WARNING: While the XPR-5568 Angle Light is certied as an intrinsically safe product,
the charger is NOT intrinsically safe. The charger MUST be installed in a location far
enough outside of the hazardous environment to ensure that it can never come in contact
with any potentially explosive materials.

The Nightstick wall/vehicle charger is designed to mount to any at, dry surface. The design
of the charger will secure the angle light into the charger at any angle and the charger can be
mounted at any angle. These instructions are for mounting the charger vertically.
Four (4) Pan Head screws (included) can be used to install the charger to most surfaces,
however special hardware may be needed for some situations.
ySelect a location to install the charger. Check that there are no electrical wires, water lines,
etc. on the other side of the mounting surface.
yCheck the distance to the AC wall outlet or the 10v DC power outlet to make sure the AC or
DC power supply will reach the charger when it is plugged in. Relocate the charger’s location
as needed.
yOnce the location has been selected, use a hammer and a small center punch or nail to
mark all 4 of the hole locations.
yIf the charger is being installed onto drywall, you will need to install 4 - Drywall Anchors
(included). Use a drill bit to drill 4 holes through the drywall in the locations of the nail marks.
Use a Phillips screwdriver to install all 4 drywall anchors into the wall until they are ush with
the surface.
METAL SURFACE: If the charger is being installed onto a metal surface, drill 4
appropriately sized holes. The diameter of the drill bit required will be determined by the
type of metal and the thickness of the material.
WOOD SURFACE: If the charger is being installed onto a wooden surface, drill a pilot
hole in all 4 locations.
yThe mounting screw holes can be accessed from the top of the charger when the light is
not installed in the charger.
yLine up the mounting holes for the charger with the pilot holes (or drywall anchors) and
carefully insert each of the supplied Pan Head screws into the mounting holes from the front of
the charger. Give each screw a small turn by hand to get each one started.
yHand-tighten each screw with a screwdriver until the charger is securely afxed to the
mounting surface. CAUTION: Do not use an electric drill or drill driver to install the screws. Do
not over-tighten because it could damage the mounting holes in the charger.
yPlug either the AC or DC power supply cord into the power port on the bottom of the charger
and then into the appropriate power outlet.
yThe LED charge indicator light on the charger will momentarily light up GREEN, then turn RED
and then turn off. This is normal behavior when the angle light is not installed in the charger.
yThe charger is now ready to use.
POWERING THE XPR-5568
The XPR-5568 Intrinsically Safe Rechargeable Angle Light can be powered in one of two
ways:
yThe Nightstick 5568-BATT Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery Pack.
yThe Nightstick 5566-CARRIER Non-Rechargeable Battery Carrier and 3 - AA Energizer
EN91 or Energizer E91 Batteries.
WARNING: Do not use any other type of non-rechargeable battery with this light.
WARNING: Do not use rechargeable AA batteries with this light.
5568-BATT LITHIUM-ION RECHARGEABLE BATTERY PACK
WARNING: The Nightstick 5568-BATT Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery Pack is a
proprietary shape and design and will only t in the XPP-5566, and XPR-5568 Angle
Lights. Do not attempt to use this battery pack in any other light. Do not attempt to use
any other rechargeable battery pack in this light.
WARNING: The Nightstick 5568-BATT Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery Pack is a sealed
unit and is not designed to be opened up. Do not attempt to open the 5568-BATT Lithium-
ion Rechargeable Battery Pack.
yTo install the 5568-BATT Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery Pack, unscrew the Screw
located on the Battery Compartment Door on the base of the light.
NOTE: The Battery Compartment Door Screw utilizes a design that prevents the screw
from falling out of the door. Do not attempt to remove the screw.
yWith the Battery Compartment Door opened enough to provide clearance, insert the 5568-BATT
Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery Pack with the end having the metal contacts on it being inserted
rst and the rails on the bottom of the Battery Pack positioned toward the back of the light.
yWith the 5568-BATT Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery Pack fully inserted into the handle
of the light, close the Battery Compartment Door and secure it in place with the Battery
Compartment Door Screw.
WARNING: Do not over-tighten the Battery Compartment Door Screw.
The Angle Light is now ready to be powered using the Nightstick 5568-BATT Lithium-ion
Rechargeable Battery Pack.
5566-CARRIER NON-RECHARGEABLE BATTERY CARRIER
WARNING: The Nightstick 5566-CARRIER Non-Rechargeable Battery Carrier is a
proprietary shape and design and will only t in the XPP-5566, and XPR-5568 Angle
Lights. Do not attempt to use this battery pack in any other light. Do not attempt to use

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR INTRINSIC SAFETY
yFor personal safety, always conrm the rating of any known hazardous or potentially
hazardous location where the Angle Light is to be used.
yOnly devices directly connected to apparatus complying with the IEC 60950 series are
allowed.
CAUTION
yRechargeable Lithium-ion batteries must be used and charged properly. Improper use can
result in serious injury, re, or death.
yDo not leave the battery in direct sunlight or use or store the battery inside cars in hot
weather.
yDo not expose the battery to water or salt water, or allow the battery to get wet.
yDo not store the battery with metallic objects that may cause a short circuit.
yImmediately discontinue use of the battery if the battery emits an unusual smell, feels hot,
changes color, changes shape or appears abnormal in any way.
yKeep out of the reach of children.
STROBE WARNING
Exposure to strobing lights may cause dizziness, disorientation, and nausea. A very small
percentage of people suffer from photosensitive epilepsy and may experience seizures or
blackouts triggered by strobing lights. For more information from the EPILEPSY FOUNDATION

