Su nuevo TWICE de BABYNURSE es una silla de seguridad diseñada para proteger al bebé en el
automóvil desde su nacimiento hasta aproximadamente 1 año y medio de edad (hasta 13 Kg. de peso).
TWICE ha superado las exigentes pruebas de seguridad de la Regulación Europea ECE 44/04 para los
grupos 0 y 0+.
TWICE es compatible con la mayoría de los asientos de automóviles. No obstante, cuando el fabricante
del automóvil manifiesta que los asientos están previstos para la instalación de sillas del tipo “Universal”,
la compatibilidad es total.
Usted también puede utilizar su TWICE con cualquiera de los chasis de BABYNURSE que disponga del
sistema PRO-FIX.
INSTRUCCIONES GENERALES
Con el fin de proteger adecuadamente al bebé
y, asegurar su confort y sujeción dentro del
automóvil será necesario que respete las siguientes
instrucciones:
Su silla de seguridad TWICE puede ser instalada•
tanto en el asiento delantero, si no lleva Air-Bag,
como en el trasero de su automóvil. De todas
formas, se aconseja instalarla en los asientos
traseros. Si la sitúa en el asiento delantero del
automóvil, éste NO debe tener AIR-BAG o debe
estar desconectado.
Es válido sólo para automóviles dotados con•
cinturones automáticos de tres puntos de
anclaje, homologados según el Reglamento ECE-
16 u otras normas equivalentes. NO usar con un
cinturón de dos puntos de anclaje.
No todos los sistemas de seguridad son•
exactamente iguales, por lo que aconsejamos
que compruebe su TWICE en el automóvil que
vaya a ser montado.
Es muy importante no utilizar productos de•
segunda mano, ya que BABYNURSE sólo puede
garantizar la total seguridad en artículos usados
por su primer comprador.
BABYNURSE recomienda sustituir su silla de•
seguridad TWICE por una nueva cuando haya
sido sometida a violentas tensiones después de
un accidente.
Compruebe que todos los cinturones están en•
su correcta posición y debidamente ajustados
a su TWICE. Vigile que ningún cinturón esté
enroscado.
Para el correcto desarrollo de su bebé•
aconsejamos no abusar de la silla de seguridad,
en posición sentado, con prolongados viajes,
déjelo reposar frecuentemente en un grupo 0 o
cama debidamente estirado.
1 Conociendo más acerca la silla de seguridad
TWICE
Su silla de seguridad TWICE ha sido diseñada
teniendo en cuenta los últimos avances en materia
de seguridad y ha sido testada en las condiciones
más duras. Dispone de las siguientes prestaciones:
Instalación en el vehículo:
Paso de cinturones por debajo de la carcasa que•
permite la instalación en aquellos automóviles
donde los cinturones son más cortos. Además
deja libre la zona de los pies del bebé.
Nuevos anclajes para la posición estirado que•
facilitan la instalación.
Comodidad y seguridad para el bebé:
Cinturones integrados de 5 puntos, más superficie•
de sujeción que reparte mejor las cargas al bebé
en caso de accidente.
Aireación en la carcasa para facilitar la•
transpiración.
Material absorbente de impactos en toda la•
superficie en contacto con el bebé.

