in Position a drehen.
Wartung
• Bewegliche Teile ölen.
• Verzahnung bürsten.
Das Werkzeug darf nur für den in der
Bedienungsanleitung angegebenen Zweck
eingesetzt werden.
Bei anderer Anwendung kann es zu
Beschädigungen oder zur Zerstörung des
Werkzeuges kommen bzw. kann es zu Unfällen
führen.
Das Werkzeug darf nur durch eine Fachkraft
bzw. durch den Hersteller repariert werden.
Für Arbeiten von Fremdpersonal wird von uns
jegliche Haftung abgewiesen. Nur original
BAUDAT-Ersatzteile verwenden! Ansprüche
aus gegebenen Garantieerklärungen erlöschen
sonst.

Flat belt cutter HCP50
For polymer at belts up to max. 3
mm height and 50 mm width.
Do not live working!
Switch off current!
No extremities near the blades!
Use
• Release hand lever 1 by opening strap 2
and hand lever 1 completely until the pivoted
blade 3 is open.
• Insert the at belt and turn the strap 2 in
position b. Do not cut angularly!
• Squeeze the handles 1 to manually operate the
pivoted blade 3 during the cutting process.
• Releasing the pivoted blade 3 is possible
during cutting proceeding as follows:
Open strap 2 and handle 1 completey. The
pivoted plate 3 turns back in to basic position.
• Lock lever 1 by turning the strap 2 in position a
during squeezing both handles.
Maintenance
• Oil movable parts.
• Brush ratchet teeth.
The tool is only for use in applications
purposes described in the operating
instructions.
Using this tool for tasks other than those
described may lead to accidents or the
destruction of the tool.
The tool must only be repaired by an electro-
mechanical specialist or by the manufacturer.
For works of external staff we assume no liability.
Use only original BAUDAT spare parts! If not,
claims of the warranty declaration expires.

Coupe-courroie plat HCP50
Pour courroies plats jusqu‘à maxi 3
mm hauteur et 50 mm largeur.
Couper l‘alimentation electrique!
Ne mettez pas vos doigts dans la
zone de coupe!
Utilisation
• Pour déverrouiller la poignée 1, ouvrir le cliquet
d‘arrêt 2 et la poignée complètement jusqu‘à la
lame 3 est ouvert.
• Insérer le courroie plat et tourner le cliquet
d‘arrêt en position b. Ne jamais couper de blais!
• Faire avancer la lame mobile 3 en actionnant
successivement la poignée 1, et ce jusqu‘à ce
que le courroie plat soit entièrement coupé.
• Il est possible de déverrouiller la lame mobile
3 pendant la coupe: Ouvrir complètement le
cliquet d‘arrêt 2 et la poignée 1. La lame 3 ra-
mene en arrière.
• Remettre le cliquet d‘arrêt 2 en position a et
appuyer sur les poignées 1 an de les bloquer.
Entretien
• Nettoyer et graisser régulièrement toutes les
parties mobiles.
• Brosser les segments.
L’outil est conçu pour une stricte utilisati-
on comme décrite dans la notice. Une toute
autre utilisation pourra entraîner des accidents
et même la destruction de l’outil. L‘outil devra
être réparé exclusivement par un spécialiste ou
par le fabricant lui-même. En cas d‘intervention
par un personnel étranger et/ou non habilité, le
fabricant se verra dégager de sa responsabilité.
N‘utiliser que des pièces de rechange d‘origine
BAUDAT. Dans le cas contraire, la garantie con-
tractuelle du fabricant devient caduque.