The Nightstick 5568-CARRIER Non-Rechargeable Battery Carrier is designed to t 3 AA
batteries. In order to maintain the XPR-5568’s Intrinsically Safe rating, the only AA batteries
certied for use with this light are the Energizer EN91 or Energizer E91.
Do not attempt to use any other brand or model of AA batteries with this light.
Do not attempt to use any type of rechargeable AA batteries with this light.
Installing or replacing the batteries
yBegin by positioning the 5566-CARRIER Non-Rechargeable Battery Carrier with the arrow
pointing to the left.
yUsing 3 – AA Energizer EN91 or Energizer E91 (make sure that all 3 batteries are of one
or the other model…do not use a combination of the two), install the batteries per the diagram
located on the base of the battery carrier.
yTake care not to bend any of the battery contact springs, and to make sure that all 3 batteries
are properly seated before installing into the angle light.
NOTE: The battery carrier cover will only t one way. It is not possible to install it in a
reversed position.
The Nightstick 5566-CARRIER Non-Rechargeable Battery Carrier is ready to install into the
Angle Light. Installation of the 5566-CARRIER Non-Rechargeable Battery Carrier into the Angle
Light is the same as installing the 5568-BATT Lithium-ion Battery Pack. Please see the instructions
listed above in the 5568-BATT LITHIUM-ION RECHARGEABLE BATTERY PACK section.
PLACING THE ANGLE LIGHT INTO THE CHARGER
The Nightstick charger is designed to securely hold a properly installed XPR-5568 Angle
Light in place under conditions up to and including 9g of lateral force meeting the requirements
of NFPA 1901 (2009).
WARNING: Installing the Angle Light into the charger MUST be done using the following
steps. Failure to do so could damage the charger or its ability to hold the Angle Light
securely in place.
The spring-loaded tab located on the bottom of the charger, is designed to hold the bottom
base of the Angle Light securely in place.
yFirmly grip the Angle Light in one hand and press the bottom of the Angle Lights base downward
onto the black spring-loaded tab and then push the base of the Angle Light forward into the charger
until it slips past the spring-loaded tab and snaps into the charger.
Conrmation of proper installation can be seen in the LED Charge Indicator Light. When the
Angle Light is properly installed in the charger, and power is being supplied by the Nightstick AC
or DC Power Supply, the LED Charge Indicator Light on the charger will light up constant RED
indicating that the unit is being charged.
REMOVING THE ANGLE LIGHT FROM THE CHARGER
yFirmly grip the Angle Light and pull straight back from the charging cradle.
yNO NEED TO PRESS BUTTON to disengage light from charging base.
CHARGING THE ANGLE LIGHT
WARNING: Use only the supplied Charger, Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery Pack and
AC or DC Power Supply for charging. Do not attempt to charge this light with non-
rechargeable or rechargeable AA batteries installed.
yThe time required to charge the Angle Light is conditional on the remaining charge left in
the Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery Pack at the time of charging. The maximum charge time
required is approximately 6 hours.
yFully charge the Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery Pack before the rst use, or if the
Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery Pack has been unused for several months.
yInstall the Angle Light into the charger using the exact method described in this Instruction
Manual above (“PLACING THE ANGLE LIGHT INTO THE CHARGER”). WARNING: Failure
to do so could damage the charger and/or the light.
yWhen the Angle Light is properly seated in the charger, the LED Charge Indicator light will turn
solid RED indicating that the Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery Pack is charging. The Lithium-ion
Rechargeable Battery Pack is fully charged when the LED Charge Indicator light turns GREEN.
yThe Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery Pack does not have any Recharge Memory Effect,
therefore placing the Angle Light in the charger prior to full depletion of the battery does not
adversely affect the battery life. The Angle Light can be kept in the charger indenitely without
any negative impact on the battery or the battery life.
OPERATION
THE XPR-5568 HAS 8 SEPARATE LIGHTING MODES:
Flashlight Modes
To activate the Flashlight, press and release the Flashlight Switch. The default mode will be
High-brightness. To select the brightness level for the Flashlight, press and hold the Flashlight
Switch. The ashlight will cycle from high to medium to low at a rate of approximately one mode
per second. The light will continue to cycle through the various modes as long as the switch is
held down. When the desired brightness level is reached, release the Flashlight Switch and
the light will remain in that brightness mode. To turn the Flashlight off, press and release the
Flashlight Switch one more time.
Strobe
To activate the Strobe, double click the Flashlight Switch. To turn the Strobe off, press and
release the Flashlight Switch one more time.
Floodlight Modes
To activate the Floodlight, press and release the Floodlight Switch. The default mode will be
High-brightness. To select the brightness level for the Floodlight, press and hold the Floodlight
Switch. The oodlight will cycle from high to medium to Survival at a rate of approximately one
mode per second. The light will continue to cycle through the various modes as long as the
switch is held down. When the desired brightness level is reached, release the Floodlight Switch
and the light will remain in that brightness mode. To turn the Floodlight off, press and release the
Floodlight Switch one more time.
Dual-Light Mode
Dual-Light mode allows the user to turn on both the Flashlight and the Floodlight at the same
time. Dual-Light mode can be activated by simply pressing the Flashlight Switch and then the
Floodlight Switch at the same time. If the Angle Light already has the Flashlight or the Floodlight
on (regardless of what brightness mode that light is in), pressing the switch for the light that is
NOT on, will activate Dual-Light mode. The user can leave Dual-Light mode and go back to
either Flashlight or Floodlight mode simply by pressing the switch for the mode that they wish to
turn off. To turn both lights off, simply press each of the switches independently.
WARRANTY
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Bayco Products, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and
materials for the original purchaser’s lifetime. The Limited Lifetime Warranty includes the LEDs,
housing and lenses. Rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches, electronics and included
accessories are warranted for a period of two years with proof of purchase. Normal wear and
failures which are caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, faulty installation and lightning damage
are excluded.
We will repair or replace this product should we determine it to be defective. This is the
only warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or tness for a
particular purpose.

L’exposition à des lumières stroboscopiques peut causer des étourdissements, une

yUn tournevis cruciforme (tête Phillips) #2
Le chargeur Nightstick pour mur/véhicule est conçu pour être installé sur n’importe quelle
surface plate et sèche. Le concept du chargeur garantit une installation sécuritaire de la lampe à
angle dans le chargeur à n’importe quel angle. Donc, le chargeur peut être xé à n’importe quel
angle. Aux ns de ces directives, nous installerons le chargeur verticalement.
4 vis à tête cylindrique sont comprises avec le chargeur pour mur/véhicule. Elles peuvent
être utilisées pour installer le chargeur sur pratiquement n’importe quelle surface. Cependant
une xation spéciale peut requérir différents matériaux.
yChoisir l’emplacement de l’installation du chargeur en vous assurant de vérier ce qui est de
l’autre côté de la surface de montage… aucun l électrique, conduite d’eau, etc.
yUn autre aspect à considérer pour déterminer l’emplacement du chargeur, est la distance
d’une prise murale CA ou la prise de courant C.C.10v.
yVeuillez vérier que la bonne source d’alimentation électrique Nightstick CA ou C.C.
atteindra le chargeur lorsqu’elle est branchée. Sinon, déplacer l’installation du chargeur au
besoin.
yLorsque le bon emplacement a été choisi, utiliser un marteau et un petit poinçon ou clou
pour indiquer l’emplacement des 4 trous.
ySi le chargeur a été installé sur une cloison sèche, vous aurez besoin d’installer 4 vis
d’ancrage (comprises). En utilisant un euret, percer 4 trous à travers la cloison sèche à
l’emplacement des marques de clou. En utilisant un tournevis cruciforme (tête Phillips),
installer 4 vis d’ancrage pour cloison sèche dans la cloison sèche jusqu’à ce que chacune
soit nivelée avec la surface.
REMARQUE: Si le chargeur a été installé sur une surface en métal, percer 4 trous de
taille appropriée. Le diamètre du euret requis sera déterminé par le type de métal et
l’épaisseur du matériel.
REMARQUE: Si le chargeur est installé sur une surface en bois, percer un trou de guidage
dans les 4 emplacements.
yLes trous des vis de montage peuvent être accessibles à partir du haut du chargeur lorsque
la lampe à angle n’est pas installée dans le chargeur.
yEn regardant à travers les trous de montage à l’avant du chargeur, aligner les trous de
montage pour le chargeur avec les trous de guidage (ou vis d’ancrage pour cloison sèche) et
une à la fois, insérer délicatement chaque vis à tête cylindrique dans les trous de montage à
partir de l’avant du chargeur. Tourner un peu chaque vis à la main pour aider au serrement.
yEn utilisant un tournevis cruciforme (tête Phillips), serrer à la main chaque vis jusqu’à ce que
le chargeur soit xé de façon sécuritaire sur la surface d’installation. MISE EN GARDE: Ne pas
utiliser une perceuse électrique ou une perceuse-visseuse pour installer les vis. Ne pas trop
serrer. Si vous le faites, vous risquez d’endommager les trous de montage dans le chargeur.
yBrancher soit le cordon d’alimentation Nightstick CA ou C.C. dans le port d’alimentation au
bas du chargeur et puis dans la prise électrique appropriée.
yLe voyant lumineux DEL sur le chargeur s’allumera momentanément en VERT et puis
passera au ROUGE pour s’éteindre. Ceci est normal lorsque la lampe à angle N’EST PAS
installée sur le chargeur.
yLe chargeur est maintenant prêt à être utilisé.
ALIMENTER LA LAMPE XPR-5568
La lampe à angle rechargeable et à sécurité intrinsèque XPR-5568 peut être alimentée à
partir d’une des deux façons:
yLe bloc-piles rechargeable au lithium-ion Nightstick 5568-BATT.
yLe porte-batterie Nightstick 5566 non rechargeable et 3 piles AA Energizer EN91 ou
Energizer E91.
AVERTISSEMENT: Ne pas utiliser d’autres types de piles non rechargeables avec cette
lampe.
AVERTISSEMENT: Ne pas utiliser des piles rechargeables AA avec cette lampe.
BLOC-PILES RECHARGEABLE AU LITHIUM-ION 5568-BATT
AVERTISSEMENT: Le bloc-piles rechargeable au lithium-ion Nightstick 5568-BATT est
spécialement conçu avec une forme et un concept exclusifs et conviendra uniquement
aux lampes à angle XPP-5566, et XPR-5568. Ne pas essayer d’utiliser le bloc-piles avec
aucune autre lampe. Ne pas essayer d’utiliser aucun autre bloc-piles avec cette lampe.