Respaldo abatible en 4 posiciones:•
R1 - Posición de Grupo 0, para que el bebé viaje
estirado. Opción muy recomendable para los
primeros meses de edad.
R2 - Posición intermedia. (No apta para automóvil)
R3 - Posición intermedia. (No apta para automóvil)
R4 - Posición de grupo 0+, para que el bebé viaje
sentado.
Comodidad para los padres:
Anclajes Pro-Fix compatibles con los chasis de•
BABYNURSE.
Asa de transporte con 4 posiciones.•
Puede adquirir por separado los anclajes para•
la posición estirado para tenerlos montados en
otros automóviles.
2 Ajustes previos
Ajuste de la altura de los cinturones de hombros
Los cinturones de hombros de la silla de seguridad
TWICE, para que ofrezcan la máxima protección,
deben estar regulados justo por encima de los
hombros del bebé. Compruebe ésta altura con el
bebé correctamente sentado o estirado en la silla
de seguridad.
Los cinturones pueden ajustarse en longitud
mediante dos tensores para que puedan abarcar
a su bebé durante toda su etapa de crecimiento.
Ajuste ambos cinturones a la misma longitud.
2a - TWICE dispone de 3 alturas para las cintas
de hombros. Para cambiar de altura, abra la tapa
posterior, retire los extremos de las cintas de la
pieza metálica del tensor central.
2b - Saque las cintas por la parte delantera.
2c - Retire las almohadillas por atrás y vuelva a
montarlas en la nueva ranura.
2d - Vuelva a introducir las cintas de hombros por la
ranura correcta e introdúzcalas en la pieza metálica
del tensor central.
2e - Compruebe la longitud del cinturón con el
bebé en la silla de seguridad. Para ello, abroche
los cinturones y ténselos. Una vez tensados, estos
deben abrazar al bebé sin comprimirlo. Si ha
llegado al tope de tensión y los cinturones están
flojos, acorte la longitud de los cinturones de
hombros.
ATENCIÓN Compruebe y ajuste la altura y
longitud de los cinturones de hombros a medida
que el bebé crezca.
Cambiar la posición del asa
El asa de transporte dispone de 4 posiciones ( figura
2f ), cada una de ellas tiene una función específica:
Posición 1: Posición horizontal. En esta posición el
asa queda integrada con la carcasa.
Posición 2: Capota recogida.
Posición 3: Posición de transporte. Posición para
instalar y quitar la silla en un chasis de BABYNURSE
y para transporte.
Posición 4: Posición AUTO. Para viajar en el
automóvil.
Para cambiar de posición, presione la palanca
sobre la empuñadura y gire el asa hasta la posición
deseada.

Elección de la plaza donde instalar la silla de
seguridad
Una correcta elección de la ubicación de la silla
de seguridad dentro del automóvil, puede reducir
el riesgo de lesiones de su bebé en caso de
accidente.
Posición estirada, Grupo 0. Debe instalar la silla
de seguridad en las plazas traseras y en posición
transversal. TWICE ocupa dos plazas, puede
escoger entre una lateral y la central, con lo cual un
adulto puede viajar al lado, o bien completamente
centrado. Si se decide por la central más lateral,
sitúe la TWICE de forma que la cabeza esté lo más
alejada posible de la puerta.
Posición sentada, Grupo 0+. Siempre que sea
posible, instale la silla de seguridad en las plazas
traseras. Es muy aconsejable que un acompañante
viaje sentado al lado del bebé para atenderlo. De
las tres plazas traseras, la central es la más segura.
Si viaja solo/a con su bebé, es conveniente tenerlo
a la vista sin distraerse de la conducción, puede
situarlo en el asiento del copiloto, siempre y
cuando éste NO disponga de Air-bag o ESTÉ
DESCONECTADO. No se despiste de la conducción
por ningún motivo, para atender al bebé, detenga
completamente el vehículo en un lugar seguro.3
Instalación de la silla en el automóvil
3 Installing the seat in the car
Posición estirada, GRUPO 0
TWICE en posición estirada debe montarse
transversalmente en los asientos traseros. Decida
en que asientos después de leer el apartado
“Elección de la plaza donde instalar la silla de
seguridad”.
3a - Abroche los dos cinturones que haya elegido,
los anclajes se instalan en la porción abdominal del
cinturón, esta zona está marcada en azul claro en
los dibujos.
3b - Abra los anclajes.
3c - Pase la tapa de cada anclaje por debajo de la
porción abdominal del cinturón. El ojal del anclaje
debe apuntar hacia el exterior (lado contrario de la
hebilla del automóvil).
3d - Cierre el anclaje.
3e - Ponga el TWICE sobre el asiento. Gire los
anclajes hasta su posición vertical y móntelos en
los pivotes de la silla de seguridad.
3f - Finalmente tense ambos cinturones.