Cesoie per cinghie piane HCP50
Per cinghie piane no a max. 3 mm
altezza e 50 mm larghezza.
Non tagliare sotto tensione!
Togliere corrente!
Non mettere le mani nella zona
di taglio!
Utilizzo
• Per sbloccare l‘impugnatura 1 ruotare il perno
2 in posizione ON.
• Inserire la cinghia e ruotare il coltello 4 no al
posizionamento della lama sulla cinghia. Non
tagliare in modo obliquo!
• Tagliare la cinghia muovendo ripetutamente
l‘impugnatura 1 con effetto a cricco.
• Per sbloccare il coltello basculan-
te 4 durante il taglio agire come segue:
Stringere le impugnature no a quando si
riesce a sbloccare la levetta 3. Tenere premuta
la levetta 3, lasciare l‘impugnatura 1 e ruotare
manualmente all‘indietro il coltello 4.
• Per bloccare la cesoia mantenere
l‘impugnatura 1 premuta e ruotare il perno 2 in
posizione OFF.
Manutenzione
• Oliare le parti mobili.
• Spazzolare i denti della lama a cricco.
L‘utensile può essere utilizzato
soltanto per lo scopo indicato nelle
istruzioni d‘uso.
Un diverso utilizzo può portare al danneggia-
mento o rottura dell‘utensile oppure provocare
incidenti.
L‘utensile può essere riparato soltanto da perso-
nale specializzato o dal produttore. Decliniamo
ogni responsabilità per lavori eseguiti da perso-
nale non autorizzato. Utilizzare soltanto ricambi
originali BAUDAT per non perdere il diritto alla
garanzia!

Cortadora de cable plano HCP50
Para cable plano de polímero de
hasta máx 3mm de altura y 50mm
de ancho.
¡No operar la cortadora con tensi-
ón!
¡Corte la alimentación eléctrica!
¡No ponga los dedos en la zona de
corte!
Uso
• Soltar la palanca 1 girando el mando bloquea-
dor 2 y la palanca 1 completamente hasta que
la cuchilla pilotada 3 este abierta.
• Insertar el cable y girar el bloqueador 2 en po-
sición B. No cortar en ángulo.
• Presionar sobre las palancas para operar la
cuchilla móvil 3 durante el proceso de corte.
• Es posible liberar la cuchilla móvil 3 durante el
proceso de corte, siguiendo el siguiente pro-
ceso: Abrir completamente el bloqueador 2 y
la palanca 1. La cuchilla pilotada 3 girará a su
posición de inicio.
• Bloquear la palanca 1 mediante el mando blo-
queador 2 en posición OFF mientras se presio-
na ambas palancas.
Mantenimiento
• Aceite en los elementos móviles.
• Cepille los dientes del trinquete.
La herramienta se usará solo para aplica-
ciones descritas en el manual de instruc-
ciones.
El uso de la herramienta para otros trabajos
no descritos puede producir accidentes o la
avería de la herramienta.
La herramienta solo puede ser reparada por
un especialista electromecánico o por el fa-
bricante.Las reparaciones externas no están
cubiertas por la garantía. Use solo recambios
originales BAUDAT, sino la garantía quedará
anulada.

Plat band schaar HCP50
Voor plat band tot max. 3 mm hoog-
te en 50 mm breedte.
Niet gebruiken wanneer er span-
ning op de draad staat!
Altijd eerst stroom uitschakelen!
Geen ledematen binnen snijdbe-
reik!
Gebruik
• Openen grendel 2 en handvat 1 vrij te geven.
• Breng de plat band in en plaats en grendel in
de positie b. Knip nooit onder een hoek.
• Knijp de handvaten bijeen tijdens het knippen.
• Het is mogelijk om het draaibare mes 3 te ont-
grendelen tijdens het knippen: Openen grendel
en knijp beide handvaten 1 bijeen tot borgpal 3
eenvoudig vrijgegeven kan worden.
• Om te vergrendelen; knijp beide handvaten bi-
jeen en plaats grendel 2 in de a positie.
Onderhoud
• Smeer bewegende delen.
• Maak de tanden van het ratelmechanisme
schoon.
De schaar is uitsluitend bedoeld voor ge-
bruik zoals hierboven omschreven.
Gebruik van deze schaar op andere manieren
dan hierboven omschreven kan ongelukken
veroorzaken of de schaar beschadigen.
Reparaties dienen uitsluitend uitgevoerd te
worden door elektrotechnisch personeel of de
fabrikant. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor werk-
zaamheden uitgevoerd door derden. Gebruik
uitsluitend originele BAUDAT vervangingson-
derdelen! Indien er andere onderdelen gebru-
ikt zijn vervalt elke vorm van garantie.