yPour installer le bloc-piles rechargeable au lithium-ion Nightstick 5568-BATT, dévisser la vis
située sur la porte du compartiment à piles sur la base de la lampe.

prévient celle-ci de tomber de la porte. Ne pas essayer d’enlever la vis.
yAvec la porte du compartiment à piles assez ouverte pour procurer un bon espace, introduire
le bloc-piles rechargeable au lithium-ion Nightstick 5568-BATT avec le bout qui contient les
contacts métalliques inséré en premier et les rails au bas du bloc-piles placés vers l’arrière
de la lampe.
yAvec le bloc-piles rechargeable au lithium-ion Nightstick 5568-BATT complètement inséré
dans le manche de la lampe, fermer la porte du compartiment à piles et la sécuriser avec la
vis de la porte du compartiment à piles.
AVERTISSEMENT: Ne pas trop serrer la vis de la porte du compartiment à piles.
La lampe à angle est maintenant prête à être alimentée en utilisant le bloc-piles rechargeable
au lithium-ion Nightstick 5568-BATT.
LE PORTE-BATTERIE NON RECHARGEABLE 5566-CARRIER
AVERTISSEMENT: Le porte-batterie non rechargeable 5566-CARRIER est spécialement
conçu avec une forme et un concept exclusifs et conviendra uniquement aux lampes
à angle XPP-5566, et XPR-5568. Ne pas essayer d’utiliser le porte-batterie avec aucune
autre lampe. Ne pas essayer d’utiliser aucun autre porte-batterie avec cette lampe.
Le porte-batterie non rechargeable Nightstick 5566-CARRIER est conçu pour permettre
l’insertion de 3 piles AA. An de maintenir la notation de sécurité intrinsèque XPR-5568, les
seules piles AA certiées pour usage avec cette lampe sont les piles Energizer EN91 ou
Energizer E91.
yNe pas essayer d’utiliser d’autres marques ou modèles de piles AA avec cette lampe.
yNe pas essayer d’utiliser d’autres types de piles rechargeables AA avec cette lampe.
Installation ou remplacement des piles
yCommencer par placer le porte-batterie non rechargeable 5566-CARRIER avec la èche
pointée vers la gauche.
yEn utilisant 3 piles AA Energizer EN91 ou Energizer E91 (assurez-vous que les 3 piles
proviennent de l’un ou l’autre modèle… ne pas utiliser une combinaison des deux), installer
les piles comme le montre le schéma situé à la base du porte-batterie.
yPrenez soin de ne pas tordre aucun des ressorts de contact des piles, et assurez-vous que
toutes les 3 piles soient bien installées dans la lampe à angle.
REMARQUE: Le couvercle du porte-batterie ne s’ajuste que d’une seule façon. Il est
impossible de l’installer dans la position renversée.
Le porte-batterie non rechargeable Nightstick 5566-CARRIER est prêt à être installé dans la
lampe à angle. L’installation du porte-batterie non rechargeable 5566-CARRIER dans la lampe
à angle est la même que d’installer le bloc-piles au lithium-ion 5568-BATT. Veuillez voir les
directives énumérées ci-dessus dans la section du bloc-piles rechargeable au lithium-ion 5568-
BATT.
PLACER LA LAMPE À ANGLE DANS LE CHARGEUR
Le chargeur Nightstick est conçu pour maintenir de façon sécuritaire une lampe à angle
XPR-5568 bien installée en place dans des conditions jusqu’à, et incluant, 9g de force latérale
conformément aux normes de NFPA 1901 (2009).
AVERTISSEMENT: Installer la lampe à angle dans le chargeur DOIT être fait selon les
étapes suivantes. Le non-respect de ces étapes pourrait endommager le chargeur ou sa
capacité de maintenir la lampe à angle solidement en place.
L’onglet à ressort situé au bas du chargeur, est conçu pour maintenir la base de la lampe à
angle solidement en place.
ySaisir fermement la lampe à angle dans une main et appuyer sur le bas de la base de la
lampe à angle vers l’arrière dans l’onglet noir à ressort et puis pousser la base de la lampe
à angle vers l’avant dans le chargeur jusqu’à ce qu’elle glisse dans l’onglet à ressort et
s’enclenche dans le chargeur.
La conrmation d’une bonne installation est indiquée à travers le voyant lumineux du
chargeur DEL. Lorsque la lampe à angle est bien installée dans le chargeur, et l’alimentation a
été fournie par la source d’alimentation électrique Nightstick CA ou C.C., le voyant lumineux DEL
sur le chargeur s’illuminera en rouge indiquant que l’unité est en mode chargement.
ENLEVER LA LAMPE À ANGLE DU CHARGEUR
ySaisir fermement la lampe à angle tirer la lampe à angle en dehors du chargeur.
yNE PAS BESOIN D’APPUYER SUR LA TOUCHE pour libérer la lumière de la base de
chargement.
CHARGER LA LAMPE À ANGLE
AVERTISSEMENT: Utiliser uniquement le chargeur, le bloc-piles rechargeable au lithium-
ion et l’alimentation électrique CA ou C.C. fournis pour charger. Ne pas essayer de
charger cette lampe avec des piles non rechargeables ou rechargeables AA installées.
yLe temps requis pour charger la lampe à angle dépend de la charge restante dans le bloc-
piles rechargeable au lithium-ion au moment du chargement. Le temps maximum de charge
requis est d’une durée approximative de 6 heures.
yCharger complètement le bloc-piles rechargeable au lithium-ion avant la première utilisation,
ou si le bloc-piles rechargeable au lithium-ion n’a pas été utilisé pendant plusieurs mois.
yInstaller la lampe à angle dans le chargeur en utilisant la méthode exacte décrite dans ce
mode d’emploi ci-dessus (Placer la lampe à angle dans le chargeur) AVERTISSEMENT: Le
manquement à cette directive peut endommager le chargeur et/ou la lampe.
yLorsque la lampe à angle est bien installée dans le chargeur, le voyant lumineux DEL
passera au ROUGE continu indiquant ainsi que le bloc-piles rechargeable au lithium-ion est
en chargement. Le bloc-piles rechargeable au lithium-ion est complètement chargé lorsque le
voyant lumineux DEL passe au VERT.
yLe mode d’éclairage double peut être activé en appuyant simplement sur l’interrupteur
lampe de poche (à faisceau concentré) et ensuite l’interrupteur à faisceau large en
même temps. L’utilisateur peut laisser le mode d’éclairage double et revenir sur le mode
d’éclairage concentré ou à faisceau large en appuyant simplement sur l’interrupteur pour le
mode d’éclairage qu’il désire éteindre. Pour éteindre les deux modes d’éclairage, appuyer
simplement sur chaque interrupteur indépendamment.
FONCTIONNEMENT