Posición sentada, GRUPO 0+
La silla de seguridad TWICE se debe instalar en el
SENTIDO CONTRARIO A LA MARCHA. Decida en
que asiento después de leer el apartado
“Elección de la plaza donde instalar la silla de
seguridad”.
Siga minuciosamente los siguientes pasos:
3g - Abroche el cinturón de 3 puntos.
3h - Colocar la silla en el asiento del automóvil.
Coloque el asa en la posición de AUTO, la posición
más avanzada.
3i - Pase la parte abdominal del cinturón del
automóvil por los dos pasos delanteros.
3j - La parte del cinturón de hombros del automóvil
la debe pasar por detrás de la silla e introducirla por
las dos ranuras marcadas en azul. Asegúrese que la
silla está sólidamente anclada tirando de ella.
Si observara que los cinturones de su automóvil
no tienen suficiente desarrollo, puede ajustar los
siguientes parámetros para mejorarlo:
- Recline un poco el respaldo del asiento del
automóvil.
- Desplace hacia atrás el asiento de su automóvil.
- Ajuste a la posición más baja, el regulador de
altura de los hombros del cinturón de su automóvil
4 Instalación del bebé en la silla de seguridad
4a - Desabroche la hebilla.
4b - Afloje el arnés tirando de las cintas de hombros
mientras presiona el botón tensor.
4c - Coloque al bebé en el silla de seguridad
asegurando que está sentado en el fondo y con la
espalda erguida. Junte los extremos superiores de
las hebillas.
4d - Introdúzcalos en el cierre central y presione
hasta oír un clic.
4e - Tense las cintas de hombros y tire de la cinta
tensora.
5 Usando su TWICE en un cochecito
TWICE puede anclarse en cualquier chasis de
BABYNURSE que disponga del sistema PRO-FIX.
5a - Para fijar la silla de seguridad en un chasis,
inserte los acoples en la cavidad del chasis y
presione hasta oír un clic.
5b - Para liberar su TWICE del chasis, presione el
pulsador en el asa y tire de la silla hacia arriba.
MANTENIMIENTO
No exponga el tapizado al sol durante largos•
periodos, mientras la silla no esté en uso cúbrala
o guárdela en el compartimiento porta equipajes.
Lave las partes de plástico con agua templada
y jabón, secando posteriormente todos los
componentes concienzudamente. El tapizado
puede desmontarse para ser lavado. Siga las
siguientes instrucciones:
Abra la hebilla del arnés de seguridad y pase la•
hebilla por su ojal. Abra la tapa posterior y retire
los cinturones de la placa de unión, quite los
cinturones por la parte delantera y páselos por
los ojales en los laterales. Pase el acolchado de
hombros por los ojales. Retire los 2 broches en
los laterales. Finalmente retire el tapizado del
área del botón del tensor.
Lavar a mano y con una temperatura nunca•
superior a 30ºC.
Para montar de nuevo la tapicería siga los mismos•
pasos a la inversa.

Your new TWICE by BABYNURSE is a safety seat designed to protect your baby in the car from the day
they are born to approximately 1 years of age (up to 13 Kg in weight).
TWICE has passed the demanding safety tests of European Regulation ECE 44/04 for groups 0 and
0+.
TWICE is compatible with most car seats. However, when the car manufacturer states that the seats
are suitable for the installation of “Universal” type seats, this means that there is total compatibility.
You can also use your TWICE with any of the BABYNURSE chassis that has the PRO-FIX system.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
In order to protect your baby adequately and to
ensure their comfort and stability in the car, the
following instructions must be strictly followed:
Your TWICE safety seat can be installed in both•
the front seat, if it does not have an airbag, and
in the back seat of your car. Either way, we advise
you to install it in the back seat. If you position it
in the front seat of the car, this must NOT have an
AIRBAG, or the airbag must be disconnected
Itisonlysuitableforcarsfittedwiththreeanchoring•
point automatic belts, approved according to
Regulation ECE-16 or other equivalent rules. DO
NOT use with a two anchoring point belt.
Not all safety systems are exactly the same, so•
we advise that you check your TWICE in the car in
which it is going to be fitted.
It is very important not to use second-hand•
products, as BABYNURSE can only guarantee
complete safety with items used by their first
buyer.
BABYNURSE recommends that you replace your•
TWICE safety seat with a new one if it has been
subjected to violent stresses in an accident.
Check that all the belts are in their correct•
position and properly adjusted to your TWICE.
Ensure that no belt is coiled.
For your baby’s proper development, we advise•
you not to over-use the safety seat in the
seated position on long journeys. Let the baby
rest frequently in a Moses basket or bed in the
reclining position.
1 Getting to know the TWICE safety seat
Your TWICE safety seat has been designed taking
into account the latest advances in terms of
safety and it has been tested under the toughest
conditions. It has the following features:
Installing in the vehicle:
Belt slots underneath the shell to permit•
installation in cars where the belts are shorter. It
also leaves the area around the baby’s feet free.
New anchorages for the reclining position to help•
with installation.
Comfort and safety for the baby:
Integrated 5-point straps, with a greater fastening•
area, so distributing loads on the baby better in
the event of an accident.
Aeration in the shell to permit transpiration.•
Impact-absorbent material over the entire surface•
in contact with the baby.