un mode par seconde. L’éclairage continuera ce cycle de luminosité à travers les différents
modes aussi longtemps que l’interrupteur est maintenu vers le bas. Lorsque le niveau de
luminosité souhaité est atteint, veuillez simplement relâcher l’interrupteur et l’éclairage restera
dans ce niveau de luminosité. Pour éteindre le mode lampe de poche, appuyer et relâcher le
bouton interrupteur une autre fois.

Mode stroboscopique

faisceau large. Le mode de luminosité par défaut sera de haute luminosité. Pour choisir le
niveau de luminosité du mode à faisceau large, appuyer et maintenir l’interrupteur à faisceau
large. L’éclairage passera d’un cycle de luminosité allant d’une lumière haute à moyenne à
mode survie et puis recommencera à une vitesse d’environ un mode par seconde. L’éclairage
continuera ce cycle de luminosité à travers les différents modes aussi longtemps que

L’éclairage double permet à l’utilisateur d’allumer en même temps le mode lampe de
poche et le mode à faisceau large. Le mode d’éclairage double peut être activé en appuyant
simplement sur l’interrupteur lampe de poche et puis sur l’interrupteur à faisceau large en même
temps. Si la lampe à angle est déjà en mode lampe de poche ou en mode faisceau large (selon
un mode de luminosité quelconque), appuyer sur l’interrupteur de la lampe qui N’EST PAS
allumé, ceci activera le mode d’éclairage double. L’utilisateur peut laisser le mode d’éclairage
double et changer soit pour le mode lampe de poche, soit pour le mode à faisceau large en
appuyant simplement sur l’interrupteur du mode qu’il voudrait éteindre. Pour éteindre les deux
lumières, appuyer simplement sur chaque interrupteur de façon indépendante.

MONTAJE DEL CARGADOR
ENTRADA DE CARGADOR: 12 VDC Máx.
ADVERTENCIA: Aunque la lámpara de ángulo XPR-5568 está certicada como un producto
de seguridad intrínseca, el cargador NO es intrínsecamente seguro. El cargador DEBE
instalarse en un lugar lo sucientemente lejos del ambiente peligroso para asegurarse de
que nunca pueda entrar en contacto con materiales potencialmente explosivos.

El cargador de pared/vehículo Nightstick está diseñado para montarse en cualquier
supercie plana y seca. El diseño del cargador ja la lámpara angular en el cargador
prácticamente en cualquier ángulo. Como tal, el cargador se puede montar en cualquier ángulo.
Para los propósitos de estas instrucciones, montaremos el cargador verticalmente.
Incluidos con el cargador de pared/vehículo son 4 tornillos de cabeza que se pueden
utilizar para instalar el cargador prácticamente en cualquier supercie, sin embargo requisitos
de montaje especiales pueden requerir equipo diferente.
ySeleccione una ubicación para instalar el cargador asegurándose de comprobar lo que está
al otro lado de la supercie de montaje (sin cables eléctricos, líneas de agua, etc).
yLa otra consideración para determinar la ubicación de montaje del cargador es la distancia a
la toma de pared de AC o la toma de corriente de 10V DC. Compruebe que la fuente adecuada
de alimentación de AC o DC de Nightstick llegue al cargador cuando esté enchufada. De lo
contrario, cambie la ubicación de instalación del cargador según sea necesario.
yUna vez que se ha seleccionado la ubicación apropiada, use un martillo y un punzón o clavo
pequeño para marcar los 4 lugares.
ySi el cargador se instala en paneles de yeso, necesitará instalar 4 - Anclajes de Drywall
(incluidos). Usando una broca, taladre 4 agujeros a través de la pared de yeso en las
ubicaciones de las marcas del clavo. Usando un destornillador de cabeza Phillips, instale
los 4 anclajes de pared de yeso en la pared de yeso hasta que estén al ras con la supercie.

NOTA: Si el cargador está siendo instalado sobre una supercie de madera, taladre un

yLos oricios para los tornillos de montaje se pueden acceder desde la parte superior del
cargador cuando la lámpara angular no está instalada en el cargador.
yMirando a través de los oricios de montaje en la parte frontal del cargador, alinee los
oricios de montaje para el cargador con los oricios piloto (o anclajes de pared de yeso) y
uno a la vez, inserte cuidadosamente cada uno de los tornillos de cabeza en la parte frontal
del cargador. Dé a cada tornillo un pequeño giro a mano para comenzar.
yUsando un destornillador de cabeza Phillips, apriete a mano cada tornillo hasta que el
cargador esté rmemente jado a la supercie de montaje. PRECAUCIÓN: No utilice un
taladro eléctrico ni un destornillador para instalar los tornillos. No apriete demasiado. Si lo
hace, podría dañar los oricios de montaje del cargador.
yConecte el cable de fuente de alimentación Nightstick AC o DC en el puerto de alimentación
en la parte inferior del cargador y luego en el tomacorriente apropiado.
yLa luz indicadora de carga del LED en el cargador se encenderá momentáneamente verde
y después se volverá rojo y después se apagará. Este es un comportamiento normal cuando
la lámpara de ángulo NO está instalada en el cargador.

ALIMENTANDO EL XPR-5568
La lámpara de ángulo recargable de seguridad intrínseca XPR-5568 se puede alimentar
de dos maneras:
yCon el paquete de pilas recargables de iones de litio de la Nightstick 5568.
yEl portador de pila Nightstick 5566-CARRIER no recargable y 3-AA Energizer EN91 o pilas
Energizer E91.
ADVERTENCIA: No utilice ningún otro tipo de pila no recargable con esta lámpara.
ADVERTENCIA: No utilice pilas AA recargables con esta lampara.
5568-BATT PILA RECARGABLE DE IONES DE LITIO
ADVERTENCIA: El paquete de baterías recargables de iones de litio 5568-BATT de
Nightstick es una forma y diseño patentados y sólo se ajustará a las lámparas angulares
XPP-5566 y XPR-5568. No intente utilizar esta pila en ninguna otra lámpara. No intente
utilizar ninguna otra pila recargable bajo esta lámpara.
ADVERTENCIA: El paquete de pila recargable de iones de litio 5568-BATT de la Nightstick
es una unidad sellada y no está diseñado para abrirse. No intente abrir el paquete de pilas
recargables de iones de litio 5568-BATT.
yPara instalar el paquete de pilas recargables de iones de litio 5568-BATT, desenrosque el
tornillo situado en la puerta del compartimiento de la pila en la base de la lámpara.
NOTA: El tornillo de la puerta del compartimento de la pila utiliza un diseño que impide
que el tornillo se caiga de la puerta. No intente quitar el tornillo.
yCon la puerta del compartimiento de la pila abierta lo suciente como para proporcionar
espacio, inserte primero el paquete de pilas recargables de iones de litio 5568-BATT con el
extremo que tiene los contactos de metal y los rieles en la parte de abajo del paquete de pilas,
en la parte de atrás de la lámpara.
yCon el paquete de pila recargable de iones de litio de la pila 5568-BATT totalmente insertado
en el mango de la lámpara, cierre la puerta del compartimento de la pila y asegúrela en su
lugar con el tornillo de la puerta del compartimento de la pila.
ADVERTENCIA: No apriete demasiado el tornillo de la puerta del compartimento de la pila.
La lámpara angular ya está lista para ser alimentada con el paquete de pilas recargables de
iones de litio 5568-BATT de Nightstick.
5566-CARRIER PILA NO RECARGABLE CARRIER
ADVERTENCIA: El portador de pila Nightstick 5566-CARRIER no recargable es de una
forma y diseño patentados y sólo se ajustará a las lámparas angulares XPP-5566 y XPR-
5568. No intente utilizar esta pila en ninguna otra lámpara. No intente utilizar ninguna otra

AA. Con el n de mantener el grado de seguridad intrínseca del XPR-5568, las únicas pilas AA

Instalación o sustitución de las pilas
yComience colocando el portador de la pila no recargable 5566-CARRIER con la echa
apuntando a la izquierda.
yUtilizando 3 - AA Energizer EN91 o Energizer E91 (asegúrese de que las 3 pilas sean de
uno u otro modelo (no utilice una combinación de las dos), instale las pilas según el diagrama
ubicado en la base del porta pilas.
yTenga cuidado de no doblar ninguno de los resortes de contacto de la pila y de asegurarse

la lámpara de ángulo. La instalación del portador de pila no recargable 5566-CARRIER en la
lámpara de ángulo es la misma que la instalación del paquete de pilas de iones de litio 5568-
BATT. Consulte las instrucciones que se indican anteriormente en la sección del paquete de
pilas recargables de iones de litio 5568-BATT.
COLOCACIÓN DE LA LÁMPARA ANGULAR EN EL CARGADOR
El cargador Nightstick está diseñado para sujetar con seguridad y correctamente instalada

CARGA DE LA LÁMPARA DE ANGULO

esta lámpara con pilas AA no recargables o recargables instaladas.
yEl tiempo requerido para cargar la lámpara angular está condicionada a la carga restante
que queda en el paquete de pilas recargables de iones de litio en el momento de la carga. El

yCargue completamente el paquete de pilas recargables de iones de litio antes del primer

Modos de Reector
Para activar el Reector, presione y suelte el interruptor del Reector. el modo

O carregador de parede / veículo Nightstick foi projetado para ser montado em qualquer
superfície plana e seca. O design do carregador irá segurar a lanterna angular no carregador
em praticamente qualquer ângulo. Como tal, o carregador pode ser montado em qualquer
ângulo. Nestas instruções, estaremos montando o carregador verticalmente.
Incluído com o carregador de parede / veículo são 4 - Parafusos de cabeça aberta que
podem ser usados para instalar o carregador em praticamente qualquer superfície, no entanto
requisitos de montagem especiais podem exigir parafusos diferentes.
ySelecione um local para instalar o carregador, certicando-se de vericar o que está do
outro lado da superfície de montagem... sem os elétricos, canos de água, etc.
yA outra consideração para determinar o local de montagem do carregador é a distância da
tomada de parede CA ou da tomada de 10v CC. Certique-se de que a fonte de alimentação
CA ou DC apropriada para o Nightstick chegue até o carregador quando estiver conectada
à tomada. Caso contrário, mova o local de instalação do carregador, conforme necessário.
yUma vez que o local apropriado foi selecionado, use um martelo e um pequeno prego para

Anchors (incluído). Usando uma broca, perfure 4 furos através do drywall nas localizações
das marcas dos pregos. Usando uma chave de fenda de cabeça Phillips, instale todas as

superfície.

yOs orifícios dos parafusos de montagem podem ser acessados a partir da parte superior do
carregador quando a lanterna angular não está instalada no carregador.
yOlhando através dos orifícios de montagem na face frontal do carregador, alinhe os orifícios
de montagem do carregador com os orifícios piloto (ou as âncoras de drywall) e um de cada
vez, insira cuidadosamente cada um dos parafusos de cabeça de aberta nos orifícios de
montagem na frente do carregador. Aperte cada parafuso manualmente para que cada um
se encaixe.
yUsando uma chave de fenda de cabeça Phillips, aperte manualmente cada parafuso até
que o carregador esteja rmemente axado na superfície de montagem. CUIDADO: Não use
uma furadeira elétrica ou broca para instalar os parafusos. Não aperte demais. Isso pode
danicar os orifícios de montagem no carregador.
yColoque o cabo de alimentação Nightstick CA ou DC na parte inferior do carregador e
depois na tomada apropriada.
yA luz de indicador de carga de LED no carregador acenderá verde momentaneamente
e depois cará vermelha e depois desligará. Este é um comportamento normal quando a
lanterna angular NÃO está conectada no carregador.

caber 3 pilhas AA. Para manter a classicação de intrinsecamente seguro do XPR-5568, as
únicas pilhas AA certicadas para utilização com esta lanterna são as Energizer EN91 ou a
Energizer E91.
yNão tente usar qualquer outra marca ou modelo de pilhas AA com esta lanterna.
yNão tente usar qualquer outro tipo de pilhas AA recarregáveis com esta lanterna.
Instalando ou trocando as baterias
yComece posicionando o portador de bateria não recarregável 5566-CARRIER com a seta
apontando para a esquerda.
yUsando 3 - AA Energizer EN91 ou Energizer E91 (certique-se de que todas as 3 baterias
são do mesmo modelo ... não use uma combinação dos dois modelos), instale as baterias
conforme o diagrama localizado na base do suporte de bateria.
yTenha cuidado para não dobrar nenhuma das molas de contato da bateria e para garantir que
todas as 3 baterias estejam adequadamente encaixadas antes de instalar na lanterna angular.