R1 - Group 0 position, so that the baby can travel
fully reclining. Highly recommendable option for
the first months.
R2 - Intermediate position. (Not suitable for in the
car.)
R3 - Intermediate position. (Not suitable for in the
car.)
R4 - Group 0+ position, so that the baby can travel
seated.
Comfort for the parents:
Pro-Fix anchorages compatible with BABYNURSE•
chassis.
Carry handle with 4 positions.•
The anchorages for the reclining position can be•
bought separately for fitting in other cars.
2 Prior adjustments
Adjusting the height of the shoulder straps
To ensure the maximum protection, the shoulder
straps of the TWICE safety seat should be adjusted
just above the baby’s shoulders. Check this height
with the baby correctly seated or reclining in the
safety seat.
The straps can be adjusted for length by means of
two tighteners to adapt to your baby throughout
their growing phase. Adjust both straps to the
same length.Ajuste ambos cinturones a la misma

2a - TWICE has 3 height positions for the shoulder
straps. To change height, open the rear flap and
remove the ends of the straps from the metal part
of the central tightener.
2b - Remove the straps through the front.
2c - Pull out the pieces of padding from behind and
refit them in the new slot.
2d - Reinsert the shoulder straps through the
correct slot and insert them in the metal part of the
central tightener.
2e - Check the length of the belt with the baby in
the safety seat. To do this, fasten the straps and
tighten them. Once tightened, they should hold the
baby in place without feeling tight. If you reach the
tightening limit and the straps are loose, reduce
the length of the shoulder straps.
CAUTION Check and adjust the height and length
of the shoulder straps as the baby grows.
Changing the position of the handle
The carry handle has 4 positions (Figure 2f), each of
which has a specific function:
Position 1: Horizontal position. In this position, the
handle is integrated into the shell.
Position 2: Hood gathered.
Position 3: Carry position. Position for installing
and removing the seat in a BABYNURSE chassis
and for carrying.
Position 4: AUTO position. For travelling in the car.
To change position, press the lever on the hand
grip and move the handle to the desired position.

Choosing where to install the safety seat
Correctly choosing where to position the safety
seat in the car can reduce the risk of injury to the
baby in the event of an accident.
Reclining position, Group 0. The safety seat must
be installed cross-wise in the back seats. TWICE
occupies two seats: you can choose between a side
and a middle seat, so an adult can travel alongside,
or completely in the middle. If you decide on middle
and side seats, place the TWICE so that the head is
as far as possible from the door.
Seated position, Group 0+. Whenever possible,
install the safety seat in the back seats. It is highly
advisable that someone travels alongside the baby
to take care of them. Of the three back seats, the
middle one is the safest.
If you are travelling alone with your baby, it is a
good idea to keep them in sight without being
distracted while driving. You can position them in
the passenger seat, providing it does NOT have an
airbag or the airbag IS DISCONNECTED. Do not
be distracted for any reason while driving: to take
care of the baby, stop the car completely in a safe
place.
3 Installing the seat in the car
Reclining position, GROUP 0
In the reclining position, TWICE must be fitted
cross-wise on the back seats. Decide on which
seats after reading the section on
“Choosing where to install the safety seat”.
3a - Fasten the two belts that you have chosen. The
anchorages should be installed in the abdominal
part of the belt: this zone is shown in light blue in
the diagrams.
3b - Open the anchorages.
3c - Pass the flap of each anchorage underneath
the abdominal part of the belt. The eyelet of the
anchorage should point outwards (opposite side to
the car buckle).
3d - Close the anchorage.
3e - Place the TWICE on the seat. Turn the
anchorages to the vertical position and fit them on
the pivots of the safety seat.
3f - Finally, tighten both belts.