na lanterna angular. A instalação do portador de bateria não recarregável 5566-CARRIER na
lanterna angular é a mesma que a instalação da bateria de íon de lítio 5568-BATT. Consulte as
instruções listadas acima na seção de bateria recarregável de íon de lítio 5568-BATT.
COLOCANDO A LANTERNA ANGULAR NO CARREGADOR
O carregador Nightstick foi projetado para segurar de forma segura uma lanterna angular
XPR-5564 corretamente instalada em condições de até e incluindo 9g de força lateral que
atinge os requisitos da NFPA 1901 (2009).
AVISO: A INSTALAÇÃO DA LANTERNA ANGULAR NO CARREGADOR DEVE SER
FEITA USANDO AS SEGUINTES ETAPAS. SE NÃO O FIZER, PODERÁ DANIFICAR

ySegure rmemente a lanterna angular em uma mão e pressione a parte inferior da base
da lanterna para baixo na aba com mola e, em seguida, empurre a base da lanterna angular
para a frente do carregador até deslizar além da aba com mola e encaixar no carregador.
A conrmação de uma instalação adequada pode ser vista na luz do indicador de carga de
LED. Quando a lanterna angular estiver devidamente instalada no carregador e a alimentação

CARREGANDO A LANTERNA ANGULAR

DE ÍON DE LÍTIO E A FONTE DE ALIMENTAÇÃO CA OU CC PARA CARREGAR. NÃO

RECARREGÁVEIS INSTALADAS.
yO tempo necessário para carregar a lanterna angular é condicional ao restante de carga da
bateria recarregável ao íon de lítio no momento do carregamento. O tempo máximo de carga
requerido é de aproximadamente 6 horas.

indicadora de carga de LED se tornar VERDE.
yO portador de bateria recarregável de íon de lítio não possui nenhum efeito de memória de
recarga, portanto, colocar a lanterna angular no carregador antes do esgotamento total da
bateria não afeta a vida útil da bateria. A lanterna angular pode ser mantida no carregador
indenidamente sem qualquer impacto negativo na bateria ou na vida útil da bateria.

Modo Lanterna

Modo Floodlight
Para ativar o Floodlight, pressione e solte o botão Floodlight (Imagem 13). O modo padrão
será Alto brilho. Para selecionar o nível de brilho do Floodlight, pressione e mantenha pressionado
o botão Floodlight. O holofote irá alternar entre luz alta, média e Sobrevivência e, em seguida,
voltará novamente em uma média de aproximadamente um modo por segundo. A luz continuará
a percorrer os vários modos enquanto o interruptor for pressionado. Quando o nível de brilho

Modo Dual-Light
O modo Dual-Light permite que o usuário ative a lanterna e o modo Floodlight ao mesmo
tempo. O modo Dual-Light pode ser ativado simplesmente ao pressionar o botão da lanterna

ANBRINGUNG DES LADEGERÄTES
LADEGERÄTEINGANG: 12 VDC max
WARNHINWEIS: Obgleich die XPR-5568 Winkellampe als Eigensicherheits-gewährleistetes
Produkt zertiziert ist, ist das Ladegerät nicht Eigensicherheits-gewährleistet. Das
Ladegerät MUSS an einem Ort installiert werden, der weit genug außerhalb eines explosions-
gefährdeten Umfeldes ist um sicherzustellen, dass es niemals mit möglicherweise
explosivem Material in Verbindung kommt.
Werkzeuge, die zur Installation benötigt werden
yEine kleine Wasserwaage
yEin Hammer
yEin kleiner Mittelpunktkörner oder Nagel
yEin elektrischer Bohrer und Bohrerspitzen, die für die Wand und Befestigungsmethode
angemessen sind
yEin #2 Kreuzschraubenzieher
Das Nightstick Wand/Vehikel-Ladegerät ist dafür bestimmt, um an eine ache, trockene
Fläche montiert zu werden. Das Design des Ladegerätes hält die Winkellampe im Ladegerät so
gut wie in jedem Winkel fest. Daher kann das Ladegerät in jeglichem Winkel angebracht werden.
Für den Zweck dieser Anleitung bringen wir das Ladegerät vertikal an.
Dem Wand/Vehikel-Ladegerät sind 4 Flachkopfschrauben beigefügt, die dafür verwendet
werden können das Ladegerät so gut wie an jeder Fläche anzubringen, jedoch spezielle
Anbringungsanforderungen könnten andere Apparaturen nötig machen.
yWählen Sie eine Installationsstelle für das Ladegerät indem Sie die andere Seite der
Anbringungsäche überprüfen... keine elektrischen Kabel, Wasserleitungen, etc.
yDie andere Überlegung für die Auswahl der Anbringungsstelle für das Ladegerät ist die
Entfernung zur AC Wand-Steckdose oder einer 10v DC Steckdose. Bitte überprüfen Sie,
dass eine angemessene Nightstick AC oder DC Steckdose das Ladegerät erreicht wenn es
eingesteckt ist. Andernfalls verlagern Sie die Installationsstelle des Ladegerätes wie nötig.
ySobald eine geeignete Stelle ausgewählt worden ist, verwenden Sie einen Hammer und
einen kleinen Mittelpunktkörner oder Nagel, um alle vier Löcherstellen zu markieren.
yFalls das Ladegerät auf einer Trockenbauwand angebracht wird müssen Sie vier
Trockenbauwandanker installieren (beigefügt). Verwenden Sie eine Bohrerspitze, um vier
Löcher an den vier Markierungsstellen in die Trockenbauwand zu bohren. Verwenden Sie
einen Kreuzschraubenzieher, um die vier Trockenbauwandanker in der Trockenbauwand
einzusetzen bis sie ach mit der Oberäche der Wand eingefügt sind.
HINWEIS: Falls das Ladegerät auf einer Metalläche angebracht wird bohren Sie vier
angemessene Löcher. Der Durchmesser der für die Bohrerspitze nötig ist hängt von der
Art des Metalls und der Dicke des Materials ab.
HINWEIS: Falls das Ladegerät auf einer Holzäche angebracht wird bohren Sie
Vorbohrungen an allen vier Stellen.
yDie Befestigungsschraubenlöcher können oberhalb des Ladegerätes erreicht werden wenn
die Winkellampe nicht in das Ladegerät eingeführt ist.
yIndem Sie durch die Befestigungslöcher auf der Vorderseite des Ladegerätes schauen,
gleichen Sie die Befestigungslöcher mit den Vorbohrungen (oder den Trockenbauwandankern)
an und setzen Sie vorsichtig eine nach der anderen Flachkopfschrauben in die
Befestigungslöcher von der Vorderseite des Ladegerätes aus ein. Drehen Sie jede Schraube
leicht, um jede leicht hineinzudrehen.
yVerwenden Sie einen Kreuzschraubenzieher und drehen Sie jede Schraube fest an bis
das Ladegerät sicher an der Befestigungsäche angebracht ist. VORSICHT: Verwenden Sie
keinen elekrischen Bohrer oder Bohrgerät, um die Schrauben einzusetzen. Ziehen Sie die
Schrauben nicht zu fest an. Auf diese Weise könnten die Befestigungslöcher am Ladegerät
beschädigt werden.
yStecken Sie entweder das Nightstick AC oder DC Stromversorgungskabel in den
Netzanschluss am unteren Ende des Ladegerätes und dann in die geeignete Steckdose.
yDie LED-Ladekontrollleuchte am Ladegerät leuchtet sofort Grün auf und schaltet dann auf
Rot um und geht danach aus. Dies ist völlig normal wenn die Winkellampe NICHT in das
Ladegerät eingeführt ist.
yDas Ladegerät kann nun benutzt werden.
BETREIBEN DER XPR-5568
Die XPR-5568 eigensichere Taschenlampe kann auf zwei Arten betrieben werden:
yMit den wiederauadbaren Nightstick 5568-BATT Lithiumion Batterien.
yMit dem Nightstick 5566- CARRIER nicht wiederauadbaren Batteriefach und 3 - AA
Energizer EN91 oder Energizer E91 Batterien.
WARNHINWEIS: Verwenden Sie keine andere Art von nicht-wiederauadbaren Batterien
mit dieser Taschenlampe.
WARNHINWEIS: Verwenden Sie keine wiederauadbaren AA Batterien mit dieser
Taschenlampe.
5568-BATT WIEDERAUFLADBARE LITHIUMION BATTERIEPACKUNG
WARNHINWEIS: Das Nightstick 5568-BATT nicht-wiederauadbare Batteriefach ist eine
rmeneigene Entwicklung und passt nur in die XPP-5566 und XPR-5568 Winkellampen.
Verwenden Sie diese Batterien in keiner anderen Lampe. Verwenden Sie keine anderen
wiederauadbaren Batterien in dieser Lampe.
WARNHINWEIS: Die Nightstick 5568-BATT wiederauadbaren Batterien sind versiegelt
und sind nicht zur Öffnung bestimmt. Versuchen Sie nicht die 5568-BATT wiederauadbare
Lithiumion Batteriepackung zu öffnen.
yUm die 5568-BATT wiederauadbaren Lithiumion Batterien einzusetzen entfernen Sie die
Schraube, die sich an der Batteriefachtür an der Unterseite der Lampe bendet.
HINWEIS: Die Schraube an der Tür des Batteriefachs verwendet ein Design, das es
verhindert, dass die Schraube von der Tür abfällt. Vermeiden Sie es die Schraube zu
entfernen.
yMit der Batteriefachtür weit genug geöffnet um genug Freiraum zu bieten, führen Sie
die 5568-BATT wiederauadbare Lithiumion Batterien so ein, dass das Ende mit den
Metallkontakten zuerst eingeführt wird und die Schienen an der Unterseite der Batterien zur
Rückseite der Lampe ausgerichtet sind.
yNachdem das Batteriefach vollständig in den Handgriff der Taschenlampe eingeführt ist
schließen Sie die Batteriefachtür und sichern Sie sie mit der Schraube an der Batteriefachtür.
WARNHINWEIS: Ziehen Sie die Schraube an der Batteriefachtür nicht zu fest an.
Die Winkellampe kann mit den 5568-BATT wiederauadbaren Lithiumion Batterien in
Betrieb genommen werden.
5566-CARRIER NICHT-WIEDERAUFLADBARES BATTIERIEFACH
WARNHINWEIS: Das Nightstick 5566-CARRIER nicht-wiederauadbare Batteriefach
ist eine rmeneigene Entwicklung und passt nur in die XPP-5566 und XPR-5568
Winkellampen. Versuchen Sie nicht diese Batterien in irgendeiner anderen Lampe zu
verwenden. Verwenden Sie keine anderen Batterien in dieser Lampe.
yDas Nightstick 5566-CARRIER nicht-wiederauadbare Batteriefach ist für 3 AA Batterien
ausgestattet. Die einzigen AA Batterien, die zur Benutzung mit dieser Taschenlampe zur
Bewahrung der Eigensicherheits-Einstufung der XPR-5568 zertiziert sind, sind die Energizer
EN91 oder Energizer E91 Batterien.
yVerwenden Sie keine anderen Marken oder Modelle der AA Batterien mit dieser
Taschenlampe.
yVerwenden Sie keinerlei wiederauadbare AA Batterien mit mit dieser Taschenlampe.
Installation oder Ersetzen der Batterien
yBeginnen Sie damit das 5566-CARRIER nicht-wiederauadbare Batteriefach mit dem
Anzeigepfeil nach links auszurichten.
ySetzen Sie die 3 Batterien - AA Energizer EN91 oder Energizer E91 (stellen Sie sicher,
dass alle 3 Batterien vom gleichen Modell sind... verwenden Sie keine Kombinaton von
beiden) gemäß dem Diagramm, das sich an der Unterseite des Batteriefachs bendet.
yPassen Sie auf, dass Sie keine der Kontaktsprungfedern verbiegen, und dass alle 3
Batterien richtig eingesetzt sind bevor Sie sie in der Winkellampe installieren.
HINWEIS: Der Batteriefachdeckel passt nur in einer Richtung. Es ist nicht möglich ihn
umgekehrt anzubringen.
Das Nightstick 5566-CARRIER nicht-wiederauadbare Batteriefach kann nun in die
Winkellampe eingesetzt werden. Das Einsetzen des Nightstick 5566-CARRIER nicht-
wiederauadbaren Batteriefachs in die Winkellampe ist das Gleiche wie das Einsetzen der
5568-BATT Lithiumion Batterien. Bitte betrachten Sie die Anleitungen weiter oben im Abschnitt
über die 5568-BATT wiederauadbaren Lithiumion Batterien.
EINSETZEN DER WINKELLAMPE IN DAS LADEGERÄT
Das Nightstick Ladegerät ist so gestaltet, dass es eine richtig eingesetzte XPR-5568
Winkellampe unter Gegebenheiten von bis zu 9g Querkräften sicher hält und damit den
Anforderungen von NFPA 1901 (2009) entspricht.
WARNHINWEIS: Das Einsetzen der Winkellampe in das Ladegerät MUSS gemäß den
nachfolgenden Schritten erfolgen. Nichterfüllung dieser Schritte kann das Ladegerät oder
dessen Eignung dazu die Winkellampe sicher an Ort und Stelle zu halten beschädigen.
Die Sprungfederscheibe am Boden des Ladegerätes ist dafür da die Unterseite der
Winkellampe sicher an Ort und Stelle zu halten.
yFassen Sie die Winkellampe fest mit einer Hand und drücken Sie die Unterseite der
Winkellampe nach unten auf die schwarze Sprungfederscheibe und schieben Sie die
Winkellampe dann nach vorne in das Ladegerät hinein bis es hinter die Sprungfederscheibe
rutscht und in das Ladegerät einrastet.
Bestätigung der richtigen Installation kann an der LED Ladekontrollleuchte gesehen
werden. Wenn die Winkellampe richtig im Ladegerät eingesetzt worden ist und Stromversorgung
durch das Nightstick AC oder DC Stromversorgungsgerät beigestellt wird leuchtet die LED
Ladekontrollleuchte am Ladegerät mit beständigem Rot auf und zeigt damit an, dass die Lampe
aufgeladen wird.
ENTFERNEN DER WINKELLAMPE AUS DEM LADEGERÄT
yFassen Sie das Angle Light fest und ziehen Sie es gerade aus der Ladestation.
ySIE MÜSSEN NICHT DEN KNOPF DRÜCKEN, um das Licht von der Ladestation zu lösen.
AUFLADEN DER WINKELLAMPE
WARNHINWEIS: Verwenden sie ausschließlich das beigefügte Ladegerät, die
wiederauadbaren Lithiumion Batterien und das AC oder DC Stromversorgungsgerät
zum Auaden. Vermeiden Sie es die Lampe mit installierten nicht-wiederauadbaren oder
wiederauadbaren AA Batterien aufzuladen.
yDie Dauer zur Auadung der Winkellampe hängt davon ab wieviel Strom in den
wiederauadbaren Lithiumion Batterien zum Zeitpunkt des Ladens noch vorhanden ist. Die
maximal benötigte Ladezeit beträgt ungefähr 6 Stunden.
yLaden Sie die wiederauadbaren Lithiumion Batterien vor der ersten Verwendung oder falls
sie für mehrere Monate nicht verwendet worden sind komplett auf.

ySetzen Sie die Winkellampe gemäß der genauen Anleitung in der Bedienungsanleitung
in das Ladegerät ein („Einsetzen der Winkellampe in das Ladegerät“). WARNHINWEIS:
Nichterfüllung der Anleitung könnte das Ladegerät und/oder die Lampe beschädigen.
yWenn die Winkellampe richtig in das Ladegerät eingesetzt ist schaltet die LED
Ladekontrollleuchte auf beständiges ROT und zeigt damit an, dass die wiederauadbaren
Lithiumion Batterien aufgeladen werden. Die wiederauadbaren Lithiumion Batterien sind
vollständig aufgeladen wenn die Ladekontrollleuchte sich auf Grün umstellt.
yDie wiederauadbaren Lithiumion Batterien haben keinen Auadeerinnerungseffekt, daher
beeinußt das Einsetzen der Winkellampe in das Ladegerät vor der kompletten Entleerung
der Batterien die Batterien oder Batterielebensdauer nicht negativ.
INBETRIEBSETZUNG
yDie XPR-5568 hat acht separate Beleuchtungsarten:
yHohes Helligkeits-Blinklicht
yMittleres Helligkeits-Blinklicht
yÜberlebensmodus Blinklicht
yStroboskop-Blinklicht
yHohes Helligkeits-Flutlicht

yDuales Licht (sowohl Blinklicht als auch Flutlicht sind beide gleichzeitig an)
Blinklicht Modus
Um das Blinklicht zu betätigen drücken Sie leicht auf den Blinklichtschalter (Bild 13).
Die Voreinstellung ist auf die höchste Helligkeitsstufe eingestellt. Um die Helligkeitsstufe des
Blinklichts auszuwählen drücken und dann halten Sie den Blinklicht-Schalter. Das Blinklicht
rotiert mit einer Geschwindigkeit von etwa einer Stufe pro Sekunde von hoch zu mittel zu
niedriger modus und dann wieder zurück. Solange der Schalter gedrückt wird rotiert das Licht
fortwährend durch die verschiedenen Modi. Wenn der gewünschte Helligkeitsgrad erreicht
worden ist lassen sie einfach den Schalter los und das Licht verbleibt auf dieser Helligkeitsstufe.
Um das Blinklicht auszuschalten drücken Sie den Schalter ein weiteres Mal.
Strobuskop
Um das Strobuskop zu betätigen drücken Sie den Blinklichtschalter zweimal (Bild 13). Um
das Strobuskop auszuschalten drücken Sie den Blinklichtschalter ein weiteres Mal.
Flutlicht Modus
Um das Flutlicht zu betätigen drücken Sie leicht auf den Flutlichtschalter (Bild 13). Die
Voreinstellung ist auf die höchste Helligkeitsstufe eingestellt. Um die Helligkeitsstufe des
Flutlichtes auszuwählen drücken und dann halten Sie den Flutlicht-Schalter. Das Flutlicht
rotiert mit einer Geschwindigkeit von etwa einer Stufe pro Sekunde von hoch zu mittel zu
Überlebensmodus und dann wieder zuruück. Solange der Schalter gedrückt wird rotiert das
Licht fortwährend durch die verschiedenen Modi. Wenn der gewünschte Helligkeitsgrad erreicht
worden ist lassen sie einfach den Schalter los, und das Licht verbleibt auf dieser Helligkeitsstufe.
Um das Flutlicht auszuschalten drücken Sie den Schalter ein weiteres Mal.
Dualer Beleuchtungs-Modus
Der duale Beleuchtungs-Modus ermöglicht es dem Benutzer das Dauerlicht und Flutlicht
gleichzeitig einzuschalten. Um das Dauerlicht zu betätigen drücken Sie einfach den Schalter
für das Blinklicht und dann den Schalter für das Flutlicht oder den Schalter für das Flutlicht
und dann den Schalter für das Blinklicht (Bild 13). Falls das Winkellicht bereits das Blinklicht
oder das Flutlicht eingeschaltet hat (unabhängig davon welche Helligkeitsstufe ausgewählt ist)
reicht das Drücken des Schalters des Lichtes das NICHT an ist, um den Dualen Beleuchtungs-
Modus zu betätigen. Der Benutzer kann den Dualen Beleuchtungs-Modus ausschalten und
entweder zurück zum Blinklicht oder Flutlicht umschalten, indem er einfach den Schalter der
Beleuchtungsart ausschaltet, den er ausschalten möchte. Um beide Lichter auszuschalten
drücken sie einfach beide Schalter unabhängig voneinander.

GARANTÍA
Bayco Products, Inc. garantiza que este producto está libre de defectos de fabricación y materiales durante la vida de
la compra original. La garantía limitada de por vida incluye los LEDs, la cobertura y los lentes. Las baterías recargables,
cargadores, interruptores, la electrónica y los accesorios incluidos están garantizados por un periodo de tres años con
el comprobante de compra. Las baterías desechables, no recargables están excluidas de esta garantía. También se
excluyen el desgaste normal y fallas que son causadas por accidentes, mal uso, abuso, instalación incorrecta y daños
causados por rayos.
En el caso de que Bayco Products, Inc. reciba aviso de que cualquier producto que no se ajuste a su garantía, la
exclusividad única de la compra original y la responsabilidad única es exclusivamente de Bayco Products, Inc. Con ella la
opción solemne para reparar o reemplazar el producto conforme o no conforme con esta garantía limitada. El comprador
original deberá seguir las siguientes instrucciones para cali car para la reparación de un producto o reemplazo. Esta es la
única garantía, expresa o implícita, incluyendo cualquier garantía de comerciabilidad o aptitud para un propósito particular.
EN NINGÚN CASO, BAYCO PRODUCTS, INC. O SUS AFILIADOS O PROVEEDORES SERÁN RESPONSABLES
DE LOS DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, ESPECIALES, IMPREVISTOS DE CUALQUIER TIPO, INDEPENDIENTEMENTE DE
LA FORMA DE ACCIÓN, YA SEA EN CONTRATO, AGRAVIO (INCLUYENDO NEGLIGENCIA), RESPONSABILIDAD
OBJETIVA O DE OTRA MANERA. LA RESPONSABILIDAD ACUMULADA TOTAL AL CLIENTE, DE TODAS LAS
CAUSAS DE ACCIÓN Y TODAS LAS TEORÍAS DE RESPONSABILIDAD, ESTARÁ LIMITADA Y NO SUPERARÁ EL
PRECIO DE COMPRA DEL PRODUCTO PAGADO POR EL CLIENTE.
Si este producto se utiliza para nes de alquiler, el plazo de garantía se reduce a 90 días desde la fecha de compra.
RECLAMOS DE GARANTÍA
Devuelva el producto al Servicio Técnico Autorizado Bayco Products para todos los asuntos relacionados con la
garantía.
